Room was clean but a little shabby, very few amenities in the room especially for the price we paid and the lift was more than a little temperamental. Staff were absolutely lovely though! We were at the back of the hotel and got an awful lot of noise from a nearby bar on 3 of the 5 nights we stayed. The cooked breakfast was excellent but the continental options were very limited- mini croissants, cereal, plain yoghurt- no fruit or anything like that. Also finshed serving quite early on weekdays- no lie-ins for us!!

We enjoyed our stay, which was just for one night (somewhere to crash after a concert). The parking arrangement at the multi-storey across the road was brilliant and reasonably priced. There’s a nice bar and restaurant on site and our room was clean and warm. Very comfy bed, too! I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was given that it’s on a busy road. We also found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean but very dated, staff were friendly, breakfast was not very warm as we stayed there 6 night's it would have been nice to have had at least 1or 2 hot ones. The car park was none existent as you were not allowed to park unless you were disabled so it cost us for 6 days in the BIC car park which came to £135.00 .

After reading the reviews I was a little surprised, the hotel has a dated feel about it and although the breakfast was free, a new thermos of coffee arrived and it was cold. Certainly would not pay that amount again, Nearby parking that was recommended as secure wa £22.50 for less than 24 hours!

A very comfortable small room but adequate. Very nice breakfast and staff are truly amazing. Excellent location and neighbouring eateries. Major drawback is parking adjacent car park poorly maintained and not secure but very cheap £7 for 24 hours. BiC £22.50 for same period.

Very well priced for the room and breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and helpful and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and great shower and facilities in the room such as teas, coffees and a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. Room was warm and fairly quiet - no noise from other guests.

C’est le pire hôtel que j’ai vu depuis 45 ans de voyage. La chambre n’est pas propre et le mobilier est complètement usé - les tapis très sales - si bien qu’on a pas déjeuner à cet endroit même si payé. Expédia devrait se dissocier de cet hôtel qui entache leur réputation.

I needed a quick break just before Christmas in Bournemouth. This place looks out on the pier and the big wheel. It backs onto the Square. It’s near the BIC. My room was a double with en suite. Sometimes that’s a bed you can barely squeeze around and a bathroom where you feel like you’re in a cupboard. This was spacious. The shower was average (not a big fan of standing in a bath behind a curtain) but it was fine. The carpets and decor say “utility” rather than “nice”. But it’s a bedroom. It’s dark most of the time you need it. Breakfast was included. It felt a bit like my Nan was cooking it (a bit average), but it filled the gap.

Really terrific staff - what a great asset they are! From housekeeping to reception to the restaurant - they all smiled and greeted us and couldn't be more kind Very tasty and relaxed breakfast Very well sized rooms I know that In some reviews people have commented on the furniture being dated....just IGNORE them. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great with an excellent location and very clean. That is all that really matters. Keep up the great hotel

The Hotel was very convenient for the BIC where we were attending a Show as I have temporary mobility issues. The Hotel Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the use of the disabled parking next to the Hotel. The Restaurant Staff were also very friendly and efficient and the food excellent. Would definitely use the Hotel again.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. We had asked if all 4 rooms could be ready before 3 as we had an event to attend, and were told they would try to get at least 1 done. As it turns out all 4 were ready which was great. Room were comfy with good amenities

I've stayed here often. The rooms are all individual which gives the place a certain quirkiness. Thw staff are fantastic, they always at hand and can never do enough for you.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we were very delighted with the stay in the most part. The room was huge and felt like a mini flat with a sitting area and coffee area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. 2 TVs and mini fridge were a nice add on, and the toiletries were a nice touch. Bed was comfy and blackout blinds made sleeping very easy. Unfortunately, the shower left a little to be desired as the shower head was initially cracked open at the seam and the nozzles were clogged with limescale making it useless. Fortunately however, I put the head back together and cleaned the nozzles myself so the shower was usable. The free breakfast is a great addition and the quality of cooked breakfast was amazing. The option of continental is a bit pointless when this only consists of cereal, yoghurt, toast and juice. Why is there no pastries or fruit, etc.? Coffee didnt taste great either. Otherwise, great hotel and great stay in general, we will be back!

I needed a quick break just before Christmas in Bournemouth. This place looks out on the pier and the big wheel. It backs onto the Square. It’s near the BIC. My room was a double with en suite. Sometimes that’s a bed you can barely squeeze around and a bathroom where you feel like you’re in a cupboard. This was spacious. The shower was average (not a big fan of standing in a bath behind a curtain) but it was fine. The carpets and decor say “utility” rather than “nice”. But it’s a bedroom. It’s dark most of the time you need it. Breakfast was included. It felt a bit like my Nan was cooking it (a bit average), but it filled the gap.

Loved this place. Opposite BIC so not far to go home! Hotel great communication after I altered room set up. It was exactly as I'd asked. They were so friendly, particularly on reception. Lovely large clean windows with pier/sea view. Will definitely stay again when attending BIC. Only quibble, very little choice at breakfast. Not a lot of healthy food, no fruit and coffee was odd. Cooked food was good.
