The Airport shuttle was broken. The only two printers in the whole place were both broken. Our room had a weird smell. The young ladies at the front desk get an A+. Kind and friendly. They were doing the best they could.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice gym and pool

The Hotel looks new, was clean and well taken care of. Issues with checking in at first; we arrived at 450pm and was told both our rooms were not ready yet, some still needed cleaning. Then there is a fee for parking in your lot; not acceptable, no street parking is available and the fee was never mentioned in your add or during the check in process.

They were black topping the parking lot. Could not park there. Had to take a shuttle to my car every time. Very inconvenient. If I had known this was happening, I would have choose another Hotel.

Not the quality of a Courtyard by Marriotts. Parking lot repair going on, pool closed for maintenance, water not available at Front Desk, dirty floors, and NO airport shuttle (as stated on website) and under staffed.

When we arrived, we discovered the parking lot was closed for repaving, which was extremely inconvenient—especially for a hotel that advertises itself as an airport property. We were told the shuttle couldn’t take us to our car, which was parked over a mile away, because service didn’t start until 6:30 a.m., despite our flight departing at 6:00 a.m. Additionally, the in-room amenities were severely lacking. There were no travel-sized toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or lotion—items typically expected at any hotel, let alone a Marriott. We also had only 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper upon arrival and no backup roll provided. Is Marriott really cutting costs down to the last square of toilet paper? I’ve always chosen Marriott hotels when I travel, but this experience was deeply disappointing. I no longer feel confident doing so in the future.

The place is clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. The gym is better than most hotel gyms but need sanitary wipes. There's nothing to wipe down the equipment before or after use (its the cold and flu season).

The location was great for our purposes - we were in the area for a Pirates/Reds game that got postponed until the next day. The young man who checked us in gave very good recommendations for places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was the fitness room. The online picture showed a full set of dumbbells and a full rack of weighted balls, but in actuality, the 10 lbs and 15 lbs were missing as well as 3 of the balls. I tend to use 15 lbs the most so was out of luck. The 8 and 10 lb balls , the ones I had hoped to use, were among those missing. The TV is situated behind the elliptical and treadmill so not much use. Those two machines have screens on them, but the one for the treadmill, which is what I used, didn’t work.

waited check in was at 4, I arrived at 4:45 and did not get a room until 7. otherwise it was pretty clean, has a pool that the kids enjoyed. right next to a huge shopping centre with plenty of restaurants.

Shuttle to and from airport was not functioning, making it more expensive to stay there. Also caused an Uber error going to the wrong courtyard, costing even more.

We used to consider Marriott a step up from the other hotel chains, however, lately they seem to have fallen into the average category. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and inviting. However, the glasses in our room were not clean. In fact, there were used glasses on a table in the hallway that were there our entire stay. One of the treadmills in the gym was not working. The room itself could use a mirror and sink outside the bathroom so people can get ready without having to wait. Nothing super negative, again, just 'average'.

I would have given an excellent review across the board; however, our bathroom had quite a bit of hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. We didn’t need to use the shower luckily, but they definitely could have made sure the bathroom was swept better with next to no traces of other human hair. Kind of grossed us out. Other than that everything was wonderful. Loved the room set up and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again and would like to take advantage of the other amenities like the pool, fitness room and back patio area.

There was a hair on the sheets and when I got upgraded to a different room there was dried urine on the toilet.

Next to highway. Be aware. VERY loud. Work being done on exterior of building. Also loud. Property not kept as clean as it should be. More attention should be paid to cleaning the shower, glasses, carpets and sheets Overall very disappointed. Will not stay again and will likely not choose this chain again.

Front desk clerk was friendly but hard to understand, She talked so fast about the details of the hotel I missed most of it. However the guy in the evening at the food and bar counter was awesome. The tile in the shower could use a cleaning or redo. But overall was a good stay

We often stayed at this property when visiting family, however, will stay elsewhere going forward as the property has really gone downhill. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was terrible and staff seemed to be less than happy to be there.

They have just renovated the this hotel, and it is very nice. The room was very large and comfortable. The mattress was great. The blackout curtains really worked. There are nice areas to eat and relax in the lobby area. I would definitely stay there again.

No microwave in room and tv was smaller than the other rooms

We had some technical difficulties with TV but they moved us pretty quickly. They said breakfast started at 7 but the lady that prepares it was late and we had to go somewhere else. Also, was surprised to get final bill and have a $3.75 charge for parking recovery fee. Not disclosed upfront. If you are on the highway side, you can hear it all night. The hotel was clean and nice but will probably stay somewhere else next time.

I was in Pittsburgh for a conference and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard. It is conveniently located by the highway and a cool mall. The room was immaculate, modern, and spacious!

Perfect for a night or two! Beds comfy but pillows were not great. Bathroom shower is very big!

The only thing I feel is that there should be a microwave in every room!!

seemed to have areas for business networking and access. No sound proofing in walls at all. Literally could hear neighbors bathroom breaks and conversations and seemed hallway noises were magnified. No bathroom vent, so bathroom smell gets into living area. Just a hotel room for way too much money. Equivalent to super 8 but 3 times more per night.

