Had to pay for parking, which was unexpected. One of the elevators was not working, leading to longer wait times and jams at the elevator entrance. The fridge in the room was not working. The rooms that we took had good space for a family of 5. The chance of me going back is 35%.

I chose this hotel because it advertises "free airport shuttle and free shuttle to surrounding areas". Upon arrival at the airport I called the hotel to request for a shuttle pick up only to find out they do not have one. I asked if this was just for today and if there is still shuttle available for surrounding areas- they said no, they do not provide any shuttle at all. Both Expedia and Hotels.com are showing free airport shuttle and free shuttle to surrounding areas. THEY DO NOT. AND THAT IS DECEIVING. I incurred at least another $75 in Uber/ Lyft rides becauue of these rides (to and from the airport and to OSU). I should have chosen the hotel next to it (Fairfield Inn) that DID offer free shuttle service. FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED by their false and misleading advertising.

The biggest disappointment was too much chlorine in the pool. The pool water was cloudy. The chlorine burned you eyes in the room without getting in the pool.

Had a great stay! Would say that staff went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and cleanliness. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Breakfast was great. Hotel overall was quiet and really relaxing. Will return! Only thing to note—and this is an issue with Expedia, not the hotel, Expedia advertises that they have an airport shuttle, and they do not offer that service (at least as of Aug 2023)

The property pool was not in service! The hotel said this was on the website, but it was not communicated through website. The hotel breakfast was poor! It had very few options! It was also very dirty in the breakfast area!

Woke up in the middle of the night to a puddle on the floor and water pooled on top of the air conditioning unit. Appears the window leaked during a heavy rain event. The baseboard was also peeling off the wall on the exterior wall due to moisture issues. The ceiling/floors need better sound deadening. We could hear the footsteps of the elephants, I mean people, directly above us. The floors being vinyl plank were extremely dirty and should be wet cleaned more often. The shower curtain smelled musty. Last and perhaps most important was the severe lack of parking. There are not nearly enough parking spots on th property and the lot fills quickly late in the day forcing many guests to park off site or in another nearby parking lot.

Hotel was nice, it was convenient the bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was good and the pool was great esp the adult hours. However, I’m a bit disappointed that the hotel wasn’t very clean. Our bedding had stains, the bathroom needing some wiping down, it wasn’t stocked and some things had been left behind from previous guest which would imply the housekeeping aren’t thoroughly cleaning. And they charge to park in the parking lot which is weird.

The room was filthy and when I told someone about it I was told it would be deep cleaned but no one showed up. The next day I said again and one of the manager on duty showed up, took pictures and again guaranteed to somebody would come and do a deep clean. They finally showed up and still I had to call and ask for more cleaning because I was here in the bathroom on the walls before we left, there was hair on the ceiling before we left the air conditioner went out in the bleeding. The office manager on duty was extremely rude. I did not know she was a manager on duty. She just told me she put it on the books for maintenance to come and look at it. Finally it was fixed. Might this day at this hotel was absolutely horrible and I will never recommend this chain to anybody.

It was obvious the sheets and linens on both beds had not been changed for a long time. I arrived 6PM and left straight away for a show @7Pm. Returned at 11PM, sheets looked dirty. In the morning with the window shade open I could see that all the linens on both beds were filthy. I informed staff in the morning. Not sure if the did anything about it.

Overall, this was a very clean and pretty hotel. Very modern and updated. Biggest complaint was that the walls/floors are not sound proof. We were woken up by people a floor above us walking back and forth in their room because the beautiful hard floors do not lend themselves to the best choice for quiet rooms.

Nice enough hotel. Nothing too fancy, would stay again. Price was fair for a 2 bedroom suite. AC was very loud and annoying annd the bed end table missing from the wall. Towels never collected or replenished. Front desk 10/10. Hotel was nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok.

We were immediately hit with parking fees. Desk staff was rude and disrespectful and knows nothing about hospitality. Management harassed me with unwanted sarcastic texts. I let them know that I would not be using the parking lot for the second night and they told me that I would be issued a refund after the attendant scanned the parking lot for my vehicle. We were not provided with housekeeping even though we requested it upon check in. No apology just scolding from manager via text that I should have requested it which I did. Absolutely atrocious attitudes of manager and front desk personnel. I will be making monthly trips to Columbus for the next four years and I will never stay at this awful place again. There are many places to stay without hidden fees and I will be treated like a guest,not harassed by nasty unprofessional employees

Front desk were very helpful, provided answers to questions, and even helped me print my boarding pass. I always felt the staff wanted to assist me and had cheerful, great attitudes. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean, and the breakfast was delicious. One of the best I've had in a hotel.

Check-in was awkward. The gentleman seemed preoccupied. As we were checking in he informed us there is an additional $15 fee for the advertised "Free Parking". No explanation, just pay it! The room was spacious and fairly cleen but was not handicap accessible as requested. One of the elevators was broken as well as the only vending machine on the floor. If you can tolerate motorcycles drag racing and thin walls it's all you. Spend a little money and go across the street and visit Sonic for eats, you’ll thank sorself. Knowing it is an Express we didn't have grest expectations. I don't believe we will return.

A bit noisy from outside traffic. Biggest problem was when I arrived I learned my credit card was declined. We did still get a room but I wish I would have been notified before arrival. The card was on hold due to a fraud concern. I didn't realize it effected my reservation. A bit embarrassing for me and the desk clerk.

When we arrived, the check in person told us the hotel had been oversold and wasn’t sure why our reservation had gone through. We had even paid in full. This very good employee had already gotten us another room at a hotel nearby that was owned by the same company. They transferred our reservation and the $. This was amazing as it was nearing midnight. So while it started off bad, it ended quite well.

Customer service at this property is absolutely terrible. They cancelled our reservation that was made 6 months ago with out notice. Arrived at the property to check in and was told it was cancelled then at 1pm, check in was to be at 3 pm. The front desk staff could not give an explanation nor try to correct the situation. She was smug and totally disrespectful. There was another customer at the front desk that the reservation was cancelled as well. A room that we booked for $250 she tried to sell him for $1200!! Absolutely ridiculous. What they did should be illegal.

The best hotel experience ever. Before I even got there I was sent a text thanking me for using their hotel and if I needed anything special in the room to let them know and they would make sure it was there before I even checked in. Then after checking in I got like 3 more texts making sure I was completely satisfied with our stay.

They cancelled my booking and stated they didn’t have control over third party reservations, charged us almost double of when we booked it on Expedia. Ran into two other families at the hotel that said the same thing happened to them and they had to stay together. Employees would not give me corporate number to call.

Close to Schottenstein Center, OSU, and restaurants and easy to visit Franklin Conservatory and the rose garden. Everything was clean, people were friendly, and it was well run. We liked the eggs and potatoes for breakfast.

Within walking distance to The Ohio Stadium which was perfect for our family weekend getaway. All the staff (and other guests) were amazing and very friendly. It was like the whole hotel was a big family for the weekend hanging out. It was a pretty cool environment.

I brought my kids in town to visit the zoo and we had a lovely stay at the hotel. The pool area was VERY hot, but the kids still loved swimming all day. :) The breakfast was not as good as expected. I typically choose IHG hotels because their free breakfast is so good and there are so many choices. This one wasn't the best. Very friendly staff.

Loved the newness of everything in lobby and the rooms. Didn’t love the quality of the breakfast food, specially the cooked items. Cheese omelets looked like rubber. French toast was unappealingly hard especially the edges/crust. The pancake machine produced disgusting in taste and looks pancakes that were inedible.
