Kyoto Century Hotel

Rooms were small but comfortable, close to train station, no gym, no spa, but breakfast was nice.

On my way to the hotel, I left my wallet behind in a taxi; however, the hotel staff checked the security camera footage to identify the specific taxi, contacted them, and my wallet was safely returned.

Good hotel. Very close to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

If you have food allergies, they are unable to accommodate at their restaurants. I would much rather a hotel be overly cautious than not, however I was still disappointed to be turned away even after pre booking a reservation and noting the allergy, and then filling out a questionnaire once we were seated. Breakfast is fantastic, lots to choose from, and the location is perfect. Easy access to the station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was amazing! Highly recommend. Very clean, staff provided excellent service, awesome breakfast buffet with large variety and quality food, and location could not be better, right next to the Kyoto Station. Will recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto.
