Treehouse Hotel

Exceeded expectations! Clean, comfortable, and a rare find. Communication with the team was incredibly easy and fast from the start. The property itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered great value. What really stood out to me is that the rooms are even better in person than in the pictures. Usually, you expect listing photos to heavily flatter a space to help sell the room, but "The Treehouse Hotel" looks and feels exactly like the photos—if not better. It is rare to experience that kind of honesty and accuracy when arriving at a hotel. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at The Treehouse! The property was exceptionally clean, and the self-check-in process was completely seamless and hassle-free. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay!

Checking in late at night is not the best idea at this property, everything is done virtually.

Good value and customer service. Very easy to check in.

Very disappointed. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and realized when we got there that there was no elevator. I had to haul multiple suitcases up 3 flights of winding stairs in a tight space. Wasn’t a huge deal, we moved on. Got to the room and it was very warm. Texted to ask where we could find the thermostat. Was able to locate a remote for the AC, but it didn’t do much for cooling the room. I suspect it needs replaced. We left for the day hoping that it would cool down for the nighttime, but when we got back it was still warm and we had to just sleep it off. We left on the 2nd day of our reservation at 8:30am to stay at another hotel. This is where the real issues started. When I texted to let them know we were not staying for our 2nd night, this is the response they sent: "If you have already checked out, we can reopen the remaining dates of your reservation and try to resell the room. If we are able to do so, we will refund you for the remaining unused nights." Soooo basically they would be willing to refund the day that we weren’t even staying there ONLY IF they could resell the room. I told them that was unacceptable and the 2nd day refund should have been a given. We wanted the 1st day refunded and they fought with us back and forth on this, ultimately giving us just a 25% discount on the one day we stayed and a refund for the 2nd day that we didn’t even stay for. They put profits before the guest, completely unprofessional.
