Apartment Le Marais Place des Vosges by Studio Prestige

Property was good value for the cost but lacked the feeling of home or hotel. The sofa, bed, pillows and linens were terribly uncomfortable. The space lacks the details desired in a home stay. For example the soap and shampoo was very poor quality, the silverware was barely usable. The television enabled me to project from my phone- this was a good feature. The saving grace for this property is its location and price- however probably not suitable for a stay longer than a long weekend- my week long stay was just too long given the lack of quality.

The neighborhood was not what we expected, but no fault of staff.Drapes were partially hanging off the rod and not fixed. Toilet was filthy inside, the outside was okay but the bottom was almost black and disgusting. The seat was not the appropriate size. The lighting by the front door and into courtyard was really limited at night. Very darkThe apartment fit our needs but was not up to par. The kitchen was clean and the rest of the apartment except for bathroom. Thank you for great communication along the way. It was appreciated.

This apartment is in a safe, walkable location near many cafes and shopping. Spacious for the price and clean. It got a little warm in July, but provides fans helped. Set up with loft bedroom upstairs made it feel spacious.

Photos truly reflect the actual apartment. Bed in loft area is very comfortable with lots of storage space. Large and very nice bathroom. Kitchen is small but functional.The location is very quiet even though you’re in the heart of the Marais. We felt very safe and it was nice to be in a residential area. There are so many options for dining and for picking up groceries to have breakfast in before heading out for the day. Not far to walk to Rue de Rivoli and to the Seine. An ideal location in my opinion.Host was easy to reach and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the extra space and airy feel of this loft-style unit—having the bed upstairs made it feel roomy and unique. Just a heads-up: the stairs are a bit steep, so they might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, it was a super comfortable stay in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, shops, and amenities close by.
