Great experience! All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location close to the airport with a free shuttle.

Hotel is clean and easy to get to. Free breakfast could be a bit better, but there were enough choices for most diets. The pool was closed during our visit.

Newish facility. Very clean. Friendly staff. However, I Had to ask for bedding for the trundle bed. Breakfast food was subpar. And I was not happy at all to have to pay $12 a night for parking.

Close to the highway but one of the elevators was not working.

Highly reccomend this property i would have given it a 5 however we were a late arrival. We got to the airport at 945 but didnt end up to the hotel until close to midnight. I called for the shuttle and we waited and waited and nobody came o called the hotel yes sorry someone is on the way. One hour later someone finally came. My 74 year old mom and 14 year old son were exhausted. Now i will say the drivervwas very kind and funny so it kind of took the angry faces off everyone. I would stay again i would just opt for taking a lyft.

It was ok I have had better. They need some upgrades and get the elevator fixed. Only had one elevator for the entire hotel.

Overall was good stay, including the experience of shuttle service and breakfast. Just one thing to be prepared is for wait time if dependent on shuttle service from airport or to airport. Also note it’s almost 15 mins shuttle drive time between.

The hotel itself is nice and conveniently located near the airport, with the added benefit of a free airport shuttle, which is very helpful. However, the staff could be a bit more attentive and kind — they often seemed too busy to assist guests properly. The laundry facilities were also disappointing, with only one dryer that didn’t work well. Additionally, the breakfast could definitely be improved in both quality and variety. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, especially for airport access, but there’s room for improvement in service and amenities

No housekeeping service for a 2 night 3 day stay :(. Broken pool, kids couldn't swim.

Room had funny smell, almost like smoke covered up. Some mold/ mildew in shower. Mold/ mildew in ice bucket. Breakfast was good/ convenient. Airport is very close and convenient. Nice staff. Beds were decent, but not great.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and the hotel itself was clean and welcoming. We had a great amazing buffet style breakfast.

The sheets were dirty but I got in at 3 am and really couldn’t deal with that after traveling all day.

Updated property. Decent price. Not sure why they charge for outdoor parking. Trundle bed had dust in form of lint. Need to work on those details as well. I would go there again for short stay.

My family of four stayed here on 8/11 and when we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was stained and had hair on it. The shower looked nice but all the shampoos were taped to the wall and had just fallen to the floor. The toilet lid was loose. We couldn’t roll our luggage is because the area where you drive up and get out was taped off. So we had to lift all luggage up to the curb and carry into hotel. The only nice part was Donna at the front desk.

Pool was closed, one of the two elevators was out of service. There was a hair stuck to the shower wall in our room (upon arrival) and something hard/solid stuck to the clean sheets the hotel provided for use on the sofa bed. It wasn't awful; it just could have been better.

Always clean always helpful

I loved that we were able to have two beds in the room, and there was still space for a seating area. It was also a new experience to have a water closet separated from the shower. It was a setup I never thought about, but very much appreciated, and would love to see again.

Hotel room felt outdated but it was clean and comfy. Bathroom and closet layout was really weird. I also did not get any handsoap or toiletries of any kind except those connected to the shower. It was easy to get to from the airport and right off the highway. There was a cracker barrel and Wendy's right down the street. Otherwise nothing else around. For a one night stay, it was good.

It was nice enough. The room was spacious and clean although the layout is a bit weird. I would say overall it was slightly outdated, but the service was good and the stay was clean and comfortable

We flew in really late and checked in after 1 am. The staff was friendly and the room was fantastic. The space was nice and large and we felt like we had plenty of space. The beds were so soft and comfortable, we slept amazing!

Clean room. Decent breakfast. The design of separated shower with sink and toilet with it’s own sink is very convenient for our family of 6.

Room is good. Staff was generally friendly. But with my 3-night stay, there was no WiFi! I could not do any work. Front desk told me the wifi was down and they didn't know when it will be back. Long story short, I spent multiple trips to front desk and was given a phone number for ME to follow up. Then I spent 3x1 hour with the tech support within 3 days. Initially the support told me that I should contact the hotel instead and was put on hold for a whole hour before got disconnected. Anyway, on my last day, with the 3rd phone call it was finally resolved. I felt it was not my job to solve this issue but I ended up (had to) doing it.

The king suites was nice and roomy

Very nice room. However the heat did not work properly and the toilet leaked and intermittently made loud noises throughout my stay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was very very comfortable! The shuttles to the airport were timely and the drivers were friendly as well. I had a great stay

We were woken up by deafening fire alarm shortly after midnight due to a microwave fire on 3rd floor. The response was beyond unacceptable. The entire hotel was unsure if this was a false alarm or if there was truly a fire. The entire hotel evacuated into the rain for close to 2 hours and we lost 4 hours of sleep. The only info we got was from the Fire Marshall. The front desk clerk was in over her head and provided no help. At checkout the next day, it would have been hard for the staff to act like they cared less. No manager to apologize. No remedy of the situation. No offer to make it better. Genuinely shocking how poor it was handled. The guests checking out in front of us received the same cold treatment and judging from other reviews coming in, everyone got the same frustration. I’ve stayed here several times. Hotel was my go to spot when coming in for a Phillies game last several years. Can’t see myself staying again due to how little this place cares about their guests. Would really appreciate a manager reaching out, but I’m sure that won’t happen due to how awful they’ve handled this whole situation. Will be contacting corporate to see if Marriott policy is to treat guests horribly and ignore them when they lose half a nights sleep and to let them know how horribly run this location is.

Overall the stay was very good. The place was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were good. The one issue we had was a strangle policy I had never encountered at a hotel before. We were there for 2 nights. After the first night (2nd day there) we came back to our hotel room late in the afternoon and found out that our room was not cleaned. I asked front desk about having our room cleaned (fresh towels, trash emptied, etc) and they told me it is the hotel policy not to clean or come into the room to refresh until after we leave. Usually hotels offer to clean or refresh and the occupant can either accept or deny. They wouldn't even offer it. I had to get clean towels from them and throw the used towels, etc., into the hallway. Not very user friendly or not a good customer service policy.

The hotel was fresh and clean. The common area was bright and welcoming. Rooms were just like the pics. The thing that made the place the best for us was the staff. Ria at the front dest was fabulous! Quick check in, told us what we needed to know up front, scheduled the airport shuttle right away and answered the few questions we had. She was polite, professional and efficient. More people should be trained like her.

We arrived and Donna greeted us. She made sure we had a great room. There was a snafu in getting our room but she took great care of us and made sure we were very happy and comfortable. Hotel is very clean. Staff is very nice and courteous. Breakfast was good. Overall best hotel experience and it all started with Donna and when we checked out Donna made sure to smile and say thank you for staying with us.

The heated pool was actually heated! The room was spacious and clean. There is a small bar. Everyone was friendly. My only complaint was the shuttle did not have a stool to step up and I could barely make it. Another passenger helped me.

I would have given 5 stars, but I will comment on the breakfast. We were told it ended at 10 am on Sunday, and we went downstairs, and there was hardly anything to eat. No bread and the juice was frozen. I had seen others comment the same in other reviews so I am guessing this is the norm for this hotel.

Breakfast could have been much better. The eggs had no taste. And the coffee wasn't good, either. And everything else was mediocre.

Awesome staff, very accommodating, good breakfast. Looking for a reason to have my next stay here.
