Lovely hotel in a very nice area of Paris, ideal for the wonderful shopping centre nearby and Disneyland Paris. Hotel was clean and the room good with a fridge and a roof terrace. The spa was a highlight in the evening. Underwater lighting made it very relaxing in the pool, with a sauna and jacuzzi too.

Nice hotel a 25 min walk or 2 min train to Disneyland. Spa was nice. Bar and food options were great. Only complaint (no different than any other euro hotel) is the shower!! Only a partial glass window which led to lots of water on the floor. I’m used to it now but just wish hotels would figure this one out… otherwise would 100% stay again!

From the moment we arrived everything about this hotel was first class. Sarah at reception explained everything to us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was excellent, and even has timed sessions for under 16s to keep everybody happy! Amazingly comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Not just rooms, but whole hotel were very clean and tidy.

Had a great stay, staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel is great during the week but on Saturday the pool and spa were way to busy to use but during the week they were amazing. Only one lift was working most of the time and other lift was taking so long we used the stairs. Overall a great stay.

Appreciated the onsite pool/spa. Room was spacious. Appreciated the efficiency kitchenette and mini fridge. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was amazing! Our hairdryer did not work and requests and reminders did not result in the unit being fixed. There was a stain on the sheer curtains that was at eye level and unsightly.

Das Personal und der gratis Shuttle Service waren großartig und super freundlich. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, der Abfluss war verstopft die Türe ließ sich nicht richtig schließen und der Gang zu unserem Zimmer roch stellenweise sehr schlecht. Die Balkontüre war total undicht was bei den winterlichen Temperaturen im Februar mit einem Kleinkind wirklich das letzte ist was man braucht.

Pro: The front staff was great ! The shuttle driver , forgot his name , but he had glasses and black hair. Super nice and prompt on picking me up at Disney Paris ! Convenient location. Safe. Clean. The spa was a nice bonus. Con: the room was not lite very well. There was some mold in shower . The faucet on sink leaked when opened even gently. Unfortunately, I had to check out a day early and it was non refundable . I asked if instead on one of the days I was there if I can get breakfast since I lost $160. They did not budge, and Expedia tried as well. The spa was great however shower sandals to use inside pool area would of been nice instead of wearing fabric slippers and getting them wet and gross.

Hôtel qui dispose d’un spa et d’une piscine avec une plage horaire très correcte. C’est un atout important. L’environnement est très calme, il y a des commerces et des restaurants à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est au top (Croissant et jus d’orange pressé les meilleurs ). Ce qui est dommage c’est les travaux aux alentours qui durent encore quelques mois et mêmes plus à mon avis , il n’y a un manque de visibilité (Flèches,Panneaux..), c’est pour moi le minimum des dispositions à mettre en place car l’entrée se fait par l’arrière et non par l’avant. Cette précision n’a pas été ajoutée dans le mail transmis en amont concernant la gêne plutôt liée au bruit( tous les clients n’arrivent pas tous en taxi!) A titre personnelle, le prix de la nuit pourrait être remisée vu ces travaux a l’extérieur. De plus, il y’a pour moi un manque d’entretien (joint au sol à refaire, peinture de murs, la porte d’entrée principale qui se ferme mal, les portes paliers d’ascenseurs ..) et d’investissement (Remplacement de certains mobiliers voir photos , Remplacement des rideaux, Remise en peinture de certaines façades proche de la piscine, le problème d’isolation des portes séparatives c’est vraiment pénible). J’ai mis 4 sur 5 car je suis tombé avec un jeune Hôte très sympa et sérieux.

Nice hotel, good bar and rooms was well equipped. Could have done with some cooking utensils. Aircon didn’t seem to work in 34degree heat but overall lovely and great shuttle service to and from the parks.

Good location. Shuttle service and later checkout are the main reasons to stay here. Spa was ok. Rooms are a bit tired, bathrooms need renovating. Had an issue with some appliances in the room which were not fixed during stay.

