The staff was amazing. The Maid that did our room was so friendly and kind to my small children. The pool was great. Only complaint was how expensive the arcade games were. But my boys loved playing them so it was good. We loved everything about it. thank you so much

We were very disappointed to find out upon arrival that they had shut down the hot tub. We have been coming to this hotel for 14 years. First they demolished the original part of the hotel a few years back (which took away a lot of it's country charm). They also removed the children's water slide a couple years ago, and only replaced it with a sprinkler. Now on this trip, we learned they closed down the hot tub. It leaves us wondering what is next......

Everything was pretty nice, the only negatives were the eating options and the pool area had a very strong chlorine smell, we couldn't stay in the area too long. There was only one cafe but the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

We usually stay at Hilton’s whenever we go on vacation due to the flexible pet policy - the hotel itself is nice, it’s at a great location - conveniently located next to a shopping center with Starbucks , dominos, cvs, etc and across the street is a McDonald’s and a giant - the hotel rooms and grounds were very clean. The room was a little smaller than other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at and they didn’t offer a free breakfast which was disappointing but it was okay for my family of three plus our dog for two nights- any longer and it would have been cramped. They have a huge indoor heated pool here with a indoor splash pad for smaller kids which we loved however it wasn’t very clean- three times we visited and they had the same dirt on the floor and clumps of hair the hole time So I know it hasn’t been mopped - the splash pad is freezing like abnormally cold but our kid enjoyed it- the only issue was the first night there was about 10-12 , about 12!62-3 old kids screaming at the top of their lungs, taking over the entire giant pool - making it very uncomfortable for everyone else’- I saw a couple come and leave - the kids also followed us into the splash pad screaming so loudly and running around - kids are kids and it would have been okay if someone was there to check on them the pool is not monitored at all- also there was only one working elevator during our stay which was a little inconvenient but not a huge deal. Other than that it was very quiet- I would stay again.

It’s time to update - and they should do it faster. It’s a beautiful facility that must have been wonderful in its heyday. However, it’s sagging in disappointment. You’ll still enjoy your stay but will feel like you’re missing something - paying the high prices with a removed jacuzzi and subpar cleaning of the pool. Things could be cleaned better but they are not every time you look. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and the staff is nice but I expect more from a Hilton.

We stayed here for only one night. The pool area was really nice for kids and the staff was very lovely. The main room was very nice, but the bathroom was dirty. There was black stuff all over the tub that looked like maybe hair dye. There was hair all over. It didn’t seem like a thorough cleaning was done.

Staff upon check in was amazing , was greeted by Rosa. Very professional and easy check in . Warm Cookies are great and staff is friendly .Breakfast staff is efficient and welcoming . Beware of this hotel. Our sink and shower stopped draining on Monday night. Through the night they slowly drained. We flushed the toilet the next morning to have sewage flow into the shower through the drain. The odor of raw sewage in the room was terrible and disgusting, to a point of causing nasuea. We quickly gathered our items to check out. Arriving at the front desk, I told the hostess of our problem. She offered the standard issue apology, but said they could do nothing to compensate because I used Expedia to book the hotel. She gave me a business card for the supervisor. I called and left a voicemail and as of 04/11/25, no one has called back. It seems they were happy to take our money, but when the room did not meet our expectations they stopped caring. If this was a low end, economy type hotel I'd expect this treatment as standard, but not from a Hilton hotel...

We stayed 2 nights and the room was very nice and clean it has a refrigerator but no microwave that was a little inconvenient but other than that it was excellent the breakfast was very good the people were very nice and helpful when i get over that way again i will definitely stay there again.

The room was a lot older than the pictures shown. Bed was not comfortable. The sofa was worn out. Wall paper was coming down, mirror on bathroom door had rust stains from the condensation, mildew in bathroom and the air conditioner unit was extremely loud. Thought that we might have gotten a room in bad shape bc we booked via hotel.com and not directly through Hilton.

A great choice for a family stay. The little waterpark was perfect for my boys (16 months - 12 yrs old). The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean with a wonderful view of the pond. Everyone here was very kind and helpful. Would definitely return!

