The room was nice, beautiful view of the water, staff was great. The hotel 1st floor is currently under renovation. There needs to be parking closer to the building overall. Hopefully during renovations, parking is included in the plans to create parking spots close to the office.

The only reason why it wasn't a 5- star review was due to 3 things: 1) no shuttle after midnight from the he airport (you find it later mentioned at the end of the reservation; 2) nobody to greet you after 11:00 p.m. (you need to go to the lobby of a nearby hotel to get your key, but it was a flawless transaction) and; 3) there wasn't any real breakfast to speak of. I have been in cheaper hotels that offered a breakfast. There was only a coffee option in the room/front office.

Nice size room. Microwave and refrigerator. Nice size bathroom. Excellent view of waterfront and inbounding airplanes. Bed was kind of uncomfortable but still not bad for the cost. Only real downside was parking. Giant empty stone lot that is roped off out fron of property but parking lot is behind that. Overall definitely worth it

With the shuttle, convenient to the airport -- shuttle was reliable. (The airport has a train line that is a way to visit City Center Philadelphia) Desk personnel were all polite and helpful. Motel is along the Delaware River (a nice view) and next to an interesting local historical park. Although a bit of a walk, possible to walk to varying restaurants or a convenience store for food. Room was clean; television, microwave and mini-fridge (of good size) all worked -- bed was fine. Some bathroom ceiling tiles could be replaced; room didn't have a closet or place to hang coats/clothing. Overall, I would stay there again. Good deal for the price -- as noted above pleasant being along the river and near the park.

Okay, so this place looks a little sketchy on the outside. But the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, and my room was amazing, pictures below. Immaculately clean, mini fridge and microwave, comfortable bed, and BEAUTIFUL view of the water. Desk to work as well. *There is no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are wheelchair bound make sure you ask for a first floor room!* My room was on the 3rd floor and it was AMAZING, and crazy inexpensive through Hotels.com I will be back!!

Would not recommend, ended up having to book another hotel, sheets and pillow cases were stained, the room was very poorly cleaned, blinds were covered head to toe in dirt and filth. staff did not seem like they had any idea what they were doing, just an overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anybody.

The hotel was absolutely dirty and rundown. My experience there was dissapointing due to lack of cleanliness appearance of the room. I have attached pics. The floors looked like they had not been mopped in weeks. There was a lot of visible hair, dirt and stains on the floor. The sheets were also stained. The walls had water damage and the paint was peeling in several places. The bathroom ceiling had mold and water damage, the tub was dirty and the shower leaked consistently. I wanted to take a dhower before bed but immediately changed my mind. The furniture was not just old but stained and the veneers were peeling off the desk, night stand and headboard. I could also hear my upstairs neighbor walking across the floor and their entire conversations through the ceiling. I know you get what you paid for and the customer service was friendly enough but I was at least expecting a clean quiet place to sleep.

It was the last room and they were doing renovations so walking from the parking lot to the office was horrible. Once we got the key and opened up the door. There was roaches running across the bed all in the bathroom. The bathtub was disgusting. I went back to the office and asked for a different room told clerk that there were roaches in their room told me that I had to show him proof my daughter took pictures and showed him that also took him back to the room and showed him the roaches on the bed and in bathroom first he stated that he couldn’t give a refund and then turn around and gave me a refund and I asked for a receipt to prove my refund. This property was disgusting and I will never stay there again.

When we walked into the room, right away we noticed very dirty floors. The tv remote was also very dirty. When we walked into the bathroom, the fridge was in it. There were old cups left inside of the fridge. When we turned towards the shower, we noticed dirty stained up towels and a used washcloth that was never removed. Inside the shower was also fairly dirty and old soap stains on the walls. The toilet was stained up we had to clean it first. Then we went to check the bed out, the blankets were old and ripped. There was hair and dirt everywhere. Even underneath where the alarm clock and phone are, there was someone else’s old nasty socks. The heater/ac was so dirty and dusty, there was no turning it all. Staff was decent, had a good talk w the owner and told him everything.

