The pool we didn't use because it needed cleaning a dd there was trash and hair all on the outer deck, which was unfortunate because we really wanted some chill time by the pool.

I know you are a no-smoking hotel, but there are some of us that do still smoke, and it would be great if you could put benches out side for those of us that do smoke, instead of sitting on the curb or in our cars to do so. Thank You

Love the stay the room was very clean was very welcome to stay the only thing was the Parking it wasn't know where to park but all round the back and it was raining and had to come though the said door, if it had more doors to come in beside 2 it would have been okay, but the stay a wonderful stay

Staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of spaces available. Only con: when you walk first was in the hotel, it smelled musty. Maybe it was my sniffer because the smell was no where else in the hotel...just the entrance.

I thought this property was very clean from the front entrance to the room we stayed in. Staff was friendly upon arrival even when we got there at almost 1am they greeted us with a smile. They have a breakfast menu with hours posted right next to the desk which is helpful information. Water available in the lobby and snacks for purchase. We did not utilize the pool or gym during our stay. The breakfast area has plenty of options with some hot fixings as well. When we went they had eggs, hash browns, bacon, grits, biscuits and gravy for hot options. I found our room to be very clean with a functional heater/AC and a nice TV. I would stay here again when visiting Jackson.

Absolutely horrible!! Booked the room last minute because our family was traveling and decided to pull over for the night. First room they gave us wasn’t clean. No sheets on the beds. Used soap still on the bathroom counter. Second room there was blood on one of the bed sheets. They refused to give us a third room or refund our money! Disgusting! I would never recommend this hotel!

I found a couple spiders in the bed. Not sure if that's normal though like you know how sometimes there's just flies? It was my first time in Mississippi, and they were little ones, but I hate spiders a lot. Like I can't actually touch them even to kill them because the physicality of their little carapaces make them real? idk, its a phobia, and I know its pretty common, but everything else was fantastic. I got stuck in jackson after a flight delay and no rental cars available to take me North a couple hours, so it was great to have a hotel close to the airport, with a room ready, and breakfast available in the morning.

Just a overnight for an early flight. As full as the hotel was, I was surprised at how quiet it was. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Happy that I picked it.

Tracey was wonderful at check-in. The room was clean. It was quiet which is always good to have. There were two things that made the stay not perfect. The television did not work and there was not a curtain shower in the bathroom. When my mom and I showered, water was all over the floor. Tracey tried to get the television to work but to no avail. We would not allow her to climb the tub to put the curtain up because she had previously hurt her leg. She found another room for us but we were already in bed and had unpacked and we had to be at the hospital for my surgery at 5:30 so we stayed there. Tracey went out of her way to make everything better.

I didn’t like the fact that out room didn’t even have a working microwave. We had food that we bought that couldn’t even be refrigerated. So we had to throw out food out the next day. Just terrible. I also didn’t like the fact that we were placed in room that was the very last room at the end of the hallway we were in. The rooms right next to our room were all taped up and being renovated and were a complete eye sore! I felt they could have at least placed us in a more feasible room away from all this. Our stay here was horrible under these conditions! The hotel needs it do better!

Stay was excellent!!! Have always stayed here because it is convenient to the Pearson Vue Testing Facility. Provides a quiet place to get some last minute studying done before test. Great Breakfast is also included in the price.. Staff are Great also. Love Ms. Tracye at the Front Desk Check In as well as other Staff. Clean and welcoming atmosphere..Will stay again for sure.

I was threatened by staff if I didn't pay before I arrived they would give away my room even though I call and spoke with rep telling them I was running late. And they said it was fine. I had to pay while I was driving in even though Expedia said pay at property.. that was a lie!

The staff at the desk were excellent, and very helpful with directions of surrounding area. Breakfast/food attendant should have kept the supply of bacon full! At 8:15, it was almost all gone, and she would NOT cook anymore!! Very disappointing!!

This was a fine example of a smaller, less expensive hotel. The prices are great and the product is great (clean and quiet). Location is just a few miles from the Mississippi Medical Center Campus. Very convenient for our needs.

This was a very pleasant hotel. Very clean. Very quiet. Not right on the interstate but worth the 5 min drive - no traffic noise at all. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of breakfast option. Comfortable bed! For the price range it is the best hotel we’ve stayed in in years. We will definitely stay there again.

The facility only had one elevator, which was very small. Our bathroom shower was leaking and water was all over the floor. The breakfast was horrible! The only good thing I can say is that the bacon was crispy. The grits was half cooked. The eggs was hard, and the sitting area was small and not cleaned to my satisfactory.
