Person at check-in was very polite and accommodating. Safe environment. The room and grounds were very clean! The beds and pillows were super comfy! I used the laundry facilities and they were convenient as well. Parking was right at the front door. Even though it was near the street and we were on the front I never heard any traffic. The AC works great, the towels were top of the line. I would mot definetly stay here again.

My family and I are always happy with our stays here and it is my preferred hotel in Edmond. Our room is always clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely nice. He knows us well and knows my preferences and tries to accommodate our requirements every time. I have never eaten breakfast here but have gone in to check out when it was out and it looked and smelled good. They do have a laundry and vending area together in it's own locked area. I highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent stay for the price Be aware, this is a motel not a hotel so no interior hallway or elevator (2 stories) The room was large, well kept. The bed was very comfortable (I like it firm). Water pressure was great n the shower Parking and location was convenient. Easy access to Edmond and OKC. Area was quiet and safe I would definitely stay again.

Was a quick overnight trip to pick a up a new to me motorcycle. Was a nice clean room that was updated with a well lit parking lot with space for a SUV pulling a trailer. Good room for a decent price. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.

I was traveling alone and the parking lot was clean, and exceptionally well lit. The checking was quick and easy and the room was clean. It is a budget friendly motel, so it does not have a ton of amenities, but I was very pleased with my stay and plan to stay there on my next trip.

The check in was easy. In and room key within 3 mins. The room was tidy but not cleaned well. There were dead bugs along the baseboards where vacuums typically can not reach. The bed spread had stains (white) and the furniture had rips or in need of repair.

There was nothing about my stay that made me need to leave to go somewhere else, but, my stay did not reflect the positive comments I read (prior to booking) about cleanliness (and a welcoming host/ess). My room was satisfactory, but not nearly as clean as I'd expect. The curtain on the window did not block the light from parking lot, nothing I could do about that so the room was very bright. I thin blanket on bed. I can't speak to breakfast as I didn't try it. For the price and the many positive reviews, it was worth a try. I won't be back, I'll pay the extra $30-40 bucks at other hotels for a room that is dark and cleaner.

The room was as pictured, carpets had stains, the bed was horrible - center dip and either the room itself was uneven or the mattress was just dipped not only in center, but also at head so you felt as though your head was lower than the rest of your body. If I was smart, I would have tried sleeping with my head at foot. Bathroom had a new lighted mirror but the rest was old and worn.

Great place to stay along Route 66 in a nice suburb! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Oklahoma City. The room was cute and clean, with good amenities (fridge, microwave, lots of power outlets, a curved shower rod, a large selection of cable channels, etc). Wifi worked well. Employee at front desk was friendly. Motel is on the main road, with lots of shopping and dining options around.

The room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable, for the price. It was a pretty good deal. But if we had only had a sound machine, it would’ve been perfect. The walls are very thin and I could hear the person in the next room snoring and every time anyone above me flushed the toilet or ran water it was very loud. If I’d had a sound machine, it would’ve been great.

My family and I are always happy with our stays here and it is my preferred hotel in Edmond. Our room is always clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely nice. He knows us well and knows my preferences and tries to accommodate our requirements every time. I have never eaten breakfast here but have gone in to check out when it was out and it looked and smelled good. They do have a laundry and vending area together in it's own locked area. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have never written a review for a hotel before, but this one really deserves one. The room was great - comfortable bed, nicely updated, clean, really great nicely remodeled bathroom area (loved it), but one of the things that really stood out most was Mike, the manager. From the minute I called that hotel to ask about adding an extra day to our reservation to the morning we checked out 4 days later, he was incredibly warm and helpful and always available. He helped make this hotel a 5-star experience for us. We have family in OKCity, and we will stay here again.

I will stay here again when visiting OKC. The amazing staff was helpful when in the middle of the night the warning sirens went off, and we didn’t know what to do since we live in an area where we don’t have tornados. He was calm and patient as he sat with us and talked us as the storm passed. Great stay. As for the location and room, it was simple and clean. Perfect for our needs.

I booked this hotel through the AARP/Expedia site July 4th for a destination in Edmond for a family reunion. It all looked good and I requested first floor accommodations, etc. because my husband had a knee replacement a month ago and I had back surgery in early 2024. I have several complaints about the hotel. First of all, it is not ADA-compliant.The toilet is so close to the floor that it was almost impossible for me or my husband to use it and stand up.The shower has NO grab bars or floor mat so slippage is a problem for elderly people. The WIFI NEVER worked. The mattress was terrible for me as I had back surgery over a year ago. I don't understand where all these 10/10 ratings are coming from. Yes, it was clean. No, it was not user friendly or comfortable. The manager could have cared less and after going to AARP for a refund, he refused. Buyer beware. Do not recommend.

Staying there made me feel uneasy because they asked for a $200.00 deposit and then once I went to get the deposit they changed the amount. Also they said they could keep my bank from holding the deposit if I used my credit card. “They could bypass the system “. There was too much noise too get a good nights rest.

Room was fine no complaints. However the "breakfast? was horrible”, it was all sugar based; waffles, syrup, three types of sugar-coated cereal, sweet rolls, OJ, apple juice and coffee. THAT’S IT! They advertise as a B&B and that is why I booked a room, NEVER AGAIN. I wasn’t expecting gourmet but I was expecting warm steamtable fare.

There was a long black hair in the shower on the bar soap holder. I noticed it as I was stepping into the shower. One of the white towels was stained with pink dye. One of the coffees had been opened and was gone, but the empty wrapper was still there. I wish they would have had yogurt, fresh fruit, and some kind of high protein option for breakfast. I had toast with PB and it was fine. Other than these things, the room was nice and quiet! The parking lot is lit up very well!

Basically ok, not sure how it got a 9.5 rating though. Room fine, area ok, food choices nearby, but breakfast was just waffles, sweet rolls, and cereal. Everyplace we stayed at this 2 week trip had scrambled eggs, sausage, toast or bagels, fruit, yogurt, and juice. I’d give it a 7.5
