Very good location in the middle of old town Kyoto. Still very quiet during the night. The facilities are clean and functional, though a little simple. Very good japanese breakfast!

Nice location by the Megaru river and several cafes and restaurants, close to parks with playground for kids and quick buss ride to central Shibuya. It was nice with a hotel with onsen, private Onsen is available where we could have a lower bath temperature to suit better for a young kid
