Wonderful B&B near New Bedford. The innkeeper was delightful and provided a brochure of things to do, places to eat, and local history, including of the property. Breakfast was fresh and varied. For being an older home, the rooms were very quiet.

Absolute wonderful property, close to downtown Fairhaven. Definitely look into the history of this home. Staff was very inviting and friendly, and the morning breakfast was outstanding. Large common areas to hang out. Despite having multiple rooms, I barely saw anyone else! I will be returning the next time I visit. I highly recommend.

The Delano Homestead is an intimate B&B that offers visitors all the comforts of home. My husband and I felt as though we were staying with friends rather than at a B&B. This is in part because of the wonderful innkeeper, Tracey, who always made us feel at home, but we also had a chance to meet the owner, Paul, who was just as welcoming. Our room was charming and comfortable, and very tastefully furnished with period antiques. We enjoyed learning the history of the home when it was owned by the Delano family. We also loved staying in a quiet, residential neighborhood away from the bustle of New Bedford, which was our reason for visiting the area. Should we make a return visit, we will certainly book the Delano Homestead again. It made our stay memorable.
