Hotel bar on 23rd floor is under construction and is small and cramped. Room furniture is old, damaged and room overall needs a renovation. Hotel staff were amazing and are the best part of the hotel.

All in all it’s a nice place, but I don’t think I’ll be back. The room felt a bit out of date. The only option to park is valet at $45/day which is not optimal. There is no indoor walkway to the Aria or Park MGM even though they are right next door.

Our stay was fantastic. They had a free house car that we were able to take to another part of the strip (and not walk in the heat!). Their main lobby was under construction so it was a bit of a walk to find the reception to check in. It’s conveniently located near the mall at Aria, and from there it’s easy access to Bellagio etc via the tram

Very pleased with my stay at the hotel. Placed right in the middle of the strip within relatively easy walking distance of all of the usual. I selected it because it does not have a casino - its just a place to stay. Perhaps as a result, it is very quiet and peaceful. And that is a standalone comment, not just compared to the other strip hotels. Even the entrance is quite sequestered from the street. Once in my room, I never heard another guest or the street - my preference. Room was impeccable and the evening turndown service kept it that way. Likely because of no casino etc, dining options were limited to a modest, no frills, but very adequate restaurant, and an outdoor cafe near the lovely pool area. Highly recommended as a peaceful, high quality alternative to its busy neighbors in a busy locale. Congrats to the mgt and team for operating a really nice hotel

Waldorf is cool and tucked in. However, it stunk sooooo bad. It smelled like something dead coming from drains and elevator the entire stay. It made both of us sick at times.

We waited 2 hours to get our 2 suites, then 45 minutes to get luggage. We missed the opening of the Springsteen Concert. The room smelled musty. Overall, it was horrible for a huge amount of money. We ended up only receiving 1 suite and a standard room. They credited us $100. ??? Completely a joke and embarrassing for me, my client, and his wife.

Property overall was clean. Hallways are very narrow, rooms are on the smaller side. The pool area is very underwhelming and small for the size of the building. Atmosphere and activity life is subpar, I think maybe it’s for a more mature crowd.

Overall, my stay was very, very good. The service was first class. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Room surface was also excellent. Loved the gym as well , had everything you need . Views were amazing Although the room was excellent, there were a couple of things that were not so great. The bath plug did not work so the water consistently was draining. The furniture was a little dated and wasn’t that inviting to sit on , not comfy and there was this huge machine in one of the bar cupboards that I no cue what it was. Chips in the marble flooring too.

The in-room media lacked streaming capabilities. The furnishings need to be updated. Guests have to call and wait for ice which can be inconvenient. The best part of our stay was the hotel was quiet and thankfully no casino to walk through.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at WA-LV. The only option for parking is valet at a cost of $51/day after taxes, but you can come and go as you please and are only charged as a per night basis. The valets were very pleasant and helpful in coordinating having the vehicle ready for any planned excursions. The bellhops were also very pleasant and helpful with our luggage and securely storing it after checkout while we walked the strip. Check-in was easy, and our room was very nice. We called for ice numerous times throughout our stay and having it delivered to the valet closet was a nice perk. We relaxed at the pool and felt it was a much better experience compared to the casino pools in the area. Overall, not having a casino on site made for a much more relaxing and pleasant vacation. We had no issues with noise or disturbances during our stay, and the staff routinely checked in via text message to see if there was anything we needed or any way they could help during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Only reason for 4 stars is that my room was not ready in time for 4pm and I had reservations for dinner at 5pm. I wanted to go shower and get dressed so I was a bit anxious. I did get the key at 4:10 which doesn’t sound like a big deal but it takes at least 5 minutes to ride elevator up to room and then shower and dress we made out reservations with 2 minutes to spare. But overall great staff Matthew was awesome as well as the ladies at front desk. Housekeeping was great too. Very clean and beautiful place to stay. It’s in the heart of the strip so it was perfect for walking and getting around.

The property and amenities are impressive. However, I faced a challenging situation with a specific front desk staff member who seemed biased against me. In short, when attempting to extend my stay, she claimed the hotel was fully booked, conflicting with information I would later obtain online and through my husband who called the reservation line. This inconsistency left me disheartened. Although I eventually booked additional nights through another staff member, the experience has left me unsure of booking again in the future.

The staff was great and our room was fantastic. This is on the strip but perfectly situated as a non smoking and no casino hotel. It did not feel like other resorts but it was better! Kayla at the front desk from the beginning was great and overall our whole experience was phenomenal.

The hotel is nice, it’s quiet without the casino crowds and it’s very close to shopping, dining and shows, easy to walk to many places. However, the service is not 5 star, I would say it’s more like 4 stars when it comes to overall service. For example, one day our room wasn’t cleaned. The cleaning lady came at 9:00 am but we were sleeping, tired from the night before, so we left the room around 12:00 noon and came back at 6:00 to get ready for dinner and a show and the room had not been cleaned. The front desk told us that they had been very busy that day but that’s not a valid excuse to leave a guest room unmade. Many things took too long when we asked them to do something. The concierge staff was excellent in planning our dinners and shows, great recommendations and friendly manner.

Beautiful hotel right next to Aria and the Crystal shops. We enjoyed our stay here and even got a chance to have tea in their beautiful tea lounge. If you’re looking for a quieter hotel to relax and sleep but still want to be on the strip… this place is an amazing option! The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is great and very helpful. The room was a nice size and very well appointed. The water pressure in the shower was FANTASTIC. A couple of points to keep in mind # 1 the restaurant is small and wait times for breakfast can be up too 45 mins. # 2 Reception is on the 23rd floor which requires an elevator to the 3rd floor a short walk to another elevator to the 23rd floor.

Perfect location on the strip! This hotel is upscale, quiet, and has incredible rooms. If you are looking to be on the strip by all the action but want to come back to a non bustling cigarette smelling casino this is your spot. The zen restaurant also had great dinner with amazing views

My room was never cleaned, despite assurances by housekeeping in writing. They closed their signature strip overlook bar at Nine pm, a shocking decision in Las Vegas. The breakfast at the Zen Cafe was excellent both mornings. The property is in good condition- the service is pathetic for a Waldorf Astoria.

All of the staff members are very pleasant and friendly. Very mellow and quiet place to stay. When you are inside, you wouldn't know you are on the Las Vegas strip. The only negative things for us are purely individualized; dining options are not gluten free friendly. While we much appreciated the waiters and waitresses asking about allergies and offering alternative sides or dishes, the options were quite limited. Again, we were impressed that it was an automatic question asked when our menus were presented, so the awareness and consideration is nice. The elevators can be a bit confusing at first. The lobby elevator goes to the 3rd floor, then you have to go down the hall to the room elevators. Not a big deal, and we were informed upon check-in. The spa treatment for pedicure was amazing. Excellent technician, and the zero gravity bed was heavenly. The junior suite was amazing. Beautiful space and we loved the huge walk in shower and large soaking tub. The entire suite was perfectly comfortable. We did not utilize the car service or the dine in room service, so we can't comment on that. Overall, our stay was incredibly relaxing, enjoyable, and comfortable.
