Beautiful little hotel with fun Victorian decor. Amazing staff. Location can’t be beat- it’s a quick walk to the Shibuya Scramble, but somehow very quiet! Great shower, too:)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have coffee available in the lobby on Sunday morning when most area restaurants were still closed. AC in the room functioned well. Everything else was fine although it was difficult to use the remote bidet system on the toilet. In other hotels bidet systems are easier to operate.

The thing I enjoyed most about my stay was how helpful all the staff were. I had so much things they were pstientbwith me while I practiced Japanese and ised their vaccum to vaccum pack all my clothes. It was very helpful.

Great location in Tokyo at a reasonable price. However, the room was dusty, and the aircondition didn’t work, so we had to keep the window open all night to keep the room cool enough to sleep. The very friendly staff explained that from October to March, the aircondition was only able to heat, not to cool. We were there in late March, and it was way too hot. Next time in Tokyo we might take a more expensive hotel and get better quality.
