Stayed here for a sports tournament weekend for the kids. Great location and was perfect for the kind of trip we were doing. Kids loved the pool. The breakfast was a good typical self serve complementary breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffle maker etc.

Soccer tournament in town this was the only hotel that wasn’t gouging people pricing wise and we were thrilled with our stay. Will definitely stay again when the need arises. Clean, comfortable, pool wasn’t huge but the kids had a blast so who cares.

Property was very clean, looks to of recently went through a brand change. Front desk lady upon check in was great. The rest of the team at the front desk were a little distant to say the least. Breakfast was below par. Hotel is very small, Gym and Pool are tiny. Room was very clean, bedding was great. AC worked great and was quiet. Elevator was extremely slow.

Service was great, but unfortunately a few things noticeable in the bathroom - the prior guest soap still in the tray, hand towel had blue stains?, very thin body towels, and did find hair in sink on arrival. Also seems untoward to have the coffee prep on the bathroom sink …did not really want to prepare any coffee in the bathroom. Must have been a bad day that day, things happen. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, television ample, blackout curtains good, the heating/cooling unit did not rattle (a recent experience elsewhere). Comfort and care were good, cleanliness and arrangement missed the mark a bit.

No body soap. But there was a used bar of soap I’m guessing from previous guest. Hand prints on the headboard. Small pillows, like a 10” x 10”, definitely not a standard size pillow. Especially for a king size bed. Walls are paper thin!

Our room felt very unclean and rundown. The floors (both the carpet and the bathroom floor) felt continually damp and sticky. The furniture was worn out, with the finish on the corners of the tables, counters etc being rubbed off from use (bare wood). The bed was clean. There was a nice large fridge and a microwave which we needed and appreciated. The Lobby was nicely kept and the daily breakfast was very good.

The rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast was great with many fine options. The wi-fi seemed great at first but later we encounter long buffering times, so marked downj the faciliuties because of the buffering. As a May, December gay couple we found the staff at check in to be highly insulting. First they asked my 42 year old partner for his id and then they expressed shock we were sleeping together in the same room. Our Ids show the same last name we have have been together and married for 15 years. Great place--unless you are gay.

This is a good place for a quick night. It had nice basic amenities. It was sort of loud with a bunch of kids staying there for a tournament - it did not seem very soundproofed. The location was great.

Nicer than I expected. Only issue was that we were awoken after going to sleep by a crying baby in the next room for over an hour. The hotel was not full so it wouldve been nice to be spaced away from other occupied rooms.

Nice location but off the main roads so very quiet. Hotel could use a little updating but it is clean. The desk chair in our room was full of tears and the fridge although nice in size it was super noisy and my husband had to adjust it repeatedly to try and quiet it.

I very much enjoyed my brief stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great WiFi service and television programming. I got a great workout in the exercise room, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, a great stay.

Staff was about as rude as they could be, that is the front office female, probably in her twenties. I can't remember being treated that rudely, really sad to have someone like that as the face of an establishment.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The room was super comfortable and I loved that it had a window that opened to allow the fresh air in. The fridge was larger than the standard mini fridge and the closet was pretty big too. The chairs and bed were both comfortable. The service that we received from all the staff we interacted with was great. Everyone was very welcoming and kind, definitely went above and beyond over our four night stay. Checkin and check out were both smooth and painless. My only complaints are the in room safe didn’t work and the bathroom is kind of dark. Not much light transfers into the shower with the curtain closed. Both of those things are incredibly minor and wouldn’t deter a future booking. The hotel is also located in a great area. There’s lots of places around for dining and shopping plus I felt safe traveling on a mother and young son trip.

I received a text from the hotel upon check-in telling me to text back if I had any needs/requests, and I asked for an office chair to use in my room. The desk was up way too high for the size of the chair they put with it. They did not respond at all. I was disappointed by this, as I was planning on doing quite a bit of work from my room - but I couldn't due to the odd setup of the desk/chair. Also things were just a bit run down (scuffed up furniture, bath mat, etc.) But overall a good stay.

The staff was so nice and comforting. They went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and it was nice being able to have breakfast before checkout. The only thing was the pool was smaller but the kids still had fun swimming. We’ll be booking at this same location next time we are in Richland.

Everything as described. Staff was helpful, attentive and all around wonderful! Husband ended up in the ER with a heart attack. He is doing fine. I just want to commend the staff for allowing me to stay an extra day at manager's discount in order for me not to worry about where I would stay. It allowed me to focus on my husband and all issues involved. It's not often that you find such great customer service like this! Their waffles are amazing too!

I checked in pretty late, around 9 or 10 I believe. After 30 min, I realized that the pine tree outside of my window was banging and scraping against the window. It was a very windy night. When I went to the desk to inquire if I could move rooms, the front desk girl asked if I had already sat on the bed or used the bathroom. Of course I had, I certainly just didn’t stand there for 30 min. She told me that I couldn’t be moved because housekeeping wasn’t available. I could be moved the next day. She gave me 20$ discount which is not what I wanted and doesn’t make up for no sleep. If I had checked out, the room would remain dirty regardless of housekeeping being there. If someone were to arrive to check in, they would get a clean room. I don’t understand why I couldn’t move rooms regardless of housekeeping. The next day they texted me and said that I could move rooms, and also that ear plugs were always available at the front desk if I needed them. Why on earth did they not say that they had ear plugs the night before? I ended up leaving and just forfeiting the money for the second night I paid for. Would not stay here again.

When my husband went to check in they didn't have our reservation and sent him away saying that we must have booked at the other location. I sent my husband back in with the confirmation email, showing that it was this location. They did not have our reservation and the front desk gal was unsure what to do, so she called her manager. They went round and round. They did eventually give us a room. But it really just made our experience pretty terrible.

We chose this Hotel because it was in walking distance to the Toyota Center. It was about a 5 minute walk, the street was well lighted. The continental breakfast was pretty good, we were there when a big soccer team was there, the staff did a good job keeping everything clean and full since the team pretty much wiped everything out every 4 to 5 boys. The beds were really comfortable, we loved the shampoo and conditioner that was provided. Great stay overall!

The hotel and room were great. The only downside was breakfast. We arrived in the lounge for breakfast at 7:30am and the hot food trays were all empty and the hot oatmeal was cold as well as the decaffeinated coffee. The attendant was nowhere to be found. Had to go to front desk, ring bell and ask for assistance. It took at least 15 minutes before she started to put more hot food out. Coffee I never did get. Not sure the reasons for this as usually a hotel that offers breakfast has a very attentive host on hand at all times to ensure things like this do not happen.
