Very clean hotel with perfect service. Nice and quite area. There is a safe parking garage 200m from the hotel for 10€ a day for cars under 2m. Will come back for my next Hamburg trip.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Allerdings ist das Frühstück extrem mager ausgefallen. Und 18€ Parkgebühr oben drauf war auch sehr teuer.

NIE WIEDER! 50 min Warten in der Schlange für den Check-in. Anscheinend wegen einer neuen Software. Morgens zum Frühstück dann nochmal 35 min in der Schlange warten. Ganz ohne Software. Und im Zimmer lang unterm Bett eine tote Kakerlake. Der war die Wartezeit vermutlich zu lange. Ist den Wartetot gestorben. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Vores dårligste oplevelse på Motel One nogensinde. Receptions personalet udtrykte stor ligegyldighed og total mangel på smil og service. Mindste værelse nogensinde og ikke ordentligt rent. Rengøringen kom om morgenen direkte ind på værelset uden at banke på. Lobbyen var rodet og lignede et værtshus der manglede oprydning. Vi anbefaler klart ikke dette hotel.

I stayed one night and it was a comfortable stay. Here are the pros and cons for me: Pros: -The gentleman at reception was polite and very efficient. As the room was vacant he offered me a much earlier check in which was very useful as I had arrived early. -Hotel and the room were very clean. -It is located very close to a metro station, the area is fairly decent and not far from the city centre. It was a cold winter day. The room was quiet. Cons: There is no coffee/tea making facility in the room, which is a standard everywhere I have stayed before. I did not see any bins in the room and had to use the toilet bin for my rubbish. The room did not have a wardrobe. There was a basic rack however. I expect the above basic room facilities of a hotel in this class. Will I stay again? Only if I have to and found no better options.

Hier sollte zu Stoßzeiten mehr Personal eingesetzt werden. In der Nacht war es im Zimmer laut, da im gegenüberliegenden Zimmer gefeiert wurde. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Einladendes Ambiente im Empfangsbereich, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, schnelle Abläufe. Extrem gute Verkehrsanbindung (Eingang zur U-Bahn direkt vor dem Haus), auch zu Fuss nicht weit zum Zentrum. Trotz der Lage an viel befahrener Strasse sehr gute Lärmdämmung, einfache Bedienung der Temperaturregelung, die sogar liefert, was gewünscht ist. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, WC & Bad vorbildlich, Vorsicht mit der Temperatur des Wassers aus dem Wasserhahn (sehr heiss). Vorbildlich: Handtücher werden nicht (wie sonst so oft) einfach ausgetauscht, selbst wenn das nicht gewünscht ist, sondern dem Wunsch nach Wiederverwendung wird entsprochen. Bei Ankunft im Zimmer geht der Fernseher mit Aquarium und entschleunigender, nicht aufdringlicher Hintergrund-Musik an. Perfekt. Hab ich erst am dritten Tag nach ca. 6 Stunden Dauerschleife abgeschaltet. Endlich mal ein WLAN, das nicht herum zickt und zufriedenstellenden Datentransfer liefert.

Di tutti i Motel one che ho sempre apprezzato molto, il meno confortevole. Non ha ne il frigobar ne la cassaforte in camera. Stanza piccola e fredda. Il riscaldamento non era attivabile perché per loro era estate ma in realtà la stanza era davvero fredda. Mi hanno subito portato un altro piumino. Gesto gentile ma non ero in campeggio. Mancava la crema idratante in bagno c’era solo il dosatore del sapone e normalmente è presente. Al personale invece va una grande nota di merito. Alla direzione un suggerimento di adeguamento agli standard dei loro hotel di Monaco Innsbruck Colonia Brussels etc. Ne ha bisogno. La posizione va bene. Appena decentrata ma comunque centrale e con la metro all uscita dell hotel. Gli altri Motel one erano occupati i giorni della mia permanenza. Non so se ci ritornerò. Scarso. Un peccato.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da direkt vor dem Eingang die U-Bahn Station ist. In der näheren Umgebung genug Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein kleiner Park liegt direkt gegenüber. Leider war die Warmwasserversorgung im 12 Stock etwas schwankend und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

Für 2 Nächte in Ordnung, für deutlich länger ist es mir persönlich zu klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. Personal ist Mittelmaß, sauber ist es allerdings. Leise sind die Zimmer auch. Das Frühstück ist sehr mau und dafür echt teuer. Wir empfehlen 2 Straßen weiter ein türkisches Restaurant mit täglichem günstigeren Frühstück und viel mehr Auswahl. 👍

I did not see any bins in the room and had to use the toilet bin for my rubbish. The room did not have a wardrobe. There was a basic rack however. I expect the above basic room facilities of a hotel in this class. Will I stay again? Only if I have to and found no better options.

Nettes Personal und zentrale Lage an der U-Bahn, gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und schönes Zimmer. Leider hat der Check-In sehr lange gedauert. Very clean hotel with perfect service. Nice and quite area. There is a safe parking garage 200m from the hotel for 10€ a day for cars under 2m. Will come back for my next Hamburg trip.

Einladendes Ambiente im Empfangsbereich, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, schnelle Abläufe. Extrem gute Verkehrsanbindung (Eingang zur U-Bahn direkt vor dem Haus), auch zu Fuss nicht weit zum Zentrum. Trotz der Lage an viel befahrener Strasse sehr gute Lärmdämmung, einfache Bedienung der Temperaturregelung, die sogar liefert, was gewünscht ist. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, WC & Bad vorbildlich, Vorsicht mit der Temperatur des Wassers aus dem Wasserhahn (sehr heiss). Vorbildlich: Handtücher werden nicht (wie sonst so oft) einfach ausgetauscht, selbst wenn das nicht gewünscht ist, sondern dem Wunsch nach Wiederverwendung wird entsprochen. Bei Ankunft im Zimmer geht der Fernseher mit Aquarium und entschleunigender, nicht aufdringlicher Hintergrund-Musik an. Perfekt. Hab ich erst am dritten Tag nach ca. 6 Stunden Dauerschleife abgeschaltet. Endlich mal ein WLAN, das nicht herum zickt und zufriedenstellenden Datentransfer liefert.

NIE WIEDER! 50 min Warten in der Schlange für den Check-in. Anscheinend wegen einer neuen Software. Morgens zum Frühstück dann nochmal 35 min in der Schlange warten. Ganz ohne Software. Und im Zimmer lang unterm Bett eine tote Kakerlake. Der war die Wartezeit vermutlich zu lange. Ist den Wartetot gestorben. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Für 2 Nächte in Ordnung, für deutlich länger ist es mir persönlich zu klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. Personal ist Mittelmaß, sauber ist es allerdings. Leise sind die Zimmer auch. Das Frühstück ist sehr mau und dafür echt teuer. Wir empfehlen 2 Straßen weiter ein türkisches Restaurant mit täglichem günstigeren Frühstück und viel mehr Auswahl. 👍

The hotel sits in one of Hamburg’s rougher areas is not something I’d overlook. The public transport connection is genuinely convenient, with a bus and metro stop right nearby that gets you into the city quickly, but our trip through the underground station during the day was uncomfortable enough to be worth mentioning. The rooms themselves didn’t hold up either. No fridge, no kettle, no drinks in the room and pointing guests to a 24/7 bar doesn’t replace basic amenities. The TV placement in the room also felt like an afterthought and for the price, I expected more. On the positive side, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and the staff made a real difference. Pascal in particular handled two separate requests during our stay quickly and without any fuss. That kind of service is worth mentioning. Would I stay again? Probably not at this price point but Pascal is the reason this review has any stars above two.
