When the price is right, this is the place I stay in Flowood. The rooms are very nice and clean. Everything is in close proximity such as restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is pretty good, but I like the bedding the best. I always get a good nights rest. They have a very nice pool during the spring and summer months. Moreover, if you’re a walker, it’s a great place to stay. The gym is good as well.

Very nice hotel… no airport shuttle. I purposely stayed here for the shuttle to the airport and they no longer have a shuttle. I have scheduled a Lyft for tomorrow- I hope it works out

The room was very comfortable and nice, the hotel itself was fine, the breakfast was great. The elevator was really slow! Not really sure what the issue was because it didn't seem like there were a lot of people using it. It was in the 80s so I was disappointed that the pool wasn't open. No restaurants within walking distance, but several within a 5 minute drive.

The landscaping is old... the Hawthorn plants are diseased (red/orange coloring tells it) and those plants should NEVER be used in the South as they don't like high humidity. The elevator on the morning after didn't work... had to take the stairs to breakfast... not a bad thing, but... why? Room was quite comfortable and we'd certainly consider the facility again. Oh.. only 3 Handicap Parking spaces?

Pool was nasty and could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. First room had weird stuff on ceiling and the second had mold in bathroom. But staff was nice.

My sister and I had a great stay at this property. It was clean, quiet, check-in was easy, staff friendly and beds were comfortable. One of the best things were the towels - big and fluffy!!

Decent for an overnight stay. Room was clean however the bathroom toilet could have used some extra attention the previous person must have ate something that didn’t agree with them so there were some remaining stains interior of the toilet. Any room was spacious. Check in person was kind. Free breakfast free parking.

This hotel is in a nice location and convenient to Jackson. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The only negative was that the carpet needed to be cleaned better in the room under and around the desk.

The bathroom hot water didn't get warm for almost 30 minutes. And the sounds in the night were creepy all night. I was very uneasy all night glad my husband was there until his flight left early this morning. We were very disappointed with this stay.

The ONLY complaint we had was that our room (102) in Flowwood, MS was right next to the back door and the constant open and closing of the door late evening and especially early morning was annoying. The room itself was lovely and comfortable but made it difficult to go to sleep and impossible to sleep “in” the next morning.

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean, super comfortable beds, excellent breakfast...the only bad thing was all the light that came in around the window & curtains, and door at night time. The room lit up like a Christmas tree. Made it very hard to sleep. Other than that, it was awesome.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was par for hotel food. Hotel area is good, felt safe. Inside lobby, dining area and room were exceptionally clean. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room. It had a timer that ticks constantly and loudly. When the unit was off, all you could hear was the ticking and I am a light sleeper. When the unit came on, it sounded like someone was trying to break in the room because of the sounds the frig materials made due to changes in temperature. I had to turn the a/c fan to ON just to create some ambient noise to drown out the noisy frig.

The room was clean, hotel was nice. The hallway we stayed in smelled so strongly of weed. It was awful. The front desk lady, Vic, was not nice. Acted like we were an inconvenience just by checking in. Waited 5 mins for her to even come out front, she rushed through and was rude. All my information was up on a screen that she didn’t tell me to actual sign or complete. So if I hadn’t, it would’ve just stayed up (name, home address, phone, etc). The rest of the stay was good and the man who checked us out in the morning was very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay again with the weed smell and rude check in.

The stay was amazing. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful as I needed to extend our stay. The cleaning staff was so nice, professional and extremely thorough. The breakfast was great, delicious waffles, a fresh assortment of fruit, yogurt and scrambled eggs along with biscuits and breakfast meats. We will definitely be back in the future.

Issue with access card not working, someone with an access card entered the room after 10pm without warning Awaken by front desk staying there was no paperwork regarding the reservation only for them to find the misplaced documents after being questioned repeatedly and asked to come down front only to find it. No acknowledgment or apology for both issues

Room and breakfast was great. Front desk Staff was no where to be found. Check in time no one was at the desk. Tried to call the front desk several times after check in and no one answered! Went down to ask for a pair of scissors, waited 10 minutes and ended up going behind the desk to get them myself!

The first receptionist/guest services worker that I encountered was very rude and curt which I expected because I saw the way she treated the two elderly ladies in front of me. When she walked away, a second. Very pleasant, welcoming hostess appeared at the desk and served all of us who were not treated so nice by employee #1. I wish I had asked for her name.

Hotel is conveniently located to Jackson, with good restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff are wonderful and are always friendly and go out of their way to help with anything I have needed. Breakfast is very good and there is a nice variety each day. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Great staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, close to everything.

This was a lovely, clean hotel within 15 minutes of the Jackson airport. The rooms were large and spacious. The hotel was immaculate. They had a cool reading light next to the bed. It was close to many restaurants and shops. They even sold novelty ice cream bars in the snack area.

The hotel was nice and clean overall. The only things we could say were lacking was the breakfast items were not restocked and/or available in the first place. The juice station was limited to one juice and water and the other items were marked out of order (or something like that). The items that were available were fine but just not restocked even when there was still an hour or so left before the breakfast area closed. Our room was clean when we arrived but we did not see any housekeeping for the two nights we stayed. We thought we would receive new towels and other toiletries it that did not happen. Not complaining here just telling the way it was. The front desk ladies were nice to deal with and gave us new towels but that to me that is not their duty or why they are there. Overall not bad just know going into your stay you might have the same situation. The bed was fine and the room was generally good. No worries there as far as we experienced.
