The pool was a fantastic! Bummed that the spa was being taken out. Our room smelled of mildew so strongly, we were not able to use any ventilation, even as the temps dropped.

The stay was ok but there were several issues which were either inconvenient or disconcerting. The lock on the door was very finicky to get to function properly. The green light would come on, but the lock would not disengage until after multiple tries. Also the outlets above the night stand did not work. The most bothersome issues were related to the pool area. Upon our arrival the hot tub was out of order. But even more disturbing was the pool was very dirty. The water was cloudy, the pool floor was gritty, and the water has a lot of hair floating on top and there was an oily film on the surface of the water that you couldn’t see until you were in the water. We had to shower twice to feel clean after the experience. For $200+ a night stay, I expect a much better experience and was rather disappointed.

It was mentioned at the Expedia website that they had an EV charger on site. I had used that as a filter to select my reservation, but it turns out that it is not true. No charger for my car there, had to travel to a supercharger to get the job done.

There’s not a whole lot of options in Greenville N.C. and no 4 or 5 star hotels available. But this hotel was everything you need big rooms , decent size gym , didn’t use the pool but it was there - free parking and restaurants around. Shopping tj max, trader joes opening soon , Marshall’s , Ross ect would stay there again

this was a decent hotel, but I expected it to be a bit nicer based on the location. tile floors in the guest room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was ok, but the seating area was cramped. The gym facilities were nice and the staff were excellent

I enjoyed my stay, but overall of everything the hot tub was completely filthy. I highly suggest that it should get fully clean because it felt like I was in dirt. But other than that the room and the breakfast was very enjoyable. They even had to-go bag for people that didn’t had time to eat 😊

I was extremely disappointed to find dirty soiled towels in the area where the hangers were. Victoria came up to remove the towels but that was disgusting and unacceptable! I should have bee comped or discounted for this unacceptable situation. Then, my card was charged $5.00 for product that another guest purchased. I brought thjs to the clerks attention and it was not taken care of.

I fell on Saturday evening due to heavy rain and wind. There was no mat inside the foyer. I slipped. I have several cuts inside my mouth and hit my head. Young man who was the front desk did not seem to know anything. He did not help me at all. Two very nice cleaning folks, man and woman, got ice and a wheel chair for me to get to my room. Desk person said manager would be in this morning. When I checked out I was told manager would not be in until Wednesday. Daughter is going back to fill in incident report as the desk clerk this morning could not find the incident report they started Saturday evening. Was not impressed with help I received

The check in was great, room clean, breakfast was satisfactory. Everything was going well until the morning we were preparing to leave. The maid knocked on the door about 10am and when I opened she said “oh you still here.” I asked if check out was still at noon and she said “yes but you should have put the do not disturb sign on the door.” I didn’t like that but said nothing. Then around 11:15 another maid came knocking wanting to come do our room. I again asked if noon was the check out time and she assured me that it was. I’ve never had this happen at any hotel. On the day of check out, no one should be coming to so the room until after check out time.

The hotel was very convenient to an event we went to at the Convention Center. It's a few steps across the parking lot. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were very large and clean. My only complaint was breakfast. It was subpar, minimal choices and several things were gone and had not been replenished.
