The hotel was well marked and easy to find. Check-in was smooth. Free parking acailable in the clean and well lit parking garage. There was direct access from the parking garage to the hotel. The room was clean and practical. The bathroom was sort of integrated with the room with a separate WC. The shower cabinet and the wash basin was in the bedroom. The room had a comfortable double bed and also a single bunk bed (which we didn’t use). The AC in our room was a little «moody» but adequately efficient. The breakfast (at a surcharge of €15 per person) was very nice. No hot food, but quite good selection of cold foods. There was a selection of different fruit juices, state of the art coffee/cappicino nachine and a bead selection of teas. The breakfast restaurant/cafeteria area was pleasant and clean.

I arrived after the reception closed but was told beforehand that I could check in via the machine. It found my reservation but wouldn't let me check in. I called and a guy showed up and checked me in but seemed annoined. Room was great, breakfast excellent. The receptionist in the morning was also nice.

I arrived late because flight got delayed, there was no reception at the time I appeared at the hotel, only a machine that did work. I spent 1 hour standing there till 12:30AM, still couldn’t make it, called no one answer. In the end, there was a staff coming out and got me a room. Very bad experience! Room doesn’t have hair dryer. Not stay with it again