The propterty was in good condition, and the facility was clean and neet. My biggest concern is the the unit ventilator in the room was so loud so that I could not here the television which was set a high level to use. Then when the ventilator such off, the next room no doubt found me to be a terrible neighbor. During the night the ventilator would cycle on about every 20 minutes and wake me up. I did not sleep well for my two nights in room 303. These hvac units are horible options versus outside condenser which keep the noise outside. The use of inroom ventilators for heat and cooling is not a good choce from the coustomer point of view.

My family of 4 was traveling for a sports tournament in Pittsburgh. The only positive from this trip was the gentleman at the front desk that checked us in. You have to pay for everything. Parking is not included although there is no special protected parking from anything elae in that lot. There is no breakfast included, just an extremely overpriced restaurant. The lobby stunk like old fish all 3 days. Our room had bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We asked the front desk lady when we left for the tournament early in the day to have them filled because all 3 were completely empty. We returned that night to nothing filled. We asked again when we got back and the front desk person said they would call maintenance. After 8 hours of volleyball my daughter needed a shower and my husband just ended up going out to giant eagle to buy it. No one ever did fill it all 3 days we were there. There was a large stain on the carpet and the cabinet doors were dirty with some kind of crusted something. There is no hot tub, just a small pool area. This property sits right on the highway so sitting outside in the sitting area is very loud and if your room is on that side it is extremely noisy. I would not recommend this property if you are staying longer for a night. The wifi is terrible, we had to use mobile hot spot to get service and one of the elevators was down all weekend. Would definitely not stay here ever again.

Staff ignored us. Had to call 3 times. They were literally in a room next to desk. Completely ignored us for almost 20 mins. Lobby filled with drunk peoplr w tv blaring

Danny at the reception desk was wonderful. So helpful with any and all questions. Went above and beyond. Great employee

Quick and easy check in

Called the hotel to confirm a shuttle would be available for pick up from the Pgh Airport following a trip from California to Pittsburgh arriving after 11:15pm. I realized this was late and wanted to prevent issues late at night after traveling all day. I was led to believe this was not an issue. After my arrival I called for a ride and was told, “sorry for the miscommunication, someone misspoke, the shuttle stops running at 11p. “ By the time I paid for my Lyft to this hotel, it would have been the same price to just stay at the hotel Hyatt in the Pittsburgh Airport and way more convenient. Unless one rents a car or has other transportation, if one arrives after 11 pm, I wouldn’t stay here. It’s inconvenient and offers no savings once factoring in the Lyft price. I am a Silver Marriott member and was offered nothing for their staff “ miscommunication.” Not the knowledgeable staff and customer service I’m use to from Marriott. The hotel was clean and nice, but the customer service and staff training are obviously poor at this Marriott site. If one is tired after traveling all day with a time change, stay at the hotel in the airport or at a hotel with consistent shuttle and customer service.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff greeted me warmly, especially Danny at the front desk who was an example of hospitality. Blaze went above and beyond with taking my food order despite it being just after closing. It was very much appreciated after having just flew in with nothing to eat on the plane. The proximity to Pittsburgh Int’l, modern decor and cleanliness made it a great value! Highly recommend!

It was just an overnight as we had a 5 am flight. It was quiet and convenient to airport .

The hotel was very well kept. Spacious rooms, nice meeting area, pool and gym. Lot of amenities nearby, plazas, shops, etc

Very convenient to get to my business destination on I376 and restaurants in a big shopping center almost across the road.

The entire experience was positive, until I found out that they don't serve breakfast on a Monday. I had to drive elsewhere to get one. Apparently that is their policy

We had a light dinner in the bistro. While Blade was a fun guy looking to please, the food could have been better. Toast was cold and hard, BLT was skimpy. Fries were good. Service was excellent.

The staff were really nice all around. Check in staff was friendly and prompt. The Bistro in the hotel was remarkably good. Chef made me a terrific Cobb salad with home made ranch!

No breakfast and you have to pay for everything

Construction onsite, no room service, no coffee in the lobby, in room coffee machine was dirty, onsite Starbucks extremely expensive

My overall review of the property is that it was pretty good. It’s nice and clean, quiet. The front desk worker was so nice and personable. The pool was quiet, clean. It was heated but not to excess. The “restaurant” is more like a cafe. But the food was really good. I got the avacado toast and French toast. Both were excellent. My son got the breakfast burrito. He was HUGE and he said it was great. We both got cold brews also. Our meal was $65 so pretty pricy. Beds were comfortable but the sheets/blankets were so thin. I could nit pick a few things but overall it was a great stay. I really appreciate the 12pm checkout.

The bar staff was really slow. We opted to leave and go to another bar nearby

This hotel was perfect for our flight the next morning. We had dinner and drinks at the bar there. Blaze was excellent on making sure everyone was well taking care of with food and drinks.This is going to be our place to stay for Pittsburgh international airport

the only issue would be the hotel says continental breakfast but it was not free . had to pay for it and not much of a choice :(
