I love the quirky colors patterns very Parisian. I loved the small balcony with the floor ceiling, doors windows that open, letting in the hustle and bustle of a active Parisian area with not much traffic traffic once you close the doors it was very quiet water pressure in the showers was excellent Air conditioning was very cool. Made it nice for cuddling only one thing I wish they had at least one channel in English to get the news and weather overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Loved it. Proximity to cafes was superb. Adorable balcony with a view to the square. Very nice staff, very friendly. Downsides: no bath soap (dispenser in tub very unattractive and looked like a public WC), shampoo, conditioner; hairdryer very uncomfortable to use. No elevator to the ground floor. If you are unable to walk without assistance this is a problem.

Muy bien ubicado: pero por la habitación que alquilamos nos dieron una habitación en el sexto nivel, pero lo triste es que el Hotel cuenta con ascensor, pero solo lo dejan usar cuando se sube la maleta, de ahí toco subir las más de 150 gradas cada vez que salíamos. A mi parecer, lo que menos se preocupa el hotel es en la comodidad. Desayuno muy pobre.

When we're in Paris we love staying here. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are gloriously French. Our rooms have overlooked Rue de Rivoli and Hotel de Ville. It's a wonderful neighborhood to hang out in as well with great restaurants and bakeries. Even the laundry on the next block is easy to use and fast. We've just spent our first 'summer' trip and thoroughly appreciated the wonderfully functioning air conditioning in our room.

Immensely enjoyed our small, bright yellowish top-floor room. We had a wonder view of the skyline. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel is a quick walk to a main metro lines. It is also a short walk to Notre Dame. Convenient sidewalk cafes abound. My only cautionary remark is the high mount to climb into the tub, which might be challenging for some added to the risk of the slippery tub bottom. A bath step and bath mats might be welcome consideration for hotel management

It’s shocking that this property has a review rating above 8. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The shower head has the water holes are filled with black dirty stuff. Bathroom is tiny, I really doubt a big person can fit in it and close the door. The staff that checked me in was ironing pillow cases and was kinda grumpy.

Hotel Du Nice was a great place to stay for our quick trip to Paris. It was clean and comfortable if a bit dated. Our room had acess to a small outdoor balcony and so nice to be able to go outside and enjoy views over the neighborhood and watch the activity below.

A little bit noisy...but You are in the center of Paris. What to expect else. The roome are not big but what they dont have in size they have in charm. It is almost and art hotel. We loved it. Staff was friendly and kind. Very easy to walk everywhere. We shopped around the area, great cafe’s and bars everywhere. We walked to Notre dam, the Eiffel Tower and back one day. Just a stunning area. The wallpaper decor in the rooms is beautiful. Would stay again with our toddler. Only downside was no shampoo or conditioner provided and upstairs renters were very loud in high heels on wood floor late at night.

Adorably chic decor with an abundance of thrift shops in the area, two metro stations within walking distance! Very kind staff who will do their best to make your experience pleasant, especially Ari who was able to call a doctor for me and he arrived within the hour. Would recommend this hotel to people wanting the best Parisian experience!

Central location, but next to a store with a lot of homeless. Good hear crying child as if he was in my room. All night long. Though according to booking my check in time was supposed to be at 2:30pm, they said it is 3pm. Staff not friendly. Wanted to overcharge me for city taxes. No housekeeping without warning 1 night, though included in the rate. Place to store luggage before check in is in the kitchen, in a narrow corridor and accessible by anyone - unsafe. Hotel looks nice for a 3* hotel, though very outdated: cracked toilet, shabby cover for the bed, mini tv.

In the center og Marais. Best quarter in Paris. Hotel with more colours than You can imagine. You smile as You come and You smile when You go. Good service. A little bit noisy...but You are in the center of Paris. What to expect else. The roome are not big but what they dont have in size they have in charm. It is almost and art hotel. We loved it. Staff was friendly and kind. Very easy to walk everywhere. We shopped around the area, great cafe’s and bars everywhere. We walked to Notre dam, the Eiffel Tower and back one day. Just a stunning area. The wallpaper decor in the rooms is beautiful. Would stay again with our toddler. Only downside was no shampoo or conditioner provided and upstairs renters were very loud in high heels on wood floor late at night.

This is a unique property. We loved it. The decor is beautifully Parisian, the manageress' are lovely and very helpful. It is in a great area and is excellent value. It is surrounded by restaurants and independent shops selling all sorts of interesting items. The transport links are good too although we were able to walk to pretty much anywhere in the city centre. We hope to return there in the future.

Muy bien ubicado: pero por la habitación que alquilamos nos dieron una habitación en el sexto nivel, pero lo triste es que el Hotel cuenta con ascensor, pero solo lo dejan usar cuando se sube la maleta, de ahí toco subir las más de 150 gradas cada vez que salíamos. A mi parecer, lo que menos se preocupa el hotel es en la comodidad. Desayuno muy pobre.

Wonderful hotel, perfectly located. Easy to walk to many of the highlights of Paris, but also near cute cafes and shops if you don't want to leave the neighborhood. Very walkable area, and easy access to the metro. Hotel was charming and the staff was nice and helpful.
