Pool is under renovation at this time but it would have been the perfect room if it were open! This place is older but is clean. The bedding is so comfortable. The staff is amazingly friendly! It’s not the Hilton but it is clean!

The front desk lady was superb! Quick check in and the rate was very affordable! Located near everything! Cleanliness was impeccable! Comforting clean rooms and a wonderful staff! The pool area was huge and a very refreshing stay! Kid friendly with it starting at 2ft and ending at 8ft! Pic nic area with grills shaded from the sun! I absolutely loved my stay here! Will return!

It was very clean and friendly staff. The rooms was super hot when we got there and took a couple hours to cool off but it wasn’t bad. And the pool closed at 7 so I think that was a little early.

Check in quick and friendly. I was impressed how everything smelled good. Sometimes older hotels that have been renovated still have a musty air conditioner but no, rooms, halls all smelled great and were clean. Pool was clean.

The hotel is outdated and has no elevator. It’s only 2 floors but if you have kids and all the things they bring keep that in mind. With that said it’s clean and affordable. I watched the grounds and pool cleaned daily. No breakfast either

Nice and quiet even being close to the highway. Plenty of dining and shopping all around. Clean throughout, nice pool area but pool needs some attention, green tint to water didn't trust going in. Room and bathroom comfortable, will stay here again.

There is no way this is an 8.6 rated hotel. It was filthy dirty bug in the drawer cigarettes left in the drawer cleaning obviously was not done. Tub was filthy. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Musty-smelling room with cockroaches. Mentioned it at checkout, and an "ah" as a response. Smells kept at bay if you have the ac going all the time, only catching a whiff every so often. Floor was dirty and so was the shower(footprints on shower floor). Cockroaches there to greet you in the bathroom, even if you left the lights on. Not a great experience by any stretch of the imagination. Luckily I only had to be in the room to sleep and figured the rest of the place mustve been similar.

This is definitely one of the nicest Travelodge i have ever been too. Very clean, front desk was very friendly, the grounds are well maintained and our room was very clean. We will definitely be back as we frequent this area often. Great job Travelodge!

The room we had , the sink in the bathroom drain was stopped up. We could not watch any program on the tv. Kept losing signal. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Room was nice, fresh new look. Bed good, shower good. AC good and quiet. Very convenient, and although right next to the expressway, quiet. Every room opens to a balcony. The latch on the sliding door did not latch and only a pin to secure, I could open from the outside with a pocket knife. And there were way too many cameras. Security is my only concern, for this I would not stay with my family, and I really could not recommend for a business traveler. If they do something to secure those sliding doors, this would be a good place to stay.

This hotel sits right by i-4 interstate, and we heard traffic all night long and therefore got terrible sleep. We were not able to change rooms due to the hotel being full, so we ended up by ear plugs to help us get to sleep the next night. I do not recommend this hotel, as there are plenty of others in the area that are not as close to the interstate.

Great place to stay however I-4 is really close by and if you are facing that highway you may not sleep weel, the sliding glass doors are so nice but don't do much to buffer the highway noise, it is loud. Bring earplugs or a sound machine, that may help. The room was nice, and the staff were really nice. The location was great as my meeting spot was just one exit away on I-4.

My husband and I stayed one night and we stayed in a room with a balcony and king sized bed. The room was very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the ihop that was open 24/7 right next to the travelodge. We really have no bad things to say about the stay. We'll definitely be back again.

The rooms are very outdated and kind of shady. The mattresses every time you moved they were so loud so sleeping sucked. The tub had a crack in it that they tried to fix with some paste stuff. I was getting a shower and in the top corner of the shower is a black old cigarette just hanging out. Our room was on the inside on the second floor with no elevator so we had to pick up our heavy rolling luggage and carry it upstairs to our rooms. There was a weird smell coming down the hall to our room. Then I notice that I was charged for one day ahead of time and when I checked in I was charged for the second day. I looked at my account the night before leaving and they put a hold ALSO for the price of the two rooms which was $300 so $600 was taken out of my account and it took days to get the $300 hold back. On their site it says a $100 hold which I thought was dumb already. The doorway wall going into the bathroom you could tell was repeatedly patched, caulked, painted over and looked terrible. The curtain to slide and go to the balcony had an unknown brown substance in spots all over the back of the curtain where it should be white. No garbage bags in the trash cans. I am by no means high class and very easy to please but this was terrible. The only plus was the front desk people were very friendly and it was right beside IHOP that’s it.

This is a nice little hotel. It's connected to an IHOP and that made breakfast easy. Only coffee at hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Though located right by interstate, I did not hear road noise. Great pool and nice balconies and patio off each room. Only thing, bring your own washcloths. For some reason, they are really tight with them. Heard this in other reviews. Still, it's a nice hotel.

They stated they would refund me because I booked the wrong day while at the property so she canceled it and said I would be refunded then they rejected my refund stating I checked in when I wasn’t there.. the staff was rude, my room wasn’t cleaned one time while I was there and there was very bad noise disturbance

The desire and outgoingness of the staff to make sure their customers enjoyed a good night stay while there. The staff really cares about their customers! Thank you Toni for the great room! Thank you to the staff for wanting to know and caring if the stay was pleasant! Will definitely stay again when visiting Lakeland!

I stayed from Sunday, 9/7/25, to 9/10/25. I paid extra to check in early. During my entire stay, not once did they clean my room. Twice, I had to get my own clean towels and empty my own trash. When I stay in a hotel, I look forward to coming back to fresh sheets and towels, and that was not the case at all during this stay. I was out of town for work, and this made my trip very disappointing. The sad part is that halfway through my stay, I complained to the front desk, and still, nothing was done. When I checked out early Wednesday morning, I again complained and didn't even get an apology. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thank you to Vicky and Veronica for making our stay so pleasant! Great friendly management. The hotel itself is adorable and the pool was a super benefit in the 90 degree days. Quiet, clean room with the patio that we spent most evenings enjoying. Will be recommending to incoming family.

Check-in took over forty minutes to complete. Only one attendant at the front desk with three people in front of me. The long delay included issues with the other guests, including a missing reservation, issues with their reservation system and they were unable to print out the invoices and were forced to hand-write them.

I would highly not recommend this hotel. At check in I was told they have to put a hold on my account for $150.00 which I thought was unreasonable but they won't check you on without having something for incidentals. After going to the room I ended up meeting a friend out and stayed over with them and got back just in time to check out. Upon checking out the woman at the desk said the hold wouldn't go off my account until they check the room. I left if at that however she handed me a paper that has $100.00 deposit on it and I thought things seem a little sketchy so I called my card holder and not only did they take out a hundred dollars but they took out another hundred dollars. I ended up having to cancel my card and I will never be going back to that hotel. Just unbelievable!!!!

Super quick check in and very friendly staff. Room was very clean and spacious. Only downfall they don't have breakfast and I didn't catch that when booking. Thats my fault but they do have snacks in the lobby available to purchase.

Older property, but room has been redone recently. Shower and bathroom sinks looked brand new. Bed was comfortable. Room was just what we needed for a night’s stay. FYI- they offer only coffee for breakfast, but there is an IHOP next door and a McDonalds across the street.

Great visit- just a quick trip in town. Love having iHop next door! Front desk personnel on Saturday night was so nice! Staff was great. Great price- said there was construction going on but we didn’t experience it!!

I paid for my reservation upfront and was ask to pay a deposit upon my arrival. Also when i spoke to someone from the front desk prior to making my reservation about continental breakfast i was told yes there is a continental breakfast from 6 to 10. When i get there im told no breakfast is serve just coffee.
