location eccellente...in pieno centro, hotel di poche pretese con stanze piccole e bagno minuscolo, pochi servizi ma personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Per chi non ha necessità particolari è un ottimo hotel che serve solo per dormire, ma è servito nelle estreme vicinanze da tutto, metro sotto l'hotel, supermercato, bar , ristoranti, negozi, e musei e luoghi di cultura tutto estremamente vicino. Prezzi ottimi per la città di Parigi che è in generale molto cara. Comunque ci siamo trovati benissimo perchè il personale è sempre a disposizione, ma in camera non c'è frigo, niente aria condizionata...ascensore minuscolo così come il bagno.

Great hotel, steps from the metro at Châtelet les Halles, Rue du Rivoli, Le Louvre....so many things. The rooms would benefit from AC for sure as we stayed in 30 degree weather, but the hotel itself is a perfectly good base for a romantic stay in the city of love 😘

The elevator is very tiny, just fit 2 skinny persons. It smells bad. Homeless sleep outside next to the door. Room small. Wifi is weak. But the stall is good. Location is convenient, we could walk to several interesting places.

A localização era excelente, perto de muitos pontos turísticos. A equipe do hotel muito atenciosa. Quarto pequeno, como a maioria na região central de Paris, sem frigobar. Colchão pouco confortável. Mas, a localização faz valer a pena. Eu me hospedaria lá de novo.

Perfect location to explore Paris. Lovely little hotel! All nice and clean. Only reason why I gave 4 star is because the lift broke down so I had to walk up and fown to the 4th floor

This was my third stay at this hotel and I still love it. It's located in a perfect spot with many shopping and dining options nearby as well as easy access to both the metro to Gare du Nord and the airport. There is a supermarket next door which is very handy. The street the hotel is located on is safe but noisy but to be expected staying so close to everything. The staircase is not for the faint hearted but they do have a tiny European style lift. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait for my next visit.

We booked this hotel purely for the location and we were very happy with our choice. This hotel is walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and many other landmarks / monuments in Paris. There are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. It is directly over a grocery store if you need anything in those regards. It is older, there is no A/C, BUT honestly it was so so perfect for getting around. It isn't like you are staying in your hotel that much while visiting Paris. Worth the booking!

Wonderful location. Small but adequate room. Clean and tidy. Nice staff. Only problem was the noise from other residents - especially the rattling of their keys going in and out of rooms. I could also hear phone conversations from other rooms during the night.

Hôtel bien placé. Ma chambre donnait sur une rue peu agitée la nuit. La chambre est vétuste. Les rideaux de la fenêtre se bloquent à mi-parcours. La porte du placard est bloquée... Tapisserie et moquette défraîchies. La salle de bain pourrait presque rehausser le niveau, mais la tablette a souffert de l'humidité, la porte de la cabine de douche menace de s'écrouler à tout moment, ce qu'a déjà fait le porte serviette. Pas de climatisation.

Pros: Linens and room very clean. Small elevator for bags at check in and check out. Very convenient to dining and shopping, Chatelet metro stop around the corner. Our RER B train from the airport exited across the road from hotel entrance. Convenience store next door with good selection of wine. Cons: quite noisy at night, our room faced the street and aforementioned train exit, and it was busy fairly late into the night. Partiers quit about 2-3 am then the streetsweepers start up at 6-7ish. Not a problem for me with earplugs, but my husband had some issues sleeping. Could not figure out how to program the safe in the closet, but didn't try that hard or ask the desk staff either, so that was on me. Desk staff polite and spoke good English, helpful with directions and willing to lend a corkscrew :)

The staff is terrific and the young man who checked us in and out was a great info source on the RER and the construction going on. It's a comfy, warm small hotel in the absolute heart of Paris. I'll stay again.

