The hotel was ok, there was no air conditioning and to have a room with with they will charge you extra. I reserved online and when checking in to the location they charged me for the second room at a different/higher price. The receptionist told me I had chosen 2 different rooms when I selected 2 rooms at reserving online and they couldn’t help me since I didn’t reserve thru their hotel. I checked the prices per room and they were actually higher if reserved thorough them. Very disappointing I felt it was a ripoff but I had no choice but to stay as family was tired and was going to get charged on my credit card for trying to cancel. There was manifestations from citizens to the government and the streets were blocked with tents for blocks and blocks making it inaccessible by car and we had to walk amount a bunch of hurdles to get to the hotel. There was a lot of termites in our beds due to the heath and when we asked what the bugs in our beds were, they said they didn’t knew but that they would go away. I will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone

Que puedo esperar : Excelente ubicación Servicio muy bueno Habitaciones limpias y cómodas Ofrecen desayuno continental (cargo extra) What can I expect: Excellent location Very good service Clean and comfortable rooms They offer continental breakfast (extra charge) Suggestions Most of the stays in Oaxaca were old homes that have been adapted to provide the service as a Hotel. So taking this as a reference it is quite common that in the architecture of the place there is a patio in the center and rooms around. That's why it's important that you check before booking, ask and make sure that the place has what you're looking for.Personally it was quite comfortable to stay here, my door was in the patio and I had no problem in any way. I think it was more satisfying for me, since we could rest or go out to have chocolate in the patio (patio that was used for the common area of the guests and also served as a breakfast room) There is no air conditioning but it was not a problem, since it has a ceiling fan and ventilated the room very well (you can ask for other rooms that do have AC) I would definitely come back
