Eddy and the staff at the front desk were so friendly and went out of their way to offer exceptional service. For example, we arrived 2 hours before check-in and decided to walk around town while we waited. Eddy took our number and called to let us know when our room was ready. Later the same evening, we asked where we could get more cream for our coffee, thinking we would be directed to a local store, instead they gave us extra. These thoughtful details are what separate good customer service to exceptional customer service. One recommendation I have is to have more black rubber matting from the building to the hot tub and pool as the pool deck was incredibly slippery at night.

Parking around the property is an issue when our vehicle did not fit in the underground parkade. The pool surface could use a refinish as all our kids had multiple cuts/ bloody feet from the pool bottom.

The staff at the Stoneridge are fantastic! Unfortunately, when we checked into our room we discovered the dirty bedding from the previous guest tucked behind one of the bedroom doors. The cleaning cart was still on the floor of our room so we quickly placed the items in the cart so our guests wouldn’t see them. The front desk staff were very apologetic.

We stay here every year and this time noticed our room was more run down looking and not as clean. One of the toilets was dirty and looked like the floors needed a sweep/vaccum. Still a relaxing quiet stay and enjoyed the pool.

We were very happy with our stay at the Stoneridge. The highlight was the room itself, which was spacious and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. We had a 2 room apartment with a couple +1. Both rooms large and great bedding. Everything in working order. Loved the patio area. Large windows with great views of the mountains. Helpful and friendly staff. Free parking in underground lot. Overall, we loved our 2-day stay and will definitely plan on staying here again for our next trip to Canmore/Banff.

Two adult couples exploring Banff/Canmore found ourselves in love with this property. We really like the layout of the 2 bdrm. On suite king rooms with the living room and kitchen in the middle was the greatest layout for us. Steps from Black Dog for a great bite, coffee or even a beer was enjoyed every morning/afternoon. We also took full advantage of the hot tub and heated pool every evening after a long day of hiking. Highly recommended for families or couples.

The location is ideal—just a short drive to Banff National Park and all its natural wonders, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area of Canmore. We loved being able to explore the park during the day and then retreat to the comfort and luxury of the resort in the evenings. The on-site facilities were fantastic, particularly the heated outdoor pool and hot tub.There’s nothing quite like relaxing in the warm water while surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains. The fitness center was also well-equipped.

Property is excellent, unfortunately service, not so much. Asked for extra bedding, that never made it to the room. Safe in the room wasn't functional. Front desk staff notified who said they'd send someone, which didn't happen either. So that was quite disappointing.

Although Expedia canceled the reservation by mistake, the staff at Stoneridge resolved the issue. The type of room we had reserved through Expedia was sold out, so the resort actually upgraded us to a bigger / nicer room for the same initial quote.

The welcome we received could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Unfortunately, the room on the lower level was dark and without a view, and the pathway to the hot tub and pool ran right in front of the bedroom window. There was a lot of traffic back and forth, so it was not quiet or relaxing. Overall, the room was large and comfortable enough, but tired. Lastly, having a fire pit burn from 5pm in Summer while BC is burning and in a state of emergency seemed very inappropriate. Again, big thumbs up for the staff.

The view of the mountains. This resort was close enough to the downtown area of Canmore. Less than a 5 minute drive. Perfect vacation spot. The suite was perfect for a family of 4 to 5 people. It was also nicely decorated and very clean.

The room is spacious, the kitchen has everything we need. It even has washer and dryer which made our life so much easier. The staff members are very friendly and gave us good recommendations on restaurants and bike rentals. Definitely a family friendly place. The black dog cafe is right there on first floor, super convenient to grab a quick bite or have quality fresh food.

Having two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms is great when sharing the space with friends. Being able to also cook or prep a meal is also very convenient as you don’t always want to eat out. The price is reasonable for Canmore. Some of the restaurants are far but the area is developing and every time we go to Canmore thier are more options.

We loved all of the space and how clean the suite was! It was not too far from Banff and Canmore is a neat town too! Easy to park and a coffee shop in the hotel. Go to Fergie’s Bakery and Convenience and get the BEST Cronut you will ever taste!!!

This is our fourth stay at StoneRidge and it is always a great place to stay. We had a wonderful room with a spectacular view. The rooms are so well equipped that we were able to cook in the room when we wanted to save money and easily get to great restaurants minutes from the property. Great place to stay in Canmore.

We appreciated the ability to not have to eat out for every meal. The kitchen and the grill on the deck were clean with the necessary cooking needs. Clean and spacious rooms as well. Everyone we encountered (especially those at the desk) were knowledgable and helpful. We would stay there again if the occasion arises.
