I liked everything and it is my new fave place to stay on Hollywood Beach! The overflow parking is available across the street in a small parking lot, once you enter that parking lot, you will see a sign there that says Ocean Drive Villas Parking. My car was safe and secure there and it was easy to cross Ocean Drive at the nearby crosswalk light.

This was a nice a cozy place to stay and relax it was very nice and clean quiet and like 2 mins away from the beach the check in was awesome and the stay was very pleasant ... Also the property has a nice patio area that you can lounge and bbq grills for cooking :) did not get to meet any staff but im sure they are amazing as well ... great place to just relax

Our stay was great,my only complaint is that there was no way to communicate with anyone on the property.We left today at 7am and had no way to checkout.I called the number on the sign and left a message that we were checking out and that I left the key on the table.At this point this is the only communication I have received.No other email.One last thing is that I had the parking permit for the length of my stay and still got a $45 ticket on our last night there with a car.

Not enough parking at the place…so I ended up with a parking ticket on the street parked next to villa. Also, kinda dirty with thin used up towels. Oh ya, and people above us were stomping around and moving furniture (or least, what sounded like it) all hours of the night. So zero sleep!

Good location but they make you pay nightly for parking and dont have enough spaces. We were unable to park in designated area so we got a ticket one night and had to pay to park in parking lot. Keys only work on one of the doors not both. No remote for the bedroom tv which we told them about but never fixed the issues.

Our room was infested with so many roaches....We had them in our bags and all our clothes, they were everywhere in the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, over the beds....There were big ones and baby's that were just hatched.....Also there is no way they mopped the floor cause we found a girls fake nail on the floor...They did give us another room, but that was the worst experience ever...We are preying we did not bring any baby bugs home with us....We shook out every bag and every piece of clothes, but some of them were so small that we might end up with roaches in our house.

The location of this property is A with a 1 minute walk right onto the Broadwalk and beach. Room was nice but could use updating. Nice tile floors but were dirty. Could use softer mattress and additional blankets. Not much staff present and office was closed upon arrival. With a little elbow grease and TlC, this place would be perfect.

We stayed for only one night. The non smoking room had a very strong smoking smell that didn’t allow 3 of us to sleep. We complained to the management. The lady straight away rejected our plea and asked us to contact Expedia for this issue. No idea why would they do that, when it is their responsibility. One room had no pillow covers, another room had torn pillow covers. The door knobs of both bathrooms came off. Bedsheets smelled really bad. Terrible stay for one night.

Great location, nice backyard, not bad rooms, very comfortable bed in bedroom. But a lot of cockroaches in kitchen!!! They were everywhere!!! It was impossible to sleep safe! Soda bed in kitchen was extremely old and uncomfortable.

Prior huricanes probably flooded ground level rooms. Air conditioners had/has black mold growing inside and produced musty unpleasant odours. First room was a 1 or 2, second room would be a 3 if not for the mold and musty smell and growth inside window slider frames.

The room was not as it appeared in the pictures. The sink was cracked, and the chair was so dirty that I was unable to sit in it; it could only be replaced, not cleaned. The floor was also dirty. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it difficult for us to sleep. The bedsheets were dirty and had holes in them, as if they had been burned by cigarettes. The pillowcases were ripped. We called the hotel number posted at the reception desk but did not receive any response. We emailed immediately but have yet to hear back. Since we didn't receive any response and couldn't reach the reception desk in the morning, we decided to move to a better hotel. When we returned at 9 AM to check out, the receptionist informed us that we needed to get a refund through Hotels.com, but Hotels.com states that the property needs to approve it. However, the property has not approved the refund, even though it has been a week.

This is an honest review for everyone!! DO NOT 🚫 stay at this hotel please. This place is infested with cockroaches I found about 20 of these bugs all around the kitchen bed frame and under the sheets on the bed, it was a horrible experience to the point I had to leave and get another hotel. The second problem is that the front desk guy ( NAME YARI) had the audacity to tell me that this is Florida and this is what you are going to get here (BUGS/COCKROACHES) which it left me speechless 😶. The third problem is that the manager (NAME PHILLIPS) doesn't want to come forward and give me a full refund plus he never answers the phone when I call or Expedia does. Stay away from this infested hotel!.

We loved the location close to the Beach and Dining/Shopping on the Beachfront. It was easy to take Uber/Lift to and from the Airport and Cruise port. It was clean but a bit dated. Definitely would consider staying again.

Enjoyed stay, has some quaint outdoor areas, super close to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Kitchenette was a bit rusty in spots but Florida is a salty damp kind of place. Room was clean but a bit run down.

Our spot was nicely tucked away in an otherwise busy area. The bed was cozy, the temperature was nice, the shower was clean. The location is really the best part. It's a quick walk over to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which has all the cool stuff.

I like the old Florida look to this venue. Also, the suite we stayed was clean, and modernized. However, the mini-split in the bedroom was not working. I told the woman at the front desk about it the first day of our stay. Nothing was done to get it fixed. In fact, because of this we cut our stay short. Additionally, parking is difficult. There are not enough parking slots at the villas. If they are all taken, you have to park on the other side of Ocean Drive, which is very busy to cross. The phone rings for the front desk but, if the person is on the property, it does not go to voice mail. On Sunday, Phillip managed the front desk and he was very helpful in refunding the last day because we were leaving and crediting us one night because of the broken A/C. We are not sure if we will return in the future.

Our experience with an emergency after 5:00 PM was incredibly frustrating; the provided emergency number was unreachable after 50 attempts. This is a critical failure in guest service. We managed to resolve our issue independently, but guests absolutely require a reliable contact for urgent situations. I'd only consider staying here again as a last resort. My advice: address all needs with the front desk before 5:00 PM and plan for any potential emergencies yourself.

We could not check in at 5:45pm. Office was closed even though the recording on the phone said they were open till 6. Never received a callback from the message we left. Your CSR was no help at all. Spent the first 5 minutes telling us it was 3:00 pm and we were too early. We waited but eventually drove back home.

The communication for this property was horrible!!!! The office only has someone in it between 9-5 and the answering service that they said they had does NOT answer the phone. Also online it states it has a shuttle to the airport and nearby ports but it does not have either. The rooms were clean and walkable to the beach but to get in contact with someone was impossible!

Oh where do i start! I paid for a night to stay here on January 17th-18th 2025 ....When i got off my Flight from Minneapolis, Minnesota, we took an Uber to the property, we were not able to get into our room, no one would return our call, or answer the phone, so we were left without a place to stay and it was 12 am- midnighr, maybe a little later, i did send an email and another message via the properties website and expedia a day in a half ahead of time, so they knew what time we were coming ...And if not having a place to stay after youve been traveling all the way across the country wasnt bad enough, the property was really ran down looking from the outside and looks nothing like the pictures you see on the website and expedia , there were cockroaches among other nasty things . Thankfully, Our Uber driver was nice enough to stay with us after all this stress of not getting into our room ( which by the way, im glad we didnt stay because of the cockroaches ) Our Uber Driver helped us find a new place to stay, it ended up costing us alot more money !! We finally were able to get to bed by 2 am , what a horrible situation! *****PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE BEFORE YOU BOOK W/ THIS HOST !! So if you like your hotel pets to be bedbugs and cockroaches and like to be ghosted out of a place to stay after youve traveled 1,500 miles across the United States , then rhis is the place for you , Enjoy ! But seriously, plz be careful and stay safe 🙏

This is an older motel one block from the ocean. The rooms though are in good shape and the grounds, outside sitting areas are nice. Very reasonably priced if you are on a budget.
