The stay was very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me out immediately when I encountered a couple issues. Having the indoor pool with the sauna is a great addition to the amenities, which I used almost every day. I also enjoyed the gym a few times.

We checked in and went to our room. It was unacceptable how filthy it was. The curtains separating the rooms in the suite had holes in them and covered in dust, one of the pillows was very wet, the chair had what appeared to be bodily fluids on the seat cushion. The front desk didn’t offer much help or to switch us rooms. Right behind us was another couple that was coming to voice the same complaints of their room as well. We had to sternly negotiate a refund and cancel our stay, much to their displeasure. We was there less than an hour and the best they offered was to charge us $75 for their “pro rated” stay even though we was there less than an hour. It wasn’t until they realized we took pictures of everything that they agreed to fully refund our money.

Cleanliness is always my top priority, and this place was clean! No problems at all. Located in a quiet area and was quiet on the inside (even though it was busy because of Packer Family Night). Thought the small seating areas located in the lobby and the upper floors were nice...kind of like another living area. Wish there were more dining options within walking distance (there was an A & W and a bar and grill), but there was a great grocery store very close by. Breakfast was adequate and well monitored by staff. Everything was always full even in the last hour of service. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed overnight and upon entering the room two members of my family remarked "this room hasn't been cleaned very well". Upon which my brother pulled a bottle cap from the bed and my elderly mother picked up trash. We only had a bar of soap in the bathroom. We were eager to swim and took advantage of their pool, hot tub, and sauna but I also feel like I should be checked out by a doctor upon returning home seeing as the whole pool area was quite disgusting.

The room was clean. The pool area was not cleaned the entire time we were there. The same cup of coffee sat on a table in the pool area all three nights that we were there. There were never clean towels unless we went to the front desk and asked for them. Our toilet flushed very slowly and when I called the front desk, she brought me a plunger and walked away. That should not be my job to fix their subpar facilities. The hallways always smelled like weed. Breakfast was just ok.

The main reason for my low rating is the extremely strong smell upon walking into the room. It smelled like mold and must and the entire carpet was damp. I'm not sure if they steamed and did not dry it? It was overpowering and difficult to be in there, though luckily we weren't in the room much of the time. The breakfast was non-existent, a few pieces of bread, cereal and some yogurts. The pool was enjoyable but some unattended kids stole our bathroom towels and some of our things (no valuables). We didn't watch TV but FYI the TVs are not internet-enabled. Internet service in room also did not work. Would not stay again

The biggest thing I would mention is the mattresses were really uncomfortable to sleep on. I barely got any sleep while we were there due to how hard and springy the mattress was.

The breakfast had a lot of options. I enjoyed the variety and the quality. My only concern was the guest Wifi. It would not connect in my room which was only a short distance from the front desk. It connected at the front desk but as soon as I got to the door of my room it would disconnect. I had to sit in the lobby to use my device.

The stay was great. The water pressure is fantastic, the breakfast has more options than average and the pool was nice. The only drawbacks were the separate sink area. I prefer that to be included with the main bathroom. Also the alarm went off at 5am. Not the hotels fault. But I was just up for the day after that.

The lobby had a beautiful fireplace and nice sitting area which was in the picture online and why I booked there over the other hotels I looked at. However, I found it hard to sleep like there was not enough airflow in the room overnight making it feel stuffy. The pillow was too firm as well. Also a side note, the curtains were ugly and dated which made the room look not too appealing when I walked in. The pool area looked really nice which also drew me to the hotel, but unfortunately we got there later than we wanted to and were too tired to swim. Staff were friendly and courteous and hotel was clean.

No Wifi. When I approached the front desk to solve the problem of no Internet access. I tried accessing wireless Internet from all of my three devices with no access. When I asked the front desk assistance and I told her that it needed to be fixed. She replied "put down that there is trouble on the access.. there are red stains on the carpet floor. I'm not sure if it's blood.

The desk staff were always so friendly and greeted us. Every time we came in or went out, the breakfast was awesome staff that worked in the kitchen breakfast area we’re always friendly. The pool area was well-maintained, as well as the Jacuzzi in the pool were very clean. Our room was wonderful. We had an issue where the light went out over the sink and the maintenance man. Was there the next morning to replace the lightbulb. The fireplace was a great touch. We definitely will be coming back again soon.

I like the size of the pool, along with the sauna. I called just before 1pm to see if we can get into our room early. I was told "nope" they were still cleaning the rooms. The worker didn't ask my name to see if our room was even cleaned. When we did arrive I informed the worker that we couldn't come in early (never had such an issue) she said she knows because she was the one on the phone. Then she states we can get the rooms starting at 1:30pm or later if the room is clean. Nothing like this was stated when I called. She was rude and unprofessional. Other than that all other staff were great!

This property was basically just a stop and sleep night for us. It had a great looking pool, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet. No issues. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. We ended up going out to eat breakfast.

Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel is affordable and location is great. The room was clean and has a flat screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a work desk, The hotel offers complimentary breakfast daily. WiFi is available and there is parking, The hotel has an indoor pool as well. The breakfast menu is standard (cereal, egg, sausage, waffle, toast, bagel, yogurt, coffee, tea, apple and orange juice etc) but there is no vegetarian options. I wish there were more fruits on the menu. Overall, my stay was good and I would stay again.