地下鉄シャトレー駅の出口12番から14番のどこも近いですが、12番だと目の前です。利用する路線によっては構内をかなり歩くので、荷物が多い時や階段が大変な時は、シャトレー・レ・アール駅から歩く方がエレベーターやエスカレーターがあってラクだと思います。 スタッフは英語が通じましたが、スタッフ同士の連絡ががとれていなかったようで、延泊を確認したのに「チェックアウトの時間が過ぎています」とメールが来ました。

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Fleur Rivoli.I especially want to compliment the Front of House Staff. They are always very helpful and welcoming. One of the positives about the hotel is its location, just up the stairs from the Chatelet metro station, a big plus if you are carrying lots of luggage, and handy to the Louvre and the Palais Royale. There is also a food market right next door. The one negative that may concern some travellers is that the street where the hotel is situated tends to be noisy at night. However I've never felt threatened because of this. I look forward to returning to the Hotel Flor Rivoli next year. Ian Badger

El trato del recepcionista fue muy rudo, yo había perdido un día en el hotel y el día siguiente llegué a las 12 am después de todo el día q se supone tenía q estar ahí,yo solo le hice una simple pregunta por q quería saber si habría algún tipo de rembolso por la noche anterior y siento q no me contestó de buena manera y se veía como molesto por q yo había llegado ya tarde y yo venía cansado después de haber pasado todo un día en aereopuertos y aviones por q me habían movido mi intinerario por problemas de Iberia de huelga

Pros: Linens and room very clean. Small elevator for bags at check in and check out. Very convenient to dining and shopping, Chatelet metro stop around the corner. Our RER B train from the airport exited across the road from hotel entrance. Convenience store next door with good selection of wine. Cons: quite noisy at night, our room faced the street and aforementioned train exit, and it was busy fairly late into the night. Partiers quit about 2-3 am then the streetsweepers start up at 6-7ish. Not a problem for me with earplugs, but my husband had some issues sleeping. Could not figure out how to program the safe in the closet, but didn't try that hard or ask the desk staff either, so that was on me. Desk staff polite and spoke good English, helpful with directions and willing to lend a corkscrew :)

Great hotel, steps from the metro at Châtelet les Halles, Rue du Rivoli, Le Louvre....so many things. The rooms would benefit from AC for sure as we stayed in 30 degree weather, but the hotel itself is a perfectly good base for a romantic stay in the city of love 😘

This was my third stay at this hotel and I still love it. It's located in a perfect spot with many shopping and dining options nearby as well as easy access to both the metro to Gare du Nord and the airport. There is a supermarket next door which is very handy. The street the hotel is located on is safe but noisy but to be expected staying so close to everything. The staircase is not for the faint hearted but they do have a tiny European style lift. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait for my next visit.

We booked this hotel purely for the location and we were very happy with our choice. This hotel is walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and many other landmarks / monuments in Paris. There are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. It is directly over a grocery store if you need anything in those regards. It is older, there is no A/C, BUT honestly it was so so perfect for getting around. It isn't like you are staying in your hotel that much while visiting Paris. Worth the booking!

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel Fleur Rivoli.I especially want to compliment the Front of House Staff. They are always very helpful and welcoming. One of the positives about the hotel is its location, just up the stairs from the Chatelet metro station, a big plus if you are carrying lots of luggage, and handy to the Louvre and the Palais Royale. There is also a food market right next door. The one negative that may concern some travellers is that the street where the hotel is situated tends to be noisy at night. However I've never felt threatened because of this. I look forward to returning to the Hotel Flor Rivoli next year. Ian Badger

Très bon séjour, hôtel bien situé, bien isolé donc on n’entend pas le bruit de la rue! Gérant vraiment très gentil, accueillant et toujours avec le sourire, c’est très agréable :) Je ne regrette vraiment pas d’avoir choisi cet hôtel et pour mes prochaines visites à Paris ça sera sans hésitation que je reviendrais

Super hôtel pour un week-end touristique. Grâce à son emplacement tout peut se faire à pied c’est très agréable. Seul petit bémol le chauffage de la chambre qui n’est pas très puissant. Mais je reviendrais sans soucis à l’occasion ! :)
