No information on how to get the transfer bus and no one answered a telephone. Zero help from airport personal also meant over 1 hour wait to work out how go get their free bus. I may as well have booked a hotel in the town centre and jumped on a regular service bus. Dont take a 6th floor. The air con on the roof is like a Boeing 747 taxiing all night long.

Im Hotel kann man an der Rezeption einen Platz im Shuttlebus zum Flughafen reservieren. Der Bus fährt stündlich. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet nahe dem Flughafen, man kann dort nichts zu Fuß unternehmen. Eine Taxifahrt vom Hotel in die Stadt dauert etwa 25-30 min. und kostete ca. 25.000 bis 28.000 Pesos. Im Hotel konnte abends bis 23 Uhr warmes Essen bestellt werden und wurde ab 4 Uhr Frühstück serviert.

Airport shuttle easy to find and very efficient. Driving quite crazy and frightening. Staff bilingual, 24 hours reception and very helpful. Bit noisy overnight as in airport flight path but hotel quiet. Room clean, spacious, comfortable bed, great little garden, indoor and outdoor pool and gym. Would have been good to have kettle and tea/coffee in room. Long buffet breakfast hours but very inflexible if need very early shuttle and refused to even supply sandwich or drink in a bag unlike other airport hotels and wanted to charge more for that.

This was an emergency reservation and chose this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle, which never happened. There was no contact regarding pick up location and time nor notice about schedule to the airport, therefore ended up fending for own transportation.

I tried to call and no one picked up the phone and then I sent him a message and no one returned my message telling him that I was at the airport and to send the shuttle. Instead I just took a taxi and it cost me $23. I'll never stay there again. They're better options.

The hotel is in very bad conditions. The rooms are dirty, the toilet and bath have weird marks all around. The breakfast is of really poor quality. They claim they have transfer from the airport but don’t explain you how to use it: i ended up having to pay 10 usd to come by uber.

All was ok and the salad for dinner was really good. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner sounded like a stone crusher. There was another noice like an old dry tumbler but much louder and higher frequency. It was ok when we went to bed.i woke up by the noice at about 2am. It was impossible to go back to sleep. I ended up trying to sleep in the bathtub were it was a bit quieter!

It is old hotel close to the airport. It is safe, the room was clean but outdated. No USB ports, limited outlets. TV in the room was ok but Netflix was not working. I called 3 times from the airport to understand how to get the transportation to the hotel but the person hang up on me. Finally I asked around the airport and I found out how to get the free van ride. Breakfast was good. It is a good option for a one night stay close to the Santiago airport with a fair price.

Für ein Flughafenhotel völlig in Ordnung... die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben lange telefoniert, um den Ort für unsere Mietwagenrückgabe zu ermitteln - nochmals vielen Dank ... das Restaurant und das Frühstück mehr als OK... Das größte Problem ist tatsächlich der Internetempfang - dieser ist im Zimmer und auch im Gang äußerst instabil und man kann nur in der Lobby arbeiten... ebenfalls scheint der Housekeeping nicht richtig zu funktionieren, denn jedes mal, nachdem im Nachbarzimmer Klospülung getätigt wurde, kam es zu einem unerträglichen permanenten Piepston, der lange Zeit anhielt (ich tippe auf Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck im Spülkasten) - von einem erholsamen Schlaf kann also keine Rede sein....

Personal de recepción necesita un curso de atención a clientes y ser mas despiertos, no esconderse detrás de las pantallas de computadoras y hacer esperar a quienes van a registrarse, más atentos en definitiva. Restaurante es de baja calidad en cuanto a comida y servicio, lo que ofrecen es hamburguesas no hechas por el cocinero sino tipo McDonald. En definitiva arta variedad a la carta pero no interés de trabajar y dar ese toque de restaurante a la altura del Hotel “caro y baja calidad de comida y servicio en el restaurante”

The hot water in the room was not working properly. The water came out a little bit cold. The front desk person gave me the wrong time for the van to the airport. He confirmed at 6;30 am but the right time was at 7 am. The lady in the morning fixed it. I liked the breakfast starting at 4 am
