Loop Seoul Hotel by Anook Seoul Gangnam 2nd

This is an unstaffed hotel. You can talk to an intercom to interact with a staff person. Room was very small for 4 people- 226 sq ft. Room was clean and tidy. There was construction on the street outside which was noisy. The windows are covered with paper so you have no view. The clothes washer didn't want to open after we washed clothes. Needed to fool around with it for about 15 minutes to get it to open. The bathroom flooded due to a slow/backed up drain and wouldn't drain. We left after 1 night and checked into a different hotel.

Everything was great except for the strong sewer smell.

Check in is through kiosk. Only one key issued. No real person available. Two separate contacts for help. One for Kiosk related and one for everything else. Hotel had strong sewer odor in one room.

뭔가 청소가 안 된 느낌이 있었습니다. 바닥에 먼지가 많았어요. 변기에서 갑자기 큰 소리가 나서 자다가 놀랐습니다. 두 세번 정도 났어요. 스탠바이미 리모콘이 없어서 사용할 수 없었고 이것 때문에 데스크에 연락했는데 청소 아주머니께서 올라오셨고 갑자기 집으로 들어가도 되냐는 말과 함께 그냥 막 들어오셔서 집안을 돌아다니셨어요. 어쨌든 개인 공간인데 너무 막 들어오셔서 당황했습니다. 배달 태블릿은 안 돼서 배달 하나도 못 시켰습니다. 전체적으로 관리가 더 필요한 상태입니다. 상태에 비해 값이 너무 비싸요

L’hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos. Nous avons logé à 5 dans la Signature Family Suite qui est en fait pour 4 personnes, alors que j’avais signalé qu’on était 5. La plaque electrique ne marchait pas, et personne n’est venu voir le problème. Personnel pas très reactif par la messagerie (seul moyen de communiquer avec l’hôtel). En bref je ne recommande pas du tout, surtout si vous voyagez en famille.
