1) Concierge limited knowledge of customer service experience 2) water pool not clear 3) it’s a 3 star hotel but the charge like a 4/5 star hotel price 4) booked the hotel by mistake, tried to cancel 2 hours later….. they didn’t want cancel the booking, very unusual especially when it said free cancellation before 24 hours

The hotel was first class and in a good location a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal, tourist centre and castle. Very nice rooms and an excellent breakfast with extensive choice. Staff were very helpful. A very good fish restaurant nearby was worth a visit. Nice view over the lake.
