The location of the hotel is great. If you driving make sure is a small car. My car is a mid size the hotel carpark can't park, so I have to park at the near by public carpark @$2400/day as it is a weekend. Overall the hotel is great. Will recommand to stay.

Overall stay is good except that besides the location we were looking for a hotel that provides parking. But to our surprise as it was advertise with parking but when upon checking in I was told that if the car is 1.55m high it will not be able to fit into the height of the carpark. So it should have state on the website. How is that useful when there is a carpark with lots but it was empty. I believe many like myself came with a car that is higher than 1.55m. We rented a Honda freed which is a common family car from the car rental.

The hotel was walking distance from Sensoji temple and the surrounding areas. It was about a 7-minute walk from the train station that we used more often as it was on the lines that we needed to go on, but there is a another station about 2 minutes from the hotel that we did use from time to time. We had a good experience with the hotel overall. They hold luggage after check out. They do luggage transfers. They have a cashless washer dryer that is more expensive than other hotels we've stayed at.

Overall the hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was in an amazing location with kind and helpful staff. It had all the amenities you need. The option to self-check out was useful for an early morning departure. The room was a generous size for Tokyo. Carpet and walls a bit outdated, but you cannot complain when compared to the location and service.

Very good hotel. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel as we went elsewhere during our holiday, and came back to this hotel later on. This made our holiday much easier to manage. The breakfast is very nice, but I would suggest getting there in the first hour as they tend to have more options available. WiFi mostly works but occasionally disconnected when in the room. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Option for eco and regular room cleaning was nice to have. Love that this hotel is environmentally conscious. Staff was very helpful and can understand/speak english. We asked to have our bags transported to our next hotel and they had it done without a problem--there is an extra charge for this service. If you also choose to use this service, make sure its at least a day ahead of when you check out. Wifi was great. Not choppy or spotty. Laundry services are available for an extra charge per article of clothing. I didnt use this service but appreciate there was "coin" laundry also available (had to use an app to pay). Everything about our stay was great! Only note I have about our room is that the washroom space is a little tight. Especially with the leg room when you use the toilet. Would book again. Super convinient location near everything. Love being steps away from a small taiyaki shop and a 711!

Great location! Easy walk to convenience stores, shopping and food. Staff was very nice. Facilities were a bit older and had a lot of patchwork and stains on walls. Rooms on smaller side but to be expected for Tokyo.

The rooms were much smaller than I thought they would be. They were also not very updated. And my room smelled like old food that wouldn’t go away the entire stay I was there. But it was in such a convenient location to restaurants, shopping and the train station. The staff was also very helpful!

Blood splatters were on the bed sheets and the pajamas given by the inn. This is the only place I've ever stayed at that's dirty like this. It's also not very quiet. The walls are thin and you can hear neighbors.

Really good hotel. Great location. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Had laundry machine. Buffet breakfast had enough variety and good coffee/tea choices. Rooms were soundproof. Our room was small but I was prepared for this ahead of time and we managed with 3 pieces of large luggage. So nice to have a bath to soak after a day of sightseeing. Great value and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good except when I try to make an early check in they didn’t managed well the situation. They try to make me pay for an upgrade to give me a room in advance and also de 4100 yens but I said no to paying and upgrade and at last when Ibeas leaving, they accept to give me the room I reserved paying only the 4100 yens for 4 hours before check in

The hotel is in a great location. Close to 2 metro stations and in the middle of a major tourist area with 4 mins walk to the famous Senso-ji. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around it. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. I enjoyed and savored the fresh breakfast specially the Japanese items. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The only caveat was the room was very small. But since I was outside most of the time, it wasn't an issue. I will stay there again in the future.

The breakfast was amazing, I'm not a morning person and I got up just for their delicious breakfast. The area that the hotel is in had so many great things around it, a huge Donki (don quijote) right around the corner, the Sensō-ji Temple, at least two malls that I saw and many many delicious places to eat.

This Hotel was great to stay at, about an hour walk from Tokyo station but other train access close by. Was quiet at night and very close to good markets shopping and food. The breakfast Buffet was great and included with Hotel stay, saved time and money in the morning searching for a good breakfast meal.

While the breakfast was very good there was just not enough seating available in a very small room. That being said the hotel had a plan in place to take your food back to your floor or your room. They even had bed trays so you could have breakfast in bed. Not ideal but a bigger room would have been nicer
