Nice place. Computer problems at check in, but we were able to access our room while they were being sorted out. Hot tub was out of service when we arrived but this was remedied by the time we got back from dinner. Overall good stay

Driveway and parking area pavement full of Large holes hard to navigate and not damage vehicle to get into property. When I booked my 5 day stay, saw they had a pool, great it is summer, after booked popup showed pool unavailable for 1 year, on 3rd afternoon of stay found pool was open only found out because I walked down to that area to see if the opposite end of the building had parking without craters, I had family gathering to attend, next day wanted to use pool, it was being repaired. Disappointing. Breakfast was all unhealthy over-processed food that was heated, same thing each day. They did have decent coffee.

The staff was welcoming and good at check in, but there was a bad odour when walking into the reception all the way to the room and then another different bad odour in the room. The TV (which was plugged in) was not working. The bed was uncomfortable and the top comforter was too small for the bed. The bath tub had a bad looking stain that at first glance looked like either blood smear or vomit, but when trying to wipe off realized it was maybe a permanent rust stain, but just appeared as though the tub was not clean. Although the hotel is in a convenient location, I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Room was clean but the shower curtain needs to be changed more often. Especially the part where people grab the top of the shower curtain to open or close it. So yes, the dirty shower curtain did stand out.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. One negative for our room was a large stain on the bedsheet.

Love the Fairfield brand, this particular hotel may be in need of a face-lift. Although clean with nice and friendly staff and plenty of generous parking the computers were outdated and printers didnt seem to function, TVs seemed at least 10 years old snd HVAC had issues, maybe the new owners can bring back its firmer glory

Nice location, was loud at night because I was on the side of the hotel that had the big AC units but ended up falling asleep to the noise. Room was lovely and clean and staff were great. I’d recommend.

Property and staff were amazing. We unfortunately were given a ground floor room with a flood light directed right into the room. No sleep was had even with the curtains closed. Unfortunately for the price and this I would think twice before returning.

Daniel at the front desk was very helpful. We are relocating to the area from 9 hours away and he spent time letting us know what areas were safe to buy a house and what areas to stay away from. He definitely went above and beyond his role and we appreciate how helpful he is.

I fell that , it was clean and comfortable. A nice place . The only inconvenience was the hot plates and toastet were not working well had a cold breafeast. This could be easily repaired.

Beds are hard as rock, most uncomfortable beds ever. Breakfast included, the waffle maker sticks every waffle so it comes out all broken and stuck in pan, juices are your 5 year old juice boxed totally gross! Eggs were cold fruits were brown, milk almost at expiry date! Definitely not a Fairfield Inn to be proud off! I stay at two others and they have a juice machine with fresh juices, this was nasty!!
