It was very convenient to explore the surrounding areas. Absolutely easy to drive to the airport. Same road from hotel to airport. Only a 6 minute drive from airport to hotel. We never heard air traffic while in the hotel. Elevator were also efficient and quick. Only one draw back the guest computer stations. The hotel cancelled the service the week before we arrived. I wasn’t able to complete and print a few projects.

Our & other guests door key cards wouldn't work. So daily we needed new cards. Very annoying to be locked out every time, every day. On a positive note, the front staff & house keepers were ALWAYS friendly & polite.

The staff was great. I arrived early and was helped politely with an early check-in They were very friendly. The only draw back to the hotel was the outer door entry system. There was a glitch most times, but again the staff was helpful and corrected the key card every time. I will choose Hilton again.

Great hotel it was nice having a bar and restaurant in it. Breakfast buffet was ok could have been better but it was nice not having to leave to eat. Hotel was busy but it was very quiet considering how busy it was. Didn't get to enjoy the pool area due to storming all weekend.

Really nice area and hotel. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. The staff are all so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There are a lot of good restaurants and shopping places, as well as a movie theatre close by. The pool and jacuzzi are nice with plenty of chairs and lounges. Great workout room and meeting facilities too. Will be back!

We found a mascara wand in the bed sheets which obviously means that they weren't changed from the previous guest..... No complimentary breakfast. Even the cheaper hotels provide a free breakfast.........I won't stay there again.

The refrigerator was filled with old food. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible and very dark. Very disappointed with this hotel for the price that I payed. Will never stay here again. I was in room 402.

Hotel is very nice and close to restaurants and other stores, less than 5 minutes to the mall. My Jr. Suite (Room 429) was very nice and clean. I had a late check-in, called the desk to inform them, call was answered promptly and the late night desk agent knew who I was and was ready to check me in.

The front desk seemed a bit Moody from time to time. They only clean your rooms every other day. And it was a little bit of a hassle to try to get new towels and rags and the trash can liners. All of the food has to be purchased at a pretty expensive price. And the buffet while good doesn't really.95.

I’ve been to this hotel several times a year for the last 5 years. This time is probably my last. Management has put into place a policy where they WILL NOT clean your room, even if you ask. I was told I had to ask 24 hours in advance. I stayed 2 nights with my family, I expected a cleaned room and fresh towels between nights. But housekeeping was refused. We asked for at least clean towels, none were provided. I heard housekeeping be advised that our room requested fresh towels over their radio while a staff member cleaned the room right next to ours BUT still no towels. Evening staff was more willing to help after my 2nd ask. After spending money I expected traditional service or at least an alert when checking in BUT no. My family and I were very disappointed.

We had a nice stay overall. The main concern was that the room was dated, and the lighting was very dim, which made it difficult to see clearly. Carpeting in hotels tends to hold onto stains and odors, which took away from the comfort a bit. That said, it was fine for a one-night stay.

Booked because of location which very convenient to the airport and hospitals nearby. Everything was great until we tried to use the Wi-Fi. Signal was very weak and pages would freeze and not load. We had to use our phones for internet. We will stay at the Hampton Inn next time we are in Pensacola.

I am a veteran widow and retired educator. Due to health issurs, I had requesting a room on 1st floor near front desk. Arrived and reiterated my request. Was told that, quote, "nothing is cheap", by one of front desk workers, voice tone of attitude was louder than necessary presented a " take it or leave it personna". Was told because I had already booked, I could not be accommodated, although there were rooms still available. Room I was assigned was for handicapped. No tub. Which was very inconvenient. I was unable to tub bath or shower. bc I am not handicapped and wet slippery bathroom floors, in this handicapped room, presented a greater fear issue for slipping and falling. Cold not get curtains facing the street traffic to close and had to use a safety pin to try n secure privacy for both nights stay. Also covers n esp. pillows on beds, were extra wrinkled and had the appearance of having been used. In the past, choosing this hotel and its accommodations has always been a top priority for my stay in Pensacola, however in the last year or so, the " "quality" of service in the main areas needs to return to its reputational standards.

The Lady at the front desk (maybe Mama D) took such good care of me - I checked in on 11/23 and was frazzled. She was great. Both transportation drivers (evening of 11/23 and EARLY morning of 11/24) were GREAT!!!

Great staff @ desk and was able to get an early ck in. Very helpful traveling w/the pup! Room is very comfortable, clean & the campus is very nice, grass & patio deck to lounge outside. Very convenient to airport or palafox st downtown for good eats.

Great place to stay real nice clean rooms only 1 problem which was a major issue my wife and I were trying to extend our stay at the hotel for one more night with our daughter family and friends discount that she and family members receive by her working for Hilton should’ve been no problem we never have a issue with doing so but the receptionist Paige refused us access in doing so we went to the next exit and spent a night at the Marriott even though we had to pack up everything just to go to another hotel…..we won’t be staying at the Hilton ever again …..THANKS PAige

In town for weekend for family event. Excellent service and care. Close to venues we needed to visit. Very comfortable bed. Charging stations with USB-A and C accommodations. Layout of facility seemed standard compared with other HGIs where we have stayed. Thank you for your hospitality.

Unprofessional customer service at check-in and checkout was not allowed to have a late check out even with the hotel at 10% occupancy Jerry. The checkout lady was absolutely rude. Showed no care concern for her guess offered no assistance to her anything was I want a refund?

check in was easy and efficient. Felicia was very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant for dinner was convenient and food was good. However, I was disappointed that breakfast buffet was not included in room. For $14.95 buffet, the eggs and meats should have been hot, not Luke-warm, most items were the usual hotel buffet fare, nothing special.

The staff was the best part of the experience. They are all super nice and friendly. I enjoyed the restaurant and bar with happy hour. The food was good. Transportation to and from the hotel was great. The hotel is somewhat out dated.
