The place needs a serious deep cleaning. The bedroom itself was clean enough… but the bathroom needed work. The grout in the floor needs to be cleaned, the shower floor was grubby looking and there were multiple hairs in the shower. The pool was also gross. We didn’t realize quite how gross until my husband and boys were already in. It had a green tint to it and clearly needed to be scrubbed down, bugs floating around, but the worst part was the tile around the edge- so much build up people had literally scratched their names into it. Attaching a photo so you all can see. If you’re not planning to use the pool, it’s a decent overnight stay for the price, but if you have a family with littles who need to use the pool to get energy out after a long drive, I would recommend finding another place. Breakfast was good- they had cinnamon rolls which was not expected, but were enjoyed! They have a fancy coffee machine and the coffee is legitimately good! There is also a Scooter’s coffee shop as you leave the parking lot of the hotel. Walmart and Fast Food places are about 8 minutes away and close together. Could be a really great stay if they get serious about their deep cleaning!

We got this room because it had so many beds for our large family and we couldn’t use the pull out sofa because there were stains on several places on that and looked like dirt or bug particles on it. The door in the 1 room wouldn’t close without getting stuck, and there was a hair clip that was not ours left in the bathroom. We asked them what they would do about it and said they can’t give a partial refund only amenity points. What can we do with that?!? We do not recommend this one!

The listing advised the property may be under construction. What it didn’t say was that chairs couches picture frames furniture would be all over the back lot. That the pool gym and laundry services were all closed. And yet they charge the same price. I would not stay at that holiday in again. They were redoing the tile and all of the facility. It was half painted. Honestly, it was just a mess. Shame on Holiday Inn for not simply closing down the hotel for three weeks or a month and doing a complete remodel so people didn’t have to go through all of that.

We stay at this hotel often and it is great in general. This trip they were having some computer issues so check in was very slow and the key card reader at the back door isn’t working properly so that was annoying. The hotel is clean, the pool nice and the breakfast is great. The woman hosting breakfast was so kind each morning and even when we were coming down in the last 30 minutes of breakfast she made sure there were all of the options available and that we got as much food as we wanted. We didn’t feel rushed or that we had put her out ever. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic! I did have a hot water issue one morning, it was strange though, like I couldn’t get hot water because a neighbor was showering at the same time it seemed. My husband showered shortly after me and had no issues and we didn’t have any issues any other day we were there. We enjoy the pool at this hotel. It is nice and clean. It is also never crowded when we are there and there were plenty of chairs and towels. The location of this hotel is perfect for us.

I picked this hotel bc the ratings were great, but it was total opposite when I arrived. There was a weird smell in the lobby. When I got to my room, there were stains on the bed and chair. My son went into the bathroom and found dirty towels in the tub and hanging on the shower head. It was a horrible experience. We had to leave and go to another hotel.

Overall it was a good stay. The tv in my room did not work and the staff did everything they could to get it to work. But in the end we only was able to watch two stations. This was do to a former guest messing up the smart tv and not reconnecting back. They should have said something to the facility but you can't expect the facility to be a mind reader. Other than that it was great

Very nice, clean room. Very quiet night. Lots of good choices for breakfast. The design of the room was a little strange. The light for the bathroom was outside the bathroom door but on the hinge side which made it a pain to turn on and off because of the placement and also because the door was really big and heavy. You have to wonder who designed it. Other than that everything was safe, clean and very convenient.

I was in town for a wedding and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for one night. The service was great. Breakfast was also good. The only issue I had was my initial room the TV didn’t work and the safety bar on the door didn’t work. I requested a room change for these issues and it was quickly remedied with no issues. The room was a decent size and clean. The other small issue was they were receiving deliveries the following morning, so the sitting area was full of pallets of supplies and made it difficult to be in that space. But that was a small issue. Overall my stay was good and I would stay again.

The rooms need updating. Windows needed cleaning, bathroom needs a major upgrade. There is no exhaust in the restroom therefore to much moisture and mold growing on the walls. The beds are hard and uncomfortable unless you like super firm beds and are a back sleeper.

Breakfast was delicious! Rooms were nicely cleaned. TV had a line through the picture. Needs some updates and maintenance. Tub had a very slow drain. I’d stay there again.

