No inspection posted on elevator. Bathroom towels had holes, dirty shower curtain, thread bare towels, no soap dish, toilet tank leaked. Cable TV hard to navigate as only limited cable channels. Front desk worker at night was vaping. No lighting, lamp, in half of room. Would not recommend this hotel ever.

Hotel showing signs of aging! Some channels on tv were in different language (remote was generic) and words were skipped when characters were speaking on tv (all channels). Couldn’t regulate temperature, was too hot or too cold. Bedding needs new comforters! Pool was broken. Rust bottom of doors.

I only got this room so I could take my kids swimming on Father’s Day, and unfortunately the pool was disgusting. There was no ventilation in the pool room, so it was like walking into a sauna. There was black mold and rust on every surface, algae growing in the grout, and the water was cloudy and reeked of mildew. Management refused request for refund, even though we checked out within an hour of check-in. Do not choose this hotel if you want to swim. Truly appalling.

The indoor pool was cold and out of service. Night staff was so dressed down and un professional I thought he was a guest behind the counter. The breakfast was good and as expected. The pillows were too small and lumpy. The bed seemed hard and not comfertable.

The staff was nice. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed, as having a pool was the reason for the stay. They did give the option to go to the hotel across the parking lot to use there pool but it wasn’t convenient. The weather was frigid and the idea of swimming then walking across the parking lot with wet hair and such, no think you. The breakfast was okay. Coffee wasn’t good.

We checked in 11/29 but 15min later we decided to check out. We found cockroaches and cockroaches eggs in our room. She was sweet and gave us a new room but after my husband checked it, it was just as bad. We had to check out in the late evening after driving 10hrs with 5 kiddos. Very unfortunate.

I would not recommend staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Edmond. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the bed sheets were dirty and had hair all over them clearly not changed from the last guest. The toilet didn’t flush, and instead of fixing the issue, the staff actually tried to hand me a plunger to take care of it myself. On top of that, the shower had no hot water and barely any water pressure, making it impossible to properly bathe. For the price, I expected at least the basics of cleanliness and functionality, but this stay was completely unacceptable.

My mom was in one of the rooms that I reserved and she was getting bit by things in her bed. The second day of the reservation she had to be moved to another room at 1:30 am. Cause of the continusely biting. Had to be seen by a doctor once we returned home. Not good at all!!!!!

We found BEDBUGS and had to move to another hotel. Stay away from this property bed sheets were dirty with blood stains lipstick marks scratches on the wall bathroom was dirty stay away from this hotel. The staff was not great the front desk was very rude when we checked in and also rude when we reported the bed bugs.

Our rooms were infested with bed bugs. BOTH rooms we got had HUGE bed bugs. Fat and mature and had a red tint like they had been there a while and had been feeding on people. They were crawling on my kids. Stayed JULY 15 2023. Had to leave at 1am.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Woke up at 2AM with bed bug bites all over myself. Turned down the bedding and sure enough bed bugs all over it! Proceeded to gather my luggage, walked downstairs and was told by the night frontdesk person that he makes $11 an hour and that it is pretty much not his problem. As the conversation turned to arguing at 2AM he didn't offer another room, call another property or tried to find a resolution. I was told that I can just leave. He proceeded to tell me that the owner refuses to properly protect the beds because it is too expensive to heat treat them after guests. Was also told that if bed bugs are found, that the hotel has to completely shut down for 10 days and the owner refuses to do that. Stay far away from this property as well as any other Fairfields/Wyndham in the area as the franchise owner runs 10 other properties. DISGUSTING! OH! The bathroom was very nasty. Not cleaned at all and the toilet did not flush. If you are going to run a hotel, you can't cut corners. Especially when I wake up at 2AM with bites all over my body.

This hotel was really clean. We were pleasantly surprised! It was quiet, beds were comfortable. The only thing I would complain about was there were no black out curtains so we woke up early because there is just a sun shade and no curtain. Other than this, it was a great stay!

