air conditioning has to controlled in the lobby for the rooms. Completely clueless workers. No room service. Option to order water but some staff do not know where the water bottles are located so they wont deliver it to your room. So if you need more water 2am - forget about it. One of the worst hotels i ever stayed in considering the price

What an amazing Hotel! The staff is incredible and they have so many wonderful little bonuses like robes, slippers, filter water, fresh fruit and 24/7 concierge. They truly made use feel like family. The decor is charming!

This is a nice little hotel in a great location. The key word being little. The room was small. But, perfectly fine for just two of us. A heads up if you're clostaphobic, the elevator was so small, both of us could not ride with our bags at the same time.

The Hotel has been recently beautifully renewed. The location is privileged. The amenities are gorgeous. Just a couple of things: At night, there's only one staffer on-site, which makes it very difficult to get any quick response -on the phone or in person-. And there is no room service. I understand that there are many restaurants around the Hotel, but sometimes you want to get pampered in your own room. But all in all, the experience and the Hotel were great.

We had to pay for our room upgrade which I’ve never experienced ever at this hotel. And the room that was offered wasn’t fully equipped. The second part of our stay, (we left Paris and went back) the room was smaller than expected I’ve stayed in the same type of room before but this one was a tad smaller especially with the bathroom. The shower drain wasn’t working properly and left an odour. Usually I would rate my experience 5 stars because I love this hotel but something slipped this year. Positives are the breakfast is incredible and the staff who runs it are lovely and beyond hospitable.

El desayuno es muy limitado y la persona que lo atiende tiene no es nada cortés ni amable. Las señoritas de recepción muy amables y solucionando el problema. Los pasillos con olor a humedad o guardado. El elevador apenas y cabe uno. Mi habitación tenía el desagüe de la regadera tapada. El papel de baño de repuesto que estaba en la habitación, manchado. Todo lo demás bien.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, pristine, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance of the Louvre, shops, and fantastic restaurants. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with something for everyone. Our room was stocked with thoughtful touches: snacks, fresh water, coffee, tea, plenty of towels, bathrobes, and toiletries, all refreshed daily. To top it off, I checked out on my birthday and was surprised with a card and a box of chocolates from the staff. Such a thoughtful gesture! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Beautiful hotel! Location was great for getting everywhere in Paris. Located on the edge of the gardens and a short walk to the Louvre, super close to Metro 1. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel in excellent condition. The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bathroom meets American standards. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is terrific. Located on a quiet street there was no outside noise. Highly recommend .

Terrible experience. Hôtel did not have toothpaste. Had an important meeting the next morning, and they said they would follow up first thing in the morning but did not. First night I was there, no water in the room. Location is good, but that was about it.

Fantastic property top to bottom. The whole team was so kind, helpful, and professional. It was my fiancés birthday during our trip and they help me decorate the room and have flowed. It made it so special. Rooms were clean and well cleaned daily. Nights were quiet and we felt very safe. Neighborhood is perfect and you are close to all the great things Paris has to offer. Small, lovely boutique hotel steps from The Louvre, Tuilierres, Rue de Rivoli etc. The staff was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The room, number 40, was large and exactly as described/pictured. Very quiet with comfortable bed and bedding, and large well accessoried bathroom. We had a lovely view of the street, with windows that opened but no street noise once closed. Very good and much appreciated breakfast. Guests seem to be from all over France, Europe and U.S.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was clean, safe, and smelled great every time we walked into our room. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the Louvre and within walking distance to so many wonderful sites. Had the best stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Will be staying here again in the future. Absolutely loved this place.

This is a beautiful hotel in excellent condition. The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bathroom meets American standards. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is terrific. Located on a quiet street there was no outside noise. Highly recommend .