Room #1 - After mom and dad were all settled in, and after our teenage daughter finally decides to put her phone down and get in bed, we discover a urine stained bed about 4 foot in circumference. Terrible odor!! Room #2 Refrigerator does not work and we had food that needed to be fridged. Went to call the front desk but the room phone did not work. So "DAD" went to find a room before we moved all our luggage "again". Room #3 appeared fine so we settled in, caught a second wind after moving to two additional rooms so we attempted to watch TV. However, you could not hear the TV even with the volume turned to the highest settingl We called the front desk and told them. They said use the remote control to increase the sound but that did not work. So, if you wanted sound, you had to turn off the AC unit. Or keep the AC unit on for cooling but no sound. Then in the morning after my wife washes her hair, she finds out that the dryer works but did not blow our warm/hot air. This visit is a running joke, truly! The lady working the breakfast area was fantastic. The food was well prepared, clean and orderly. She was the only bright spot of this stay. Once most frustrating, even after all these things were shared with the front desk, no concession of any kind was offered. I wish I could post the photo of the yellow stained sheets and mattresses. Not good business practices at all!

They said use the remote control to increase the sound but that did not work. So, if you wanted sound, you had to turn off the AC unit. Or keep the AC unit on for cooling but no sound. Then in the morning after my wife washes her hair, she finds out that the dryer works but did not blow our warm/hot air. This visit is a running joke, truly! The lady working the breakfast area was fantastic. The food was well prepared, clean and orderly. She was the only bright spot of this stay. Once most frustrating, even after all these things were shared with the front desk, no concession of any kind was offered. I wish I could post the photo of the yellow stained sheets and mattresses. Not good business practices at all!

I was in town for a wedding and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for one night. The service was great. Breakfast was also good. The only issue I had was my initial room the TV didn’t work and the safety bar on the door didn’t work. I requested a room change for these issues and it was quickly remedied with no issues. The room was a decent size and clean. The other small issue was they were receiving deliveries the following morning, so the sitting area was full of pallets of supplies and made it difficult to be in that space. But that was a small issue. Overall my stay was good and I would stay again.

Very quiet and clean. Only downfall was when I tried to use Apple Pay for the incidentals I was told I could not even though that is a form of payment on the website, and I requested to extend my stay and I was told yes, my card was charged but then I was called and told the room had been double booked so my reservation was canceled. I was staying due to a power outage at my home and my 3 year old and I could no longer take the heat at our house.

Check in took 22 minutes because somehow they didn’t know we would have our two dogs with us. This hotel is pet friendly & I called to advise them we’d have dogs after booking. Despite my proactiveness, the girl acted bothered that I had the nerve to have my dogs with me, then didn’t know how to charge the pet fee. Once that was all finally done, my room keys didn’t work and I had to go back downstairs to have that corrected. Once we finally got into the room, we found a disgusting stained chair (I wish I could post the pictures I took) and no curtains that close on the window, so we had a bright light shining in all night. I asked for a different room but was told there are none available. Do not recommend.

Easy access to I-40 interstate. Between Conway and Little Rock. Makes travel to kid friendly things to do. Urban air and trampoline in Conway, zoo in Little Rock, Burns park in North Little Rock, indoor swimming pool that my grandson spent a lot of time in on rainy days. Breakfast every morning, every staff member was courteous and accommodating.

Friendly inviting staff, makes you feel welcome. Breakfast was good and several options available. Especially enjoyed the biscuits and gravy or the Pancake printer. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and whole place seems new and fresh. I would recommend it.

The place needs a serious deep cleaning. The bedroom itself was clean enough… but the bathroom needed work. The grout in the floor needs to be cleaned, the shower floor was grubby looking and there were multiple hairs in the shower. The pool was also gross. We didn’t realize quite how gross until my husband and boys were already in. It had a green tint to it and clearly needed to be scrubbed down, bugs floating around, but the worst part was the tile around the edge- so much build up people had literally scratched their names into it. Attaching a photo so you all can see. If you’re not planning to use the pool, it’s a decent overnight stay for the price, but if you have a family with littles who need to use the pool to get energy out after a long drive, I would recommend finding another place. Breakfast was good- they had cinnamon rolls which was not expected, but were enjoyed! They have a fancy coffee machine and the coffee is legitimately good! There is also a Scooter’s coffee shop as you leave the parking lot of the hotel. Walmart and Fast Food places are about 8 minutes away and close together. Could be a really great stay if they get serious about their deep cleaning!

We stay at this hotel often and it is great in general. This trip they were having some computer issues so check in was very slow and the key card reader at the back door isn’t working properly so that was annoying. The hotel is clean, the pool nice and the breakfast is great. The woman hosting breakfast was so kind each morning and even when we were coming down in the last 30 minutes of breakfast she made sure there were all of the options available and that we got as much food as we wanted. We didn’t feel rushed or that we had put her out ever. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic! I did have a hot water issue one morning, it was strange though, like I couldn’t get hot water because a neighbor was showering at the same time it seemed. My husband showered shortly after me and had no issues and we didn’t have any issues any other day we were there. We enjoy the pool at this hotel. It is nice and clean. It is also never crowded when we are there and there were plenty of chairs and towels. The location of this hotel is perfect for us.