I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have other options. We first got to our room and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Then, after being moved to another room, there wasn’t any kind of blackout curtains or shade that would block out the sun enough. I was woke up by the sun at 6:30am both mornings I was there because it was beaming brightly into the window. The wifi was very slow…I had to shut it off on my phone to get pictures to send in a text message. Also, only half the buttons on our remote for the TV worked. My pillow case also had a rip in it and the pillows were half the size of a normal twin size bed pillow. It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had, but I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Would have given them 5 stars, but there were no blackout currents in my room. I'm not sure if other rooms have them or not. I was on the third floor and the lights from the parking lot were shining into my room making it impossible to sleep. I ended up hanging a blanket over the window to block out some light.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. And it seems like every room has a short distance to walk from the elevator because of the design of the building. Good lighting. Basic hotel breakfast food which I opted out of. Highly recommend this hotel.

The part we did not like is the fact our room did not have a shade on the window to clock out the lights. It had a screen you could see through, but no shade, so the room was like day time with the parking lot lights shining directly into the room.

A hotel is suppose to be a place to relax and rest. The beds in this place were horrible. The pillows were the size of throw pillows and not regular bed pillows. The beds themselves were so hard and you could feel every spring and board under the matress. There was absolutely no resting happening here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a long, frustating day in monsoon driving, but arriving at this La Quinta I was greeted by a warm engaging front desk clerk. I immediately relaxed.. The room is wonderful, clean and functional. Smells new in the room. Made my last three night stays for $10 less seem like false economy. Anxious for breakfast!

The breakfast was good. Otherwise checking in the first employee rude and hated being there. She was back when we checked out and was also just as rude. Area carpets are old and very stained you can’t even clean them anymore. Room was not as clean either.

The gentleman working the evening shift went above and beyond. We planned this trip last minute and thought we got a room big enough for 6 of us. And ended up not. The gentleman helped get us into a bigger room and also gave us some box fans due to replacing the ac that afternoon to cool the room down faster. We will be back there

It took 30 minutes to check us in and we were the only people there. We got to the room and the door was propped open with a rolled up towel and the room was a complete mess. Bed unmade, trash and makeup all over the bathroom counter. We went back downstairs to let the night attendant know and then they took another 20 minutes to find another room. We were the only guests checking in at that time as it was very late. New room was clean.

The room was clean. It seemed like a safe area, we were only there for one night. The front desk lady,she was there around 12:30-1:00pm, was rude, she had a scowl on her face that made you not even want to talk to her. The lady in the evening was nice, even the lady keeping up the breakfast food was nice. The next morning the same mean and rude lady was the front desk.

Arrived late in the evening, no one was at the front desk for several minutes for check in - when someone did arrive, they were wearing a shirt with a logo for a different company other than the hotel and had no name tag - after checking in, went out, came back, went to the room, right before bed, the fire alarm went off, raced downstairs, someone different at the front desk, also wearing a shirt with a different company ignored my questions about the alarm, went outside, waited, nothing happened, fire department never showed, went back inside after seeing the alarm lights off, asked again what the situation was, got no response, only another guest said it was a false alarm, so after continuing to be ignored by the front desk person, I went back to the room - the room was clean, but the AC could not keep up with the ambient temperature, it was very humid and even running the AC at a very low temp on high settings did not keep the room cool - shared this feedback with another front desk person on check out - she apologized, said she would speak with her manager, but nothing else was offered - would not stay again, would choose different hotel

Jason at the front desk was so super nice our entire stay. Every time we came in or out while he was there he greeted us and made conversation with us. Very friendly and great customer service. Will definitely stay again in the future.

This was a top shelf la quinta. They can be really low rent or really nice, and this one may well be the nicest one I've ever stayed at. The room was fresh and clean and well laid out, to give some light privacy from the bathroom and bed privacy from the door. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. What else can i say? I loved my room. Breakfast was just breakfast. Typical hotel food. I've had better, I've had worse. Just glad for my coffee and a little something to get on the road with! I would absolutely choose this location again.

Everything was wonderful, staff and all. However, this is July in Oklahoma - meaning 100° temps and the pool was broken. However!! We were able to use the neighboring hotels pool to make up for it!! Had a wonderful stay!

Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options. Pool area was small but fine for young kids. Our room had plenty of space for our family of 6. We didn't feel crowded. The microwave in our room was broken, but the mini fridge was working and large enough to hold all the contents of our rolling cooler. The front desk was able to help us with extra bedding and we appreciated the hot chocolate in the lobby.

Adequate motel, quite clean. Reception was efficient and provided tissues to me when none were present in the room. Absolutely no places to eat within walking distance (and no sidewalks anyway). Knowing this limitation, I would probably still stay here again. Finally, breakfast was adequate, but lacking in fresh fruit.
