Stayed 6 nights

We stayed at the hotel twice, before and after a cruise. We enjoyed our stay in Asakusa so much the first time that we cancelled the other hotel that we had booked in Shinjuku and stayed at the Koko again. We hope to come back another time and will be happy to stay here again. In line with other hotels in this area, the rooms are a modest size but everything you need is provided which is more important to us.

The room was as expected, compact, a bit cramped but clean. The hotel in general shows wear and tear, but perfectly serviceable and close to Asakusa Station and a short walk to shopping and the historical landmarks. Was surprised the laundry machines were outside, but no big deal. The 12th floor rooftop view of Tokyo Skytree, the river, and bridges is phenomenal!

The room is a little bit small than I thought. I booked a twin room and expect there are 2 bed separate. However the room is too small so it is only 2 separate mattresses puting together. Besides that, everything is fine. I super love it's rooftop view! Super beautiful for watching Tokyo Skytree (and should be excellent for watching Sumidagawa Fireworks Festival) The traffic is also excellent, the walking distance from the railway to hotel is just less than 1 minute!
