Fabulous find on the front. Great location. Parking close if carpark full. Clean and well decorated. Lots of rooms but was incredibly quiet. Had the top room 1 in the Attic. Plenty of space. Tea and coffee plus the water bottles were very welcome. Bed was incredible comfortable and spotless. Pillows great. Slept so well. Towels were white heavy and fluffy. The ensuite was small but to be expected but perfectly useable. The shower was small but again perfectly functional. Breakfast was fab, presented well with plenty of toast and coffee. Large airy breakfast room. Great lottle bar with pool table and comfy front lounge. Ooh yeah recommend the porridge it was to die for x. Will stay here every time we visit Skegvegas for the night. Loved it.

The parking is not up to standard. We booked this hotel on the sea front on the assumption that we could leave our car for the day in the parking area while we explored. Sadly only after booking were we informed via email that cars cannot be left during the day unless we were prepared to leave the keys with reception. With a no refund policy we thought this information should have been on the Expedia page and we felt trapped. On the 2nd night I had to use the nearby NCP parking as I could not get my car in the available bays as they are vary small. They are arranged in 2 rows so the you could be parked in by other guests. Awful view of the brick wall of the adjacent building, only a small opening window means room stuffy and the room and shower very small. Didn't eat there so cannot comments on the food. You wouldn't want to stay longer than a weekend. However it was clean and the staff friendly

Really nice hotel, very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in room 1 on the top floor lots of stairs but there is a lift. Room was cosy had everything we needed. Bedding was spotless, bed comfy and slept very well. Good shower. Provided water tea coffee etc and mini toiletries. Overall very good and would stay again and recommend. We didn’t use the bar there or have breakfast so can’t review those. There is parking but it’s limited and you can get blocked in but reception keep your keys they shuffle the cars around. 2nd visit to this Hotel. Always friendly, can’t do enough for you, always clean. Always comfy. Breakfast is excellent and just the right amount served freshly cooked. Plenty of tea, coffee and toast. Located right opposite the Arnold Palmer and Bowling gardens, so out of the busy front but 5 mins walk away. Free parking at the rear. Will always stay here from now on

Apartment very dated but bedding and towels were clean and white. Also usual complimentary tea coffee biscuits and shampoo/shower left. Could have done with a coffee table in living room to put drinks etc on otherwise enjoyed our time in Skegness and weather was lovely too.

As per reviews when booking this hotel it was a little disappointing. The room we had was very small and box like for the price you were paying. The room was stuffy and when trying to keep the window open to bring in fresh air, there was no latch to keep it open. The view of the back of housing was very unappealing. Apart from that it was a good location and the breakfast was lovely

2nd visit to this Hotel. Always friendly, can’t do enough for you, always clean. Always comfy. Breakfast is excellent and just the right amount served freshly cooked. Plenty of tea, coffee and toast. Located right opposite the Arnold Palmer and Bowling gardens, so out of the busy front but 5 mins walk away. Free parking at the rear. Will always stay here from now on

Fabulous find on the front. Great location. Parking close if carpark full. Clean and well decorated. Lots of rooms but was incredibly quiet. Had the top room 1 in the Attic. Plenty of space. Tea and coffee plus the water bottles were very welcome. Bed was incredible comfortable and spotless. Pillows great. Slept so well. Towels were white heavy and fluffy. The ensuite was small but to be expected but perfectly useable. The shower was small but again perfectly functional. Breakfast was fab, presented well with plenty of toast and coffee. Large airy breakfast room. Great lottle bar with pool table and comfy front lounge. Ooh yeah recommend the porridge it was to die for x. Will stay here every time we visit Skegvegas for the night. Loved it.

As per reviews when booking this hotel it was a little disappointing. The room we had was very small and box like for the price you were paying. The room was stuffy and when trying to keep the window open to bring in fresh air, there was no latch to keep it open. The view of the back of housing was very unappealing. Apart from that it was a good location and the breakfast was lovely

Everything was as expected, clean and quiet, with an excellent breakfast, and very nice management. My only gripe would be that my shower was too small for my large frame, but not a big problem.... 5 Stars