Staff was incredibly rude, I spent about 15 minutes following signs to the ice machine to find out there isn’t one on my floor. I called the front desk to ask if I can have some delivered to keep my babies bottles cold, the staff was incredibly rude to me and told me I had to go up the elevator to the 4th floor and get it myself. This facility is also a banquet hall and we got the (un)pleasure of listening to loud music all night it’s like we were sleeping next door to the hall. Oh and open the window to your room? Expect to see a view of the parking lot? No it’s another one of the banquet halls, super weird. Luckily it wasn’t in use. Rooms seamed a bit dated with wallpaper peeling however they were clean dispite the old use coffee cup left in the fridge. Double tree not living up to the Hilton name and we won’t be back.

I enjoyed my stay. But the staff needs some work. When I checked in and out I had to yell hello three times until someone came out to help me. Why wasn't anybody attending the desk? But other than that it was a nice hotal. I'd come again.

Terrible experience. Booked our room months ago to ensure we had a King Whirlpool room due to back and neck issues and arrived at the hotel only to be placed in a regular king room NOT the king whirlpool that we booked and paid for months ago and they were not very accommodating or apologetic AT ALL!!! Very Poor Customer Service. Would not stay there again.

From the front desk staff, to the restaurant/bar/cafe staff everyone was amazing. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Even with a masquerade party happening on Saturday night the noise level was minimal. We had a wonderful stay!

I would have expected better for a Hilton. The A/C unit was so loud I couldn't sleep and when I turn it off it got too hot. It took 10 min running the hot water to get warm. The toilet kept running when flushing so I would have to take the cover off and readjust the flapper. The room had to have the smallest trash can I've ever seen so I got a grocery bag to use. The desk had no pen or paper so I went down to the front desk to ask for some and had to wait 15 min while the clerk talked on the phone making arrangements for some type of party. By the time she was done there was a line of about a dozen people needing something. When I checked out nobody at the front desk so I just threw my key on the desk and left. I contacted Kirsten Heimbach guest service manager and she told me this room is scheduled for renovation and hope your stay next time is better. I asked to be refunded for at least 20% as I had no Idea I was getting a substandard room and never got a reply.....This room was horrible.

My family simply loved this hotel. It’s beautiful, very kid friendly, spacious grounds, quiet rooms, a Starbucks mere feet from the front door. Close to downtown Lancaster which has that very kitschy cool vibe. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is worth the price. Clean and comfortable and the pool area was great for the kids.we could have spent a whole day at the pool alone if we had the time. We were there for a short trip to Dutchwonderland. Location is within walking distance to Starbucks so a major plus for me. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again;

Beautiful grounds with well kept landscaping overlooking a gorgeous lake and golf course. Wonderful picnic area with charcoal grills available for use. Very nice staff and clean facility. Overall 5/5.

The hotel in itself was very nice, the cafe in the hotel was terrible. $15 a person for a buffet breakfast that was absolutely disgusting, what a waste of $72. The fruit was soggy and old, the pastries were soggy, the waffles were hard and rubbery. The bacon was salty. Was not impressed at all.

Good location for Amish sites. Good parking. Lovely room and bed very comfortable. Dining and bar facilities very poor. Offered only a Fixed dinner menu which was mainly fried food. Bar service very slow.

Definitely wasn't as good as our last stay. The beds were absolutely horrible, sunken spring mattresses insanely uncomfortable. The room was meh, but the whirlpool was clean which was a huge plus. The website said there was room service, which there was not. The menu refused to let us have menus and call in our order, so there was a lot of back and forth. Just a lot of work for the price I feel, and not even a continental breakfast or anything. The pool is great for the kids, but I expected the great stay we had the last time we came here and we just didn't get it. If you have small kids and come here for a little family stay, just go across the street to McDonald and save yourself the money and the headache.

Hotel was beautiful and well kept.Breakfast not included which we knew before hand.We did pay for breakfast most mornings which was very good.Dinners were okay we were told they were prepared not made on premises.Staff was excellent.my grandkids enjoyed the pool.
