Stayed 2 nights

We booked a room for 3 adults. When we arrived there was only one towel in the room. The room had no closets or anywhere to put bags and only had about 1 foot of space around the beds. The two single beds were pushed together and no room to actually be two separate beds. The cleaning person was right outside so we got a couple more from them, accepted our fate and then went out for the day. When we came back at 10 to sleep we noticed the 3rd bed was not made. This was a bunk bed that had a bag of linen on it with a note enjoy the free bed. The mattress cover was dirty and making a bed (that I paid for) was not what I expected to do when booking a hotel. The next day we went out. One person in our party decided to book a room at the another hotel as this room was not made for 3 people. When we returned we discovered that the cleaning person had removed our towels and bath matt and face towels leaving one of our dirty towels and two clean ones. I will note that the hotel staff did not know we were only two people now. They also had knocked a few of my things onto the floor and again the bunk bed was not made. They seem to treat this space like a hostel not a hotel. There was no shampoo or conditioner and no coffee. Most hotels I have stayed at if there is no coffee in the room they offer it downstairs. This I found out was not the case. So they should really put in their advertisment they are more like a hostel.