Pros: Nice hotel with excellent location close to RER, and a huge mall with lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and had gluten free bread and lots of other fresh foods. The navette service was the best. We really appreciate how helpful those guys were and would stay again just because of them. Cons: the room we stayed in had mattresses that need to be replaced, and the doors in the kitchen and bathroom all needed to be adjusted to shut. Otherwise rooms were fine.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights in a junior suite. Like most guests we were going to Disney. The hotel is well located, clean and underground parking is available at €15 a night. City Tax is about €8 per adult per night so factor that in. The staff and facilities are generallly very good. Check in is easy and quick. Breakfast is good but get there early to avoid the rush. My greatest disappointment is security in the room. On one occasion we came back and all the cupboard doors were open as though someone had searched the room. When we checked out it was easy. As we drove to the ferry port we realised we’d left our 7yr old daughter’s iPad in the room. We called the hotel to ask them to check. They said they would get staff to check and get back to us - they didn’t. We called again 2 hours later to be told they’d not checked the room yet. We rang again when we got home to be told the device wasn’t there and they would speak to the cleaners. We called the next day and the phone wasn’t answered and when we got through we were told they’d call us back - they never did. I emailed the hotel - again no reply. The device had my daughter’s own pictures and memories of Disney, all lost. We checked the device history and found it had been turned on the day AFTER we left in Paris, France. Someone had the device and it must be someone from the hotel as it was left in the room. Such a huge disappointment that the hotel let us down after a wonderful trip.

I have been visiting this hotel for a number of years. I have just returned after a 5 night stay- the last time I visited was approx 3 years prior to this. I was left very disappointed by the service from the staff- it just wasn't at the standard that I recognised from previous trips. The hotel itself is perfectly placed, shuttle to disney provided and easy walkable access to shopping and food outlets. It's clean and classy. The hotel itself is great, the staff let it down. I'm sure it's not all staff but those that we encountered were not very helpful whatsoever. Issues with the door in the room which didn't close and we reported an issue with the kettle in our room which wasn't working. It took 4 phonecalls and 4 hours to finally get it replaced. This may seem like a minor thing but is an example of poor communication and lack of service. Not sure if I would stay here again based on the staff

Just arrived home from Paris staying 3 nights at Relais Spa Val d'Europe. Reason for the trip was to take my son to Disneyland Paris for his birthday. I chose this hotel having read the reviews and due to how close it was to Disneyland. My son and I had an amazing time from start to finish. The hotel was great, from our room, all the amenities, to the staff. Sadly we didn’t get a chance use the Spa or pool, Disney took up all our time. The local area around the hotel is lovely and there is a very nice mall, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this hotel even if you’re not visiting Disneyland. I hope to visit again soon.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Besuch im Disneyland oder Tagestrips nach Paris. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Der Spa Bereich ist schön gestaltet und wurde gerne von uns in Anspruch genommen. Unser Zimmer war leider in einem mittelmäßigen Zustand. Die Herdplatte hat nicht funktioniert, im WC ist die Druckeplatte lose, in der Küchenwand war ein Loch welches sehr diletantisch instandgesetzt wurde und die Tür zum Bad, welche sich 1Meter neben dem Bett befindet, hat sehr laut gequietscht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit und haben unseren Aufenthalt verschönert. Der Shuttle Service ist hervorragend. Zu den Öffnungszeiten des Disneyland war immer sofort oder spätestens nach 5 Minuten ein Shuttle verfügbar. Hier ist uns vor allem der Mitarbeiter Pauline sehr positiv aufgefallen. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Danke für eine schöne Woche

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s a great position for visiting Disney or days in Paris city centre. Easy access to the train. Shuttle bus to the Disney parks. Close to supermarkets and a huge shopping centre which includes a designer outlet mall too. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The spa is a great add on too.

とても気に入りました！チェックインの時に対応してくれた方も英語で問題なく案内していただき、「朝食が含まれている」「ミニバーは無料」「地下のスパも利用できる」「エレベーターにはカードをかざす」「ディズニー行きシャトルは8:30から」「チェックアウトは12時だが14時まで延長可能」など分かりやすく全て教えてくださいました。お部屋にはIHとレンジのついたミニキッチンと食器や食洗機があり、冷蔵庫には製氷皿まで！ミニバーにはコーヒー紅茶、お水のペットボトル人数分に炭酸ジュースが4本くらいついており驚きました！さらに、バスタブ、バスローブとスリッパ、ボディーローション、シャンプー、クレンジングジェルやコットンが備えられています。すごくありがたいです。朝食会場では、ルームナンバーを伝えたところ「朝食は別料金」と言われてしまいましたが、フロントの陽気な男性スタッフの方に、つたない英語で相談したところ再度確認してくださり、無事にその日も翌日も朝食をいただけました。エクスペディアの予約内容が正しく反映されていなかったようです。朝食は広い会場で普通に美味しく、諦めなくてよかったです！レタスやベビーリーフなどの野菜があったらより嬉しいです。ディズニーに行くシャトルは乗りたいシャトルの30分前にコンシェルジュに声をかけておくことが必須です。私たちは声をかけていたので一本目に乗れましたが、黙って待っていた方々は後回しにされていました。「帰りは同じ場所から電話をかけてくれたらお迎えに来るよ！」と電話番号の案内(シャトルの到着場所に貼ってありました)もしてくれました。日本の電話からだと、海外通話はできないことが多く、ahamoならそのまま使えますが通話料が180円/1分かかりますのでご注意ください。私の電話ではかけられなかったので、帰りは電車で帰りました。ディズニーの最寄りからヴァルドゥロップ駅まで1駅で、ヴァルドゥロップ駅からホテルまでも駅からとっても近いです。近くにはドデカショッピングモールがあり家族連れが多く、治安も悪くないです。スーパーもめちゃ近くにあるので、食材を買ってキッチンで調理できます。ディズニーに行く際は必ずまた泊まります！次こそはスパを使いたいです。あたたかいサービスを本当にありがとうございました！！

