I and a work colleague had a room each We arranged to meet to eat at 5pm Only to be told that there were no tables free We had to go to Ayr I’ve stayed several times before and was extremely disappointed

Hotel is very nice from the outside but tired and in need of a refurb, room 212 the bath water wasn’t hot and the bathroom floods when you have a shower. Staff are pleasant enough.

Lovely room although bed was a bit soft. Staff were efficient, helpful, friendly and happy.
