Very quick check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was only one issue with this stay, and that was with the parking. You have to park in a garage across the street from the hotel. It was a long walk for a person who uses a cane to get around. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

The front desk staff are super nice. The hotel is very clean. The room was spacious! However, it is a little bit outdated! Also, if you don’t use valet, which cost $30 you have to pay to park which cost $21! And parking is not super close! You have to walk quite a distance once you park your car!

We were very disappointed that we were not informed of there not being a pool in the hotel until after we paid for the room. For breakfast there were only pork for the choices of meat. The room keys did not work and it was an inconvenience just to get into our hotel room.

1. The parking is rather far away, and $20 for Self parking and then a 10 minute walk is very expensive. 2. If you say free WiFi, it should be real WiFi and not messaging only and then charge me in 4 hour increments for real WiFi All else is good.

Closed pool, run down rooms, leak in the bathroom, dirty rug and the bed sheets smell like sweat!!! Very disappointed. I always stay here but lately the hotel conditions are bad. Hope one day goes back to his glory.

This is the worst Sheraton I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities list out a pool, but but there isn’t one. We also paid for our breakfast buffet in advance But we were given a $15 coupon to use at their store. I mean, what can you get for $15? The coffee itself was like $6, Overall, very, very bad experience

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations, especially given the cost we paid for our three night stay. Check-in was not quick or seamless, although the individual that handled the check in was kind and accommodating. Upon checking into our room, the carpet didn’t feel clean, and there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. We had several instances in which our key card stopped working and had to go to the front desk for assistance. The hotel needs updates, there is fabric at the front desk that is coming off the wall, for example. The biggest concern was that my kids discovered animal fecal matter under one of the beds when we were starting to pack up. The front desk did waive our parking fees as a courtesy but finding this was concerning, and made me wonder what else wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. This is a health hazard. The fecal matter was stuck to the carpet- my husband was able to remove it and flush it- but it had clearly been there for some time.

Pro, room has a microwave and mini fridge and is within walking distance to shopping. Cons, my room had ants and the water in the sink was so hot I got burned, even the cold water was extremely hot and took a while for it to get cold. Mattress was stained. Hotel does not offer much for the price...not worth staying here.

Unfortunately my bathroom was dirty when I checked in. There was a used wash cloth on the shower, a dirt ring in the sink, the toilet was dirty and there was hair in the sink. The bathtub was peeling, the bathroom light made this weird clanking sound every time you turned it on and the room itself smelled musty.

This Hotel was terrible. There was bed bugs in the hotel room. I was so disgusted and scared. Sheets were stained. This ruined my entire stay. We were bitten so many times. Management was contacted multiple times, but they did nothing. They were unresponsive. The lights didn't work and the hair dryer was broken. The coffee maker did not work. This was the worst hotel I have been to.

The Sheraton was nice, but old and needs a remodel. The a/c in the room was barely noticeable on high. We wew hot both nights. The room was was kept clean and the housekeeping did a great job. That was the best part of the stay. Parking is located accross the street in the convention center and considering the $20 @ night charge definitely not worth the long walk. The gift shop/coffee shop employees were friendly and nice. The front desk staff were not. Sad to say but we probably won't be back to this Sheraton.

The staff was friendly, and the location is great—just a short distance from the beach. But honestly, I regret choosing this hotel. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s an unpleasant odor. The rooms are extremely outdated, with peeling wallpaper and worn fixtures. Worst of all, the “queen” beds are actually full-size. Definitely not worth the stay if you want to feel like you're on vacation.

I booked a night here because of a concert in the area. Very satisfied with my stay here. I booked for a Saturday night & the price was very reasonable for a Saturday night. The room was clean, comfortable & front desk personnel were super awesome at checkin & checkout. My only minute issue was the wifi. Connection speed seemed a little sluggish. Again this was a minor issue & did not impact my stay here. For a business person though, maybe have a back up (mobile hot spot) just in case connection speeds are sluggish. I would definitely book here again especially on a weekend night. The boardwalk & shops are minutes away via walking. Validated parking is available at the convention center garage across the street, and there is also valet parking I did not take advantage of breakfast..as i really only needed a comfortable room for the evening to avoid the drive back to Philly after the concert

Convenient location right by convention center. Walkable to Caesar’s and outlets. Room was very large with comfortable beds. We loved looking at the Miss America memorabilia! The only small negative was when walking out of the lobby, i asked one of the car attendants the fastest way to get to the casinos. His response was I needed to ask someone. I thought that’s what I was doing, LOL. Regardless, room price good and we had a comfotable stay

This was a great hotel. It is right next to the outlets. We had a room with an amazing view. It is only 3 to 4 block walk to the Broadwalk. The staff was very friendly. It was very clean. I would definitely recommend it.