Do not let the outside appearance fool you once you step inside those rooms they are very nice they’re clean. They are updated and very modern. You get a beautiful view of the water and your next to a nice park.

For the most part it was okay. It was in a nice area and you could go out and see the water and ships. The rooms are very small though and the beds were awful uncomfortable. You could feel the metal bedframe. Our showerhead wasnt fully connected to the wall and we had issues with the water preassure. The staff was nice though. If I only needed to stay a day it is good but I would not stay any extended time

Stay was what you paid for. Are tv didn’t stay on they had no good tv channels broken remote. I know we’re not staying in the hotel to watch tv but don’t lie and you have premium channels when you don’t even get espn.

There was a very strong chemical smell in the room, clearly covering up some other smell. That mixed with the loud noises from the HVAC system made it very hard to sleep. If I could get a refund, I would greatly appreciate it.

Location is fantastic. Right in the water and next to a clean, beautiful, safe, quiet park. Note it is near airport so planes go by but they didn’t bother us in the room. Hotel is older but our room was newly redone and clean.

An older motel tucked behind the Holiday Inn Express, a short ride from the airport. Biggest positive was it was quiet (on the night we stayed), and the hotel shuttle was useful as we came from the airport. Bit rundown though, and not as clean as you would want—interior of the room could be updated, and non-functioning deadbolt feels a little sketch in this part of town.

I stayed here last year and was pleasantly surprised to find the rooms renovated, with very good quality work and fixtures. Road access is excellent and great location along the river and next to a park. I'll definitely be staying here on my next visit to the area.

Front office person was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. I was concerned at first looking at it from outside, but pleasantly surprised when entered the room. Easy check in and out process. Shuttle ran right on time.

The hotel is right on the Delaware River with a nice breeze off the water. Great view. Lots of light if in room overlooking the river. Mid size refrigerator for extended stays. Many restaurants nearby and close to the airport. Good HVAC system. Not much noise from the airport.

We ended up taking a cab, made it in time to check in next door with the partner hotel to get our room key. Turns out you can check in until 1:00am ... that would have been helpful information! Older motel but nicely updated rooms. Very friendly service and free coffee & airport shuttle the next morning. The area is a mixture of nice (park & waterfront), and a bit sketchy (dark walkways at night). It's a great deal, so I would stay here again & felt safe with our two small kids.

We stayed there due to being about 10 miles from Citizens bank park 1x and 2x due to the “park, sleep, and fly” aspect to fly out of PHL. The beds are comfy and rooms are nicer as they have been recently renovated. There was some visible dust on the top of baseboards and also no elevators to navigate the 3 floors. It’s our go-to when staying in that area. Also some GREAT food near by, less than 1 mile, Pho Philly and America’s pie for pizza.

I like that it's right along the Delaware river and you can see the planes flying into the airport. As well as, a park right next door. Has a hotel shuttle to take you to and from the airport. Also, has some restaurants and a WAWA in walking distance.

The rooms are quite large and well equiped (Including a fridge and a microwave). As they we're refurbishing the hotel, there was a bit of noise and dust, and a few hours during the afternoon there was no water. Not great, but understandable (and should not happen once the refurbishing is done). The lobby was a bit of a makeshift and check-in took a longer than normal. Staff is friendly and the setting of the hotel is quite nice at the riverbank and next to a park. Shuttle service to the airport was on time at 4am!

The room itself was a s depicted- remodeled and very clean. The exterior could use some renovation. View in the morning of waterfront is really nice. It is right on the planes' path to landing and taking off so you will hear that. But it eases by 10 PM. And the New Sweden park next to it is a good place for walking and sitting to watch the boats and the planes as they approach. There is an Italian restaurant some 5 minutes away (walking distance)- Romanos' Stromboli, Pizzeria and Restaurant. They created the Stromboli and a couple presidents have bought dozens of them for their staff on their way through the area. The strombolis, meatballs, marinara sauce, and pizza (all I tried) are something else.
