One of the tv's in our suite didn't work. The rooms are dated . They only had one elevator working. There was a ceiling leaking in front of a room on our floor. There was not enough variety for the breakfast. Despite all those things our room served its purpose for a 1 night stay.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My husband was disappointed that the gym was not open (being renovated) but the kids were still able to use the pool so that was good. Breakfast was included which was nice with lots of options for everyone. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

It's kind of inclining to get outdated and dirty, like if maintenance is starting to be neglected (ice and vending machines out of order, elevator with signs of not working even when working, and more of that kind of stuff). Check-in was not really welcoming, although check-out was much better. For the breakfast there was only one person of staff, who was extremely servicial and helping, but of course not enough to cover the whole service.

Place was great. One scary thing happened though, we were swimming and the bracket holding the pool safety and cleaning equipment decided it wanted to join us in the pool..scared the crap out of us!

We had a very pleasant stay here. There were 2 elevators, however, only one worked so made getting to/from our room for long waits at the elevator. Mentioned to front desk and seemed they are aware but nothing had been done to fix it. Otherwise a very nice property to visit. Loved that no fee to park.

Stayed one night while passing through the area. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 330 so they upgraded us to a king suite. Nice having a couch to relax and watch TV. Pool was small but no other guests at the time. Hot tub very welcoming. Lots of restaurants in the area for dinner.

Having never stayed at a Fairfield Inn before I was surprised with the condition of this property. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, the room with the ice machine had bags of garbage piled up for multiple days, and the hallway carpeting hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how many days. Our room wasn't cleaned or towels replaced after the first night. I went to the the front desk and requested fresh towels, 2 hours later I had to go back and ask if someone was going to get us towels. The front desk clerk went in the back and gave me the towels to take back to our room. This was the same for our son's room, and other guests we were with. I have paid less and received better accommodations and service elsewhere. We will not stay or recommend this particular site. I hope that this isn't typical of all Fairfield Inn hotels.

Hotel was very nice, however the AC unit had mold on/in it. Told staff that night (I checked in late around 9pm) and they said they’d send someone to clean it. No one came. Reminded front desk the next morning and they said ok. No apology, nothing more than ok. Was very disappointed in that response. Minus that one hiccup- the stay was good.

Johnny was spectacular. We were able to check in early in order to be at our family Thanksgiving dinner on time. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. There were many good breakfast choices and the coffee was wonderful.

The pool was the best part of the stay. The water was bath water warm and fabulous!! The room was not so great. It had not been well cleaned/prepared for our visit. For example, I found a whlipped cream cap by the tv, the toilet seat was up (as opposed to having a wrapper around the seat indicating cleanliness) and none of the trash cans had liners. The staff was nice and breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing...they're always amazing at this location. I've stayed here before, but this time the lack of cleanliness definitely stood out. Everything needs to be wiped down in the room (the headboard, the dresser, the TV stand).

The television didn't work (no cable feed). When I told the hotel front desk the next morning when I checked out, they acted surprised and said they would put in a service ticket. I met up with colleagues at a conference later that day who stayed in the same hotel. Their rooms' televisions didn't work either.

I interacted with four different staff members: Each one was professional, pleasant and fun! There was only one less-than-satisfactory aspect of my stay, and that is the hallway noise. Also, my room was right next to the elevators, and I could hear the elevators going up and down. I'm guessing the wall insulation could use some freshening up. Again: I was able to think and sleep through these noises. They were just continually in the background. Other than that, my overall experience was very positive!

I have stayed here many times. Usually, everything is fine. The shower in my room had no hot water. I told management as I was leaving for work. I was told to come back and check the water and if it was cold, let them know. I was there on business and my schedule did not permit me coming back to the hotel to check the water. They could have checked the water while I was gone, so this request was ridiculous. One of the amenities is coffee in the room. I used the coffee day one, none was brought day two or three. Housekeeping was in my room to provide towels on day three, but did not clean the room or provide coffee.

The staff working there is amazing. I was checked in by Johnny and the lady and gentleman that checked me out we so friendly. I have stayed a total of three times when I have to stay in that area. This is a place that I will always chose.

1 person to check us in. 5 people ahead of me. Computer systems where down. Took an hour to check in. He had to walk everyone to their rooms becauee he had the only key in the hotel that worked. He was trying but it was horrible. Went to eat, came back and still had to wait almost another hour for him to take us to our room. The worst part is that the manager was not there to help, no one to help him and apparently thw regional general manager left earlier knowing that the hotel was in this situation. I would not support this hotel at all. Food the next day was also not good. Watery drinks, hard biscuits, stuff out for oatmeal but no oatmeal. The waffle batter was also not working great. The employee tried his hardest but he was totally overwhelmed.

The property is clean and the room was very nice!! The best part of our stay was being greeted by Sincerely at the front desk!!!! We were very delayed and exhausted and he was so personable when he checked us in. He quickly and kindly had us off to our room for much needed sleep. I will definitely chose this hotel next time I’m going through Ohio.

We’ve stayed here many times and had no issues. This time our room wasn’t ready at 3:30. They told us 15-20 minutes. By 4:00 it was still not ready. We had to leave for a concert. Told them we’d be back around midnight. When we got there our 2 queen suite was unavailable. The night manager was very helpful. But then our keys didn’t work.

My room was pretty basic in terms of layout and decor, but clean and completely functional. The staff was above-average friendly, including the worker in the breakfast area. This hotel is near Polaris and more or less anything you might want from an American suburb. You are also 10-15 minutes away from ethnic eateries on the north side of Columbus as well as Easton Town Center. Downtown is a reasonably easy 20-minute drive down I-71.

I liked this hotel. It was clean, quiet and well kept. I must say that there were not many guests at the time. The hot breakfast was good. It alternated between some type of egg dish and scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuit with gravy. Waffle machines also ready with bread items as well. I read a review about some type of breakfast sandwich but this was a nice full breakfast and was well staffed. Would recommend

We stay at this location often and this visit was not as great as past ones. Our room looked out the concrete roof. Literally, all we could see was concrete and it did not let in much light. So avoid room 219 and those around it. Then there was something off on the breakfast. The lights were dim and the eggs runny and the choices rather limited. This is not our typical experience here.
