Room was clean. Hot tub was hot, I wouldn’t want to pay anymore then $100.00 for the queen and twin room. You have to walk across the parking lot to the Hot Tub that only holds about 15 people. We were here on a slow day so it was fine.

Parking was sometimes difficult…spaces are too small, and sometimes we had to park at another building as a pickup truck takes almost 1 and half spaces if you want to open your doors.

The property is old and tired. Other than the flooring, this place hasn’t been updated in a long time. There were a number of small issues that were inconvenient. For example, the plug-ins for the coffee and tea station only had one plug-in, there were no stir sticks to stir our coffee in the morning. There was no table lamp or plug in on one side of the bed, the, TV had two channel changers, one of which worked that had no volume option and the other of which did not work at all. The volume is on Mach 10, and you couldn’t change it even under the settings category. When I tried to call front desk, all I would get was a busy signal over and over again. Gave up and watched TV on our laptop. The bed mattress is very old and we woke up pretty stiff. There is no elevator to take your stuff up to the second floor. We saw elderly people struggling to get their suitcases up to the second floor and no one around to help them. I would not stay here again, though I will give it credit for being very clean.

We stayed at the Rocky Mountain ski lodge as a mid point close to everything we wanted to do while there. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was super. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. The bathroom had some struggles. The drain the the shower didn’t drain well and the shower head was from many years ago that water didn’t come out of all the holes lol. The hotel is dated but clean and comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were a great little bonus!

Clean and cute. Mountain view is pretty. One bedroom apartment is cozy, convenient to have little Kitchen. Great to have an in door Hot tub where you can change. Decent size. Will rtn In near future. Great for a little get away.

Very good stay. Older rooms but clean. My only suggestion is to have assigned parking as it seemed we could not get a spot near our room. Otherwise would stay here again.

It’s a convenient location, and we had a small kitchen which we appreciated. The staff were all pleasant. Unfortunately, the room had mice poop (and an empty trap) in several spots, and when we told the front desk, they assured us they would take care of it. However, the housekeeping staff didn’t get it all until we showed her the last few locations. It was all around kinda gross and disappointing.

It was really grubby and dated. It didn't look at all like the pictures online. The staff was nice, but it needs a severe deep clean, our sliding door doesn't open ,the cigarette yellow shower curtain, the heater when it turned on sounded like a helicopter landing in the bedroom.

Older building but great location by restaurants for family. Easy check in and out. Lots of space in loft. Maids come at 9 am so make sure if you want to sleep in you have the sign up. Rooms aren’t very sound proof to outside so it sounds like someone is in room. But all and all great stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Only issue was that the all the air conditioning was in the loft, so the downstairs bedroom was rather warm.

Very old and run down. Phone didn't work. Showerhead had next to no water pressure. Had to wash my hair under the faucet. A/c unit was extremely loud. Very thin walls. No Netflix. Front desk was great.

The room was very spacious & clean. There was only one electrical outlet near the bed. The walls were thin - you could hear the people in the next room talking & moving chairs. Bathroom was small, but functional. Would have liked brighter lighting.

We loved the big picture windows with an awesome view of the mountains. The room was spacious but only one lamp. The items were old and run down. It was very clean though. The shower head pressure needs replacing. The toilet flushed very slowly (old). Clean.. but old. It would be pristine with an upgrade and fixing of things. Despite that we had a great sleep. Free wifi and a great stay.

I stayed here 2 nights. We were 2 girls and we asked to be on the second floor to feel more secure. The staff member servicing us agreed to accommodate until a more senior staff interrupted by saying that they do not have any available rooms left! The awkwardness of the staff serving us made it obvious that this wasn’t true! We didn’t argue. They gave us a room on the first floor. It’s an old hotel, so I wasn’t expecting luxury however the room we stayed in had mold in the bathtub tiles with a smell of humidity!

I was here for just one night. The location is easy to get to from the highway, and all the amenities of Canmore are easy to access from here. Parking was plentiful, and the room was spacious. Great value for the money in Canmore! I would stay here again!

Wonderful staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the mini kitchen and location. Close to Banff and nice hiking. It was much less expensive than Downtown Banff and very close (10k), much quieter too. Nice place to stay for longer stays with the amenities

Great location to drive back n forth if you are staying multiple days for Banff National Park. There is no complimentary breakfast but they have kitchenette so you can buy some breakfast basics and make breakfast to save time and money.

We had to park in an unlit, nonpaved field. There were no outside lights on our building. In our opinion, this is a very unsafe condition. There was a free standing ac unit so close to the bed that we had to move the bed to get in. There was no place to store luggage. Clothes hook on back of bathroom door had been torn off and not removed. Although we did not use the space heaters, they were in dis-repair. The only positive comment is that the unit was clean. We took photos but I am having trouble downloading them to this report.
