The pool was closed. Apparently hasn't been open yet this summer but there was no mention of that on google or expedia. The pull out sofa bed was broken. One coner of the bed wasnt attached and fell. The breakfast was decent and stayed available till 10am and the lobby looked kool with the led lights on the floor. My experience i will never book with a third party again. The hotel was going to give me a discount for the pool being closed and the bed being broken but because i booked with expedia they couldn't discount my stay.

This location was under construction. No carpets in the hallways. Room had sticky floors. Manager said they only had one person on staff the day before to clean rooms. Manager mopped the floor herself. Price was right for the construction and room damage that was present. Comfortable and clean beds. Waffle house, McDonald's, and Razorback pizza are within walking distance.

I just needed a basic room for overnight business trip. I received a spacious room, and very clean. While basic, it has what you need for your stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Decent breakfast is included. It is Within walking distance from Subway, Waffle House, McDonalds, Pizza restaurant and liquor store. The pool was nice as well. I would stay here again.

The property is currently being renovated so there were mainly issues related to that. It would be nice to know if some of the things were completed, even though it didn't look like they were in our bathroom. It didn't effect the functionality of the bathroom, just the appearance. Everything seemed clean, and the completed areas are really nice. We had a very late arrival and early departure, so weren't there long, but all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable, but the pillows were a bit different. I've had "lumpy" pillows like these in other places, so I don't know if it's a particular style of pillow or they're just old. They weren't uncomfortable, just different. The breakfast was a standard continental with the usual hot items (scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles). I'd stay here again if I travel through the area. The renovations are supposed to be completed next month, so by July it will look much different.

The only thing we like was the outside of the building. When we checked in, the first room was on the first floor, the building was in the middle of the renovation, the room was completely dirty, smell very smoking with noise. Asked to change, once they checked the room, they gave us second floor, still smell but less, mattress and sofa bed were dirty, sheets on the mattress were dirty. Asked new one, changed but couldn't sleep well. It was disaster for the trip, and never recommend ( until maybe renovation finished). It was our worst hotel experience.

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel itself was not the cleanest. It smelled horrible to me. There was a thick stench of cigarette and marijuana smoke in the halls and in our room. The air conditioner in our room got cold but the air also felt wet/moist. There was hair in the shower walls which to me indicates it wasn’t cleaned beforehand. The tv did not work. It came on but was on the same channel, we could not change it at all no matter what we did. The breakfast was little options and not anything to brag about. We only stayed for a quick turn-around trip so it sufficed, however we will not book again.

I had to bleach the shower before we could use it, hair and debris in the shower, one towel had what looked like mascara on it, we found a button off of a pair of pants on the floor ( obviously no vacuuming done)….not clean at all! Will not be back!

Staff searched for other items through cabinets. Property needed a lot of maintenance. Had been painted recently but just painted over a lot of damage. Our room smelled like feet and cigarettes.

Check in was simple, lobby was clean and smelled good, anything past that was a tad dated-not terrible though. The room did smell musty, however the air wasn’t on so could have just been the stale air. The beds were comfortable and clean. NO BUGS were seen so that’s a plus. I will say I noticed there was what appeared to be a smear of blood on the shower curtain, none of us were bleeding from anywhere so it wasn’t any of us. We just didn’t mess with it. For the short amount of time we were there it was good for the money. Breakfast was good.

The stay was just fine except when the children laid down on the sofa bed two large screws popped off. The foot of the bed rested on the floor. One child slept fine on the top of the bed but this needs to be fixed before an adult tries to get on it.

We got there to check in & the person working the desk couldn’t be found for 10 minutes. This was at 12:50 in the morning. She came walking in from outside at some point. The extra lock for the room door was missing. There were several broken times in the bathroom and toilet paper in the floor when we got there.

This place was last minute and turned out great! The front desk employee that checked us in was awesome. I think his name was Michael but he was great and such a hard worker. He was just getting everything done even helped with me getting work done for my job when I was having issues. He assisted me in getting what I needed to get my work done and I am grateful! Will definitely stay here again!

I called to cancel 3 weeks prior to my reservation, well within the cancellation time, I was told by the hotel front desk they could not find my reservation.I said I guess I needed to cancel it and if you guys don't have it that works out. Then the actual date comes around and my card gets charged. When I call in they tell me I can't get a refund for same day cancellations even though I tried before. So I got charged $200 for two rooms that were not used because of front desk incompetence.

The manager on duty was immediately responsive to the request for a different lamp. Ours was had an electoral issue. She also brought a ladder up the our 2nd floor room to be able to pull the stuffing out of the smoke deteriorate on the high ceiling. Apparently some fool had been vaping or some such forbidden activity in the room. All of this help even though we checked on late at 9 pm. She had been on duty since 7 am because someone didn't show up for their shift. This property is exceptional and so is the manager! Don't stay anywhere else when you're in the area.

Can't praise this location enough! All of the staff (including Chief Deputy Thomas) were a delight! The hotel is well kept and safe. We loved the fact the its walking distance to Jim's Razorback pizza (which was delicious) and a short Uber ride to Overtime. Everything was clean, and the breakfast (especially the massive DIY waffles) is fantastic. 10/10

It was a nice stay at a decent price!!! The staff was professional and friendly, the rates weren't bad (especially for Maumelle), the room was good (the sofa bed wasn't comfortable but the bed was great), the pool was nice and clean, the breakfast was pretty good with decent options and I'd DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place at an affordable price!!! Oh and it's walking distance to Subway, Waffle House, and the gas station...

The coffee in the breakfast room was undrinkable. Our bottom sheet had holes in it. The neighborhood was not conducive to taking a walk around. The pool was closed...but the weather was in the 90's! The room was spacious though not well lit. The appointments were nice, though, and the bed comfortable.

Quick stay on our trip, traveling with 5 people, and the Quality Inn has rooms that sleep 6. This was perfect. We checked in late, but the lady at the front desk was still cheerful! The beds were comfy, breakfast had eggs and sausage, waffles, cereal, and other pastry-type items. We felt safe and left well-rested.

The stay was great. Room was pretty clean. The sheets were very clean and soft. Breakfast was lacking. The food was cold, the toaster barely worked, and the juice machine was pretty much empty and just spitting out slightly flavored water.
