Overall stay was good however check in was terrible. Despite arriving after the scheduled check in time of 3pm we didn’t actually get our room until 5.20pm. We weren’t kept updated and had to ask reception twice why our room

Front desk staff took over thirty minutes to locate the reservation on check in, finally was sent to a smaller room than the one i originally booked and a full hour later a porter arrived to the smaller room to bring us to the larger correct room from the booking..

- Air conditioner in our room was not working. It worked on and off eventually. - Only received turn down service one night. - Door security inside the hotel was rude and wouldn’t let my wife in one afternoon and physically moved to block her…not good. - Trash in our hallway every day - Overall, it needs better management that cares
