Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel lors de notre escapade en Cappadoce. Idéalement situé à l’entrée de Göreme, il permet un accès facile aux principaux sites touristiques de la région. Ce fut un véritable coup de cœur : l’établissement est très propre, le service irréprochable, et le petit-déjeuner, à la fois savoureux et copieux. La piscine constitue un atout appréciable pour se rafraîchir après une journée de découvertes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

It was a very beautiful hotel with animals roaming around and beautiful views of Goreme and rock chimneys. The staff was extremely helpful in booking activities and helping us out. The pool was very handy on a hot day. This is an amazing hotel and we highly recommend it.

Un hotel como se espera en Capadocia. Las habitaciones muy agradables con una vista fantástica. La alberca está climatizada y a pesar del frío la disfrutamos mucho. Muy bien ubicado a unos minutos a pie de la zona de restaurantes y comercial. Aprovecha la terraza para ver los globos muy temprano por la mañana.

Bellissimo albergo, perfetto per famiglie con bambini (la piscina e' un plus). Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile ad aiutare con l'organizzazione di visite guidate, o per la risoluzione di problemi in generale.

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer Upgrade, die Suite mit Whirlpool zum Preis vom normalen Zimmer. Der Aussenpool selbst ist super, jedoch könnte die Anlage darum etwas besser gepflegt werden. Die Blätter des Kastanienbaumes sind auf den Liegen und im Poolbereich verteilt.

This hotel was a good hotel, it might have not been one of the best ones in Cappadocia but definitely a good hotel to stay. Room was clean. A nice swimming pool was a good addition. Very traditional design and good room service.

Oda genel olarak rahat ve genişti. Ancak temizlik konusunda aynı fikri beyan edemeyeceğim . Her gün otel tetkikleri bence degismeliydi.Degismedi,beraberinde yatak üstleri tekrar düzenlenmeliydi gelişigüzel bırakılmışti .Cave otel mantığı güzel ancak geliştirilmeli .Yine de 5 üzerinden 4 verilebilecek bir deneyim oldu . We checked in on Friday, and today is Sunday. We have not received room cleaning service during our stay. This morning, I complained to the receptionist, who assured me they would send a team to clean the room once we left. We left the hotel at 10:30 AM and returned at 3:30 PM, but to our surprise, the room was still dirty, and no one had come by to clean it. When I spoke to the manager, his response was even more disappointing. Not only did I not receive an apology, but he also claimed that cleaning services prioritize vacated rooms over those of staying guests. This explanation does not make sense, especially since it is now 3:30 PM, and this is not a large hotel. We have been here for three days and have not received any cleaning service. As a family of four, room cleaning is essential, and I am not requesting anything beyond the usual service. I have traveled extensively, and cleaning has always been a standard part of hotel service. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly.

I don’t know why this property is rated highly. I was disappointed by the quality for the price I paid. The A/C didn’t work well, which resulted my family being tired the next morning. The twin bed was very bad and hurt my back. The room was interesting, half cave and half stone.

La struttura è molto bella, colazione ottima ricca di cibo (poche bevande). La piscina ben tenuta, lo staff cordiale. Peccato che la nostra stanza non fosse minimamente insonorizzata, quindi tra mongolfiere e pulizie varie la notte si dorme poco.

We stayed in one of the Sultan Suites and it was absolutely amazing. Loved everything the room and the hotel had to offer. Would highly recommend, and will absolutely be staying here again

Schon beim Betreten der Lobby spürt man die warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Kleine Versäumnisse wurden schnell und professionell geklärt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass auf Kritik konstruktiv eingegangen wurde. Unser Zimmer war ein echtes Highlight: ein gemütlicher Kamin, elegante Gardinen und eine Fußbodenheizung, die für wohlige Wärme sorgte. Das Badezimmer war luxuriös ausgestattet – mit einer Badewanne samt Massagefunktion, einer Dusche und sogar einem Hamam. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein Ort, an den wir gerne zurückkehren. Leider gab es kein Abendessen, das Restaurant hatte auch zu. Auf Nachfrage ist es außerhalb der Saison nicht rentabel, wofür wir vollstes Verständnis haben.

Otel Göreme Otogarıı’na çok yakın yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı oldular her konuda. Odalar temizdi. Restoran kısmı da çok güzeldi ortamı çok iyiydi ve temizdi. Sabah kahvaltı da çok güzeldi ancak sıcak kısmı biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Yani sigara böreği simit vs olabilirdi kahvaltıda. It was a very beautiful hotel with animals roaming around and beautiful views of Goreme and rock chimneys. The staff was extremely helpful in booking activities and helping us out. The pool was very handy on a hot day. This is an amazing hotel and we highly recommend it.

Staff service is very poor. Reception guy not friendly at all. We reached at 1 pm and they said check in time 2 pm and room not ready. But they didn’t give me the keys until 4.30 pm. I visited reception several times and ask for keys, they said not yet ready we will inform you once it’s ready. But they never called. Then I said it’s already 4.30 I haven’t received the keys yet, they “yes I know”. That’s all no sorry or apology. Then after they give me keys I said can anyone help me with the luggage. No response at all. I had to ask so many times then someone came and get me the luggage. So disappointed with service. However- Very nice, kids friendly, relaxing atmosphere, dining experience, friendly pool area.

We checked in on Friday, and today is Sunday. We have not received room cleaning service during our stay. This morning, I complained to the receptionist, who assured me they would send a team to clean the room once we left. We left the hotel at 10:30 AM and returned at 3:30 PM, but to our surprise, the room was still dirty, and no one had come by to clean it. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 6 Tage in diesem stilvollen und traditionell eingerichteten Hotel zu verbringen, und waren rundum begeistert. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby spürt man die warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Kleine Versäumnisse wurden schnell und professionell geklärt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass auf Kritik konstruktiv eingegangen wurde. Unser Zimmer war ein echtes Highlight: ein gemütlicher Kamin, elegante Gardinen und eine Fußbodenheizung, die für wohlige Wärme sorgte. Das Badezimmer war luxuriös ausgestattet – mit einer Badewanne samt Massagefunktion, einer Dusche und sogar einem Hamam. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein Ort, an den wir gerne zurückkehren. Leider gab es kein Abendessen, das Restaurant hatte auch zu. Auf Nachfrage ist es außerhalb der Saison nicht rentabel, wofür wir vollstes Verständnis haben.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The include breakfast is amazing and have a lot of diversity. However, I recommend you arrive early to have all the options. The pool is perfect for kids during hot days. As per the room, it was clean but there is an horrible smell for the bathroom in the family room for 4 pax. It seems like a drain problem but the smell is so bad in the morning that you try to avoid the bathroom. The staff understand the issue but couldn’t do anything for us. Also, the toilet was always leaking and the shower grout had mold. As I said, the staff was amazing but the owner should invest into the facilities.

The service given by the staff was terrible, we booked a room for 5 guests and there were 4 beds, when asked for the additional bed a mattress was laid on the floor (the mattress sheets were dirty) on the second night when we asked for it to be fixed the attitude of the staff was quite bad, at the end they brought a bed base and clean sheets but it took a lot of effort from our part, the experience was not good.
