Ota is a grate place to stay this hotel has amenities it’s close to the kamata station and 12 min walk from the station that will take you to the airport, I really liked that it has nice pillows. The room has good space, on our floor we had a vending machine and an ice machine. Will stay again for sure.

It was nice that laundry was free, but it was pain to have to tell the front desk every time. the hotel was close to the station which was nice.

We loved our stay at Mystays Kamata. Rooms are very clean. It is close to Kamata station. Free coffee service is great

Stayed at Hotel Mystays Kamata in March and April. Love this hotel! The staff are excellent and accommodating. One woman in particular was exceptional. I wish I got her name. When I visited in March, I was with my family. She was really nice and helped us look for a place to pick strawberries (she looked online and called a couple of places). It was booked solid so we couldn't go but I really appreciated her effort. Then when I went back in April (solo trip), she remembered and asked my how my granddaughter Sophie was. I was so impressed she remembered her name! The hotel is great and comfortable. I booked this hotel in March because it was one of 2 that had a queen bed. I returned in April and will continue to return because of the service. The rooms are spacious by Japan standards and very clean and comfortable. There are washing machines and dryers free of charge. 2 floors have vending machines, ice machines and microwaves. Wi-Fi is great. The location is near a great train station with many food and shopping options nearby. Be careful about the cancellation policy. It is not as flexible as most hotels. I had to change my plans a week out and could not get a refund. Still my favorite hotel.

早朝の移動にも便利なホテル。特に朝の飛行機などでもフロントは24時間対応しており、価格も利用しやすい印象。

部屋に電子レンジもあり、便利であった。

洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で使えて(洗剤は100円)とても助かりました。アメニティも充実していて、洗顔料やメイク落とし、化粧水乳液もありました。駅から徒歩5分くらいなのも便利です。コンビニやドラッグストアもすぐ近くにあります。フロントのスタッフは皆、親切丁寧な対応をされていて、とても良いホテルです。 ただ、バスルームの換気扇と電気のスイッチのホコリが気になりました。それ以外は快適で、また泊まりたいホテルです。

浴室のカーテンやタオルの生乾きのような匂いが気になりました。 洗面や浴槽の詰まりもお掃除の時に頼めば改善するのですが設備が古いのかな…。

早朝の羽田空港を利用する為一泊利用いたしました。フロントの方が親切で、気持ちよく利用できたのですが、お風呂の排水が悪くシャワー使用中お湯が浴槽に溜まってしまいました。排水の部分が汚れていたようで、そこだけが残念でした。

Clean room, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and close to transportation.

Booked an accessible twin room for my wheelchair-bound friend and me for 4 nights in June. We found the room in a disgusting state: dust everywhere, poorly vacuumed carpet, dust-caked air vents, dust balls in the bath. Stained bed sheets, long black hairs on duvet, mouldy shower cubicle door, filthy bathroom door runners, loose and dirty grout, splashes of human waste on the underside of the toilet seat. Beds were rock hard, room layout was not wheelchair-friendly, making it impossible for my friend to access the shower room. Room should not be advertised as 'accessible.' Bedside lights were broken, covered in black electrical tape, there was no ambient lighting, only harsh ceiling lights and a distant desk light. Overall filth and lack of maintenance were unbearable. My Japanese friend helped to communicate issues to the reception. I showed the manager photos of the room’s condition and pointed out a dusty air vent in the reception area as evidence of the hotel's neglect. The staff seemed embarrassed, but the manager could only offer a refund for 3 of the 4 nights, citing our check-in. Unacceptable, but we reluctantly accepted and checked out immediately after finding another hotel. Expedia later secured a full refund. This hotel needs a complete overhaul of its cleaning protocols and regular maintenance checks. I strongly advise against booking this hotel without reading reviews first. Level of uncleanliness and lack of care for accessibility needs is inexcusable.

ユニットバスがアンモニア臭がしました。 私は鼻炎で鼻も悪いのですが臭う。ということはかなり臭うのでは？ あと、掃除もイマイチ。机の下に乾電池が落ちてました。

清潔で、コンビニも駅も近く、とても便利です。

Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr eng und auch das Bad ist klein. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht gerade top. Die Bettdecke hatte mehrere Flecken, welches nach Anfrage direkt ausgewechselt wurde oder viel Staub. Das Personal war super freundlich und waren hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, direkt neben dem Bahnhof und mehrere Conbinis in der Nähe. Wenn man sich nicht oft im Hotel befindet und eher unterwegs ist, kann ich es empfehlen.

対応やアメニティは良かったのですが、浴室の赤カビなどが目立っていて気になってしまいました。

The staff was great, the area was quiet. Very close to the train station and lots of food options. The room was small but nice. Only negatives were a really hard mattress(not my preference)and AC was seemed very low despite being on highest fan speed. Overall great place.

Room size is reasonable and good wifi.

便座に暖房機能が無かったダブルベットが片側しか降りられない、夜中冷蔵庫の音が気になった。

Although the room was very small, it offered all that we needed. Most people over 250 lb's would struggle to navigate the bathroom.

The hotel is really close to the train station and therefore very convenient. Unfortunately if you stay at an upper floor, you can actually hear the trains.

駅から近く、レストランも近場に多く便利です。部屋は少し狭かったです。

A good place to stay if you need to stay near the airport and want some shopping nearby. It’s close to the JR station, big malls and many shops. Family Mart (convenient store) is just 20sec walk. The hotel facilities are good. The most disappointing is the size of the room. It’s really really small.

Super clean, always perfect, close to the Kamata JR station, easy taxi to Haneda or walk to the airport train line, very helpful staff. Been staying here since 2014, A+

アメニティが揃っていて、スタッフも親切でした。 予定があるため、チェックイン前の時間でしたので、荷物を預けてもらうため、フロントに伺ったのですが、お部屋の準備ができているからと、早めのチェックインを案内していただき助かりました。

I love and enjoyed my stay , I would recommend another visit whenever I get the chance, the staff were very friendly and amazing people to talk to.

羽田空港から蒲田駅東口までのバス停、コンビニ、ドラッグストアも近くにあり便利でした。

客室もスタッフの方もとても好感が持てました。また次回機会があれば利用したいです。JRの駅からも近いのも良かったです。

ビジネス用途に絞った宿泊施設であると思った。良くも悪くも、近隣の繁華街から距離があるので、聞こえるのは廊下でしゃべるお客様の声と、電車の通過する音（気にならない程度の音です）。残念な点として、食事の案内がわかりやすいと良かったかもしれません（デリバリができる事を食事のあと気が付いた）ただ、徒歩1分にコンビニエンスストアがあるので、困りません。 部屋はちょうどいいサイズで、機会があればリピートしようと思いました。

仕事で2泊しました。部屋は綺麗で申し分ありませんが、テレビをもう少し左右に振りたいと思います。また、無料のコーヒーサーバーがロビーに置かれているともっと頂くかもしれません。
