We didn’t have a free breakfast but had brunch at the restaurant in the hotel and it was fantastic. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The pool would have been better to be both in and outdoor as it was way too cold to swim outside while we were there. The location was great and close to tons of shopping. The maid service was on and off. Was good one day and then the next when left a higher tip, they didn’t stock up the sugar or water. The staff at the front desk was always wonderful and pleasant to deal with.

The hotel itself was very beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We were never informed prior to booking or at check in that there was active construction taking place. Instead, we were handed a paper apologizing for the inconvenience. Once in our room, the noise was extremely loud and sounded like drilling directly above us. The same drilling started again the next morning at 8:00 AM and woke us up. Had we known about the construction in advance, we would not have booked this hotel. Staff communication was also lacking. We arrived early knowing our room likely would not be ready, which was completely fine. When we asked about parking and whether we could park early, we were told yes but given no direction or explanation. The staff member simply stood there. When I followed up asking about valet parking, she again said yes and pointed to someone nearby rather than clearly explaining the process or offering assistance. While the property itself is visually stunning, the lack of transparency and poor communication left a negative impression. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Clean and well-located. Great price point. Year-round heated outdoor pool is small but a plus in winter.
