The Holiday Cave hotel is a beautiful place. The grounds of the hotel are a conversation piece by themselves. You immediately get the Cappadocia 'builr into the rock' feeling when you enter your room. The standout during my visit in late March, was the restaurant - Stonella - . The settings are intimate and at the same time, family friendly. The space is accommodating and the food is immaculate. Breakfast was included and it was genuinely Turkish, which I enjoyed. I also made dinner reservations and arrived early to find my table already set. The service was outstanding. I recommend this hotel. Here things to keep in mind. 1. There's in heating in March, no air conditioning and since my room had no outside windows. That was an adjustment. 2. You use an actual room key (which I thought was cool) 3. The details iny bathroom had some minor misses but nothing to adversely affect your stay. 4. Room was massive with a good sitting area and a comfortable bed with was on a stone frame. 5. Grounds are spectacular for photos and some views and the lights at night are an unexpected treat. All said. I recommend the Cappadocia Holiday Cave hotel. Cheers,

First off, when we got the room there were cats sleeping the bed. Second, the bathroom was stinky. Thought it was one room. But there are other rooms friends stayed was badly stinky. And not all rooms are real caves. Some are completely new construction. I would not recommend this at all mainly because of rooms being badly stinky.