This was a 2 night stay for a college graduation ceremony nearby. It was so bad we left a night early - I didn't want to stay there any longer than absolutely necessary. It was dirty and the air smelled really bad in our room, from the ventilation. There were 3 adults in our room, two double beds. When I requested a rollaway for the third person I was informed its "not allowed. So guess who slept on the (very smelly) floor. Bathtub drain completely clogged (maintenance came and addressed it) Never ever again. Honestly one of my worst hotel stays ever. Front desk staff is curt, bordering on rude and no help whatsoever.

So upon checking in I was told that I needed to put a card in file for the security deposit which I had expected as the terms and conditions when you book here states there is a $100 deposit required; however the day after I checked out of the hotel room that I already paid for in full when I booked the room had a pending charge of $652.87 making it a total of about $1300 this hotel had charge me for two nights. When I had called originally to ask why they were charging me a second time I was told it was the security deposit which would not be charged do my account and that it would disappear from my account on 7/8/25. Upon checking my bank account today on 7/7/25 I saw that the hotel in fact charged me the extra $652.87 and when I called them and asked about it I was rudely hung up on. Called a second time and spoke with a women named heather which stated she was the manager and said that they never charged my account and that she could not do anything for me and directed me to call me bank. So not only did this hotel rob me of $650 without my consent as I confirmed there was no reason for this additional charge such as room damage they have cause my bills to bounce due to the unauthorized charge. Also upon checking in I had called to make a complaint of a dirty room as there was hair, toilet paper, and soap scum all over the bath tub to which I was told they were coming right up to check, fast forward to the following morning they still had not come.

Following a horrible experience at Harrah's at 4AM, I contacted the Sheraton and spoke to Emmanuel personally. He was so helpful and offered us an early check in option. Upon arrival, he and the other staff were so amazing and understanding of our situation and made it so simple to get into a room at that time. The room was suitable for a family of four with a small child and so much more affordable than the surrounding casino hotels.

Check in took roughly an hour because they were not properly staffed for the rush of customers. the bedroom wasnt cleaned properly, again because of the high volume of customers. Parking staff seemed very agitated and rude.

Property location was A+. The AC convention center was right across the street. Then we were able to take a quick 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Just about everything you may need is within walking distance. As for the property itself, it was very clean, the rooms were spacious and clean as well. Beds were very comfortable and the hallways were pretty quiet especially being there for a youth basketball program. The staff was welcoming and very kind. Valet parking process was easy and affordable. I’ll be there again if I ever need to go back!

Convenient access to the convention center, shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy and multiple spaces were available. Hotel lobby has the Miss America attraction which was a nice change. The gift shop with the Starbucks was a nice, convenient feature. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I recommend anyone who is staying at the convention center to stay at this hotel.

The hotel room was fine, the lobby was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The downside was lack of a casino and 4 blocks walk to the boardwalk through a dicy neighborhood. It didn't bother me, but for women and families you need an Uber to get around

The only downside were the dining options. When I booked I was told there would be a free hot breakfast. There were two problems with that. First, I had to catch a train that left at 6:52. Breakfast isn't scheduled to start until 7 a.m. The second problem was that they don't do the breakfast, which is a fancy buffet when the hotel doesn't have a lot of bookings on weekdays. So that should be noted in the promotional materials on your website.

The place to stay for peace and quiet. However, the Sheraton should advertise their buffet breakfast and any other place to eat while on their property. I had no idea about their breakfast buffet until I called front desk to find out about coffee. By the way, the gift shop is way tooooo expensive.

The hotel is nice but for a big hotel in Atlantic City, not having any in-house amenities during weekdays (Bars and/or restaurants) is unforgivable. I will not stay there again next time I have a conference at the Convention Center they are part of. The convenience of their closeness to conferences if completely snuffed away by lack of amenities. Many other hotels in town with what I look for in AC.

We liked it was convenient to the AC expressway and all the shopping in town. We thought the rooms were dated and lacked enough lighting. The parking was very high at $20 plus tax per day per vehicle. There also is no where to order food in the hotel at night. The breakfast buffet costed _25 plus tax pp and we thought that was too expensive. The staff was wonderful from bell hop to the front desk to housekeeping.

We booked a non-smoking standard double room which had a strong odor of cigarettes. Our stay was for one night and we were pressed for time to make a dinner reservation and show so I did not bring it to anyone's attention until we checked out. I was told housekeeping would be advised. I feel that housekeeping should have addressed it when the room was cleaned to ready it for a new check in. In addition, the bed was a little lumpy and uncomfortable, and the carpet and bathroom in general were dated. The paid buffet breakfast had a very nice selection, the food was good and the wait staff was attentive and friendly. Valet service on checkout was slow as there was only one staff running back and forth until additional staff members started working. Parking, whether self-parking or valet, is expensive for a hotel with not much entertainment or activities considering most guests are likely heading to the boardwalk hotels for dinner, entertainment and gambling where you end up paying another parking fee.

Close to the convention center. Good dining nearby, although the selection and quality at Tun Tavern was way down from previous years and it showed in the number of patrons there. as there was hardly anybody there during the busy dinner hours.
