Seems to be underserved by the number of elevators available for such a busy hotel. Only one was operational from the Cark park level on the day we arrived. So there were lots of people waiting for elevators at every turn. As it was a pleasant evening, we ate and had some cocktails at the rooftop restaurant. Service was very slow. Cocktails were decent and about the price you’d expect from a hotel at the airport. Food was average. Overall this hotel is extremely expensive for what it is.

We had an excellent stay- you cannot hear the planes AT ALL. The room was very clean and spacious. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious. I would stay here again.