Great rooms, beds in particular were massive and comfy. Lifts weren't great, one not working out of two so we took stairs occasionally. Location is great, lots of local stations and right by the train station for Disney. Also had a free shuttle service back and forth to Disney till Midnight which we were not aware of when we booked

Our rooms were lovely but had requested them to be together and this didn’t happen. The buffet breakfast had quite a good choice but took them ages to replenish it. They had a great transfer service to take and pick you up from Disneyland. Drivers were very friendly. The hotel had a nice bar area, which was great to relax after a busy day at Disneyland. It was just a shame it took so long to get a drink.

Great location to stay. Easy shuttle ride to Disney. Train station a short walk to visit the site in Paris. The room we were in had a kitchenette with everything you need to make meals. The restaurant has excellent food. Bar area has live entertainment and reasonable drinks and food as well. The morning breakfast is awesome with so many selections there is no way anyone could not find something they enjoy.

We had a nice stay and ate in the restaurant twice. As adults without children, it was the perfect location for Disney without the need for themed decor etc. Slightly lower score for commutation as we made a request on the first morning which wasn’t followed up, resulting in a later room change.

とても気に入りました！チェックインの時に対応してくれた方も英語で問題なく案内していただき、「朝食が含まれている」「ミニバーは無料」「地下のスパも利用できる」「エレベーターにはカードをかざす」「ディズニー行きシャトルは8:30から」「チェックアウトは12時だが14時まで延長可能」など分かりやすく全て教えてくださいました。お部屋にはIHとレンジのついたミニキッチンと食器や食洗機があり、冷蔵庫には製氷皿まで！ミニバーにはコーヒー紅茶、お水のペットボトル人数分に炭酸ジュースが4本くらいついており驚きました！さらに、バスタブ、バスローブとスリッパ、ボディーローション、シャンプー、クレンジングジェルやコットンが備えられています。すごくありがたいです。朝食会場では、ルームナンバーを伝えたところ「朝食は別料金」と言われてしまいましたが、フロントの陽気な男性スタッフの方に、つたない英語で相談したところ再度確認してくださり、無事にその日も翌日も朝食をいただけました。エクスペディアの予約内容が正しく反映されていなかったようです。朝食は広い会場で普通に美味しく、諦めなくてよかったです！レタスやベビーリーフなどの野菜があったらより嬉しいです。ディズニーに行くシャトルは乗りたいシャトルの30分前にコンシェルジュに声をかけておくことが必須です。私たちは声をかけていたので一本目に乗れましたが、黙って待っていた方々は後回しにされていました。「帰りは同じ場所から電話をかけてくれたらお迎えに来るよ！」と電話番号の案内(シャトルの到着場所に貼ってありました)もしてくれました。日本の電話からだと、海外通話はできないことが多く、ahamoならそのまま使えますが通話料が180円/1分かかりますのでご注意ください。私の電話ではかけられなかったので、帰りは電車で帰りました。ディズニーの最寄りからヴァルドゥロップ駅まで1駅で、ヴァルドゥロップ駅からホテルまでも駅からとっても近いです。近くにはドデカショッピングモールがあり家族連れが多く、治安も悪くないです。スーパーもめちゃ近くにあるので、食材を買ってキッチンで調理できます。ディズニーに行く際は必ずまた泊まります！次こそはスパを使いたいです。あたたかいサービスを本当にありがとうございました！！
